It is unfortunate, our experience was really bad. We made an appointment a month in advance for an important event, I called twice to confirm. The day of our appointment they had some else, and didn’t want to take responsibility! They blamed their system and gave no solution. With an appointment there is no guarantee you will get your hair done! Unreliable. They were very rude to my 12 year old.

Loubna is super nice and sufficient. I really can’t say enough to explain my experience with Loubna:). She is amazing thats why i love going to industria. I highly recommend her!

Le problème est que leur nouveau local est coincé en arrière du magasin de produits pour cheveux. Pas plus gros qu’un placard, le bruit des séchoirs y est amplifié et les chaises sont collées les unes sur les autres. Malheureusement je vais changer de salon, même si j’adore Loubna, parce que l’expérience est maintenant rendu désagréable: (

Roha and Judith were AMAZING. Truly some of the best service I’ve ever had from stylists. When I went to pay I was told I wasn’t allowed to tip my stylist. Not exactly sure what is wrong with this company that they do not allow their service industry employees to be tipped? Hope they lose these wonder ladies to a salon that treats staff better!

The staff is great and the service is good. However they always say business is very slow, yet they never have room when I go. I usually go out of my way to see if there’s room because they never pick up the phone or return my voicemails. Will have to go somewhere new that can get back to clients

Complete rip off! $80 for a blow dry. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. Clearly taking advantage of their patrons.

I've always enjoying going to Industria Salons. The person who greeted me was very friendly and patient.

I bought hair care products, and hair curler. Very expensive, on the receipt they only give you a 7 day EXCHANGE POLICY Only! I haven't even tried my hair curler. Very poor client rights in my opinion.

I always go here to get my hair cut with Armando & he does a great job. They also have a selection of hair products like hair paste for my needs.

The recent change from Continental to Industria & downsize is unfortunate as I believe the quality of service will be degraded over time from what clients were used to.

I always come to see Loubna for haircuts and recently for balayage. She is very good at what she does. I am very happy with the result.

Greats service, they were fast, efficient and professional.
Gave me an amazing hair cut.
But its a good 15-20$ more than what i spend at other salons in the area.

Nancy has been my regular hairdresser for a few years. Over the years, we did cuts, blow dry and highlights. My last visit in the beginning of November, we did something we never did before - Balayage!
It was my birthday and I decided to truly spoil myself! I went in for the whole salon experience. We did cut, blow dry, color, balayage and mermaid curls! I was totally blown away by Nancy's skills and talents. She made this quarantine birthday girl look and feel like a million dollars! Being so impressed, I posted pictures of my hair on Facebook and received many compliments on it. I love my hair!
I love Nancy very much and just wanted to share my experience!

Paid 45$ for a haircut I didn't ask for. Not the first time I'm unhappy with the results going here and friends had simular experiences.
My father litteraly did a better job during quarantine.

J’ai perdu ma vielle coiffeuse et c etait dure pour moi pour trouver la bonne coiffeuse encore et apres que je suis venu ici nancy a fait un travail incroyable sur mes cheveux pour la coupe et la couleur et je suis vraiment satisfait:)

Went in for bold blonde foils around my face specifically. I had photos of what I wanted and after 2.5 hours left with stringy blonde highlights that are barely noticeable, look bad and there is a distinct line where the foils started at my hair line.

I would NEVER go back. It was my last day in country, I sat waiting for the hair dresser to check on my foils after the heater turned off and she finished with my hair almost at closing time so nothing could be done to remedy it as being 7 months pregnant after 2.5 hours of her doing. 5 head of foils I was not about to stay when I had clearly stated what I wanted with photos to begin with. Trying to find a site that I can post pictures of how I wasted $180.

I went for a no nonsense cleanup and met Sahil who gave me exactly that! I will follow up for a color with him after having received a consultation.

Came in on the 6th of July for my 12: 45 appointment. I dont remember her name.but she BUTCHERED my nice hair. I look like an old mushroom for my 25th birthday. I want my money back!

I appreciate the hair washing before the haircuts, you can also ask not to if you prefer. I trust their hairdressers and they are nice.

The hairdresser Ar all fine it’s just the owners that have to fixe everything and have more responsibility for the place

I hadto give one start just to be able to post and warned some people. This place deserve -5 starts.

My (already) blond friend went to had a bleach to lighter blond, she finished leaving the place with at 10: 30 PM, the mall was already closed, the hair was yellowish instead white/grey even she got 3 bleach treatments and a bill of 380$ for the mistake the woman did, not enough she still been asked for TIP!

This place is good only to buy products.

J'ai beaucoup aimé ce salon de coiffure, équipe professionnelle et attentionnée. Plusieurs choix de produits de qualités. Heures d'ouverture accommodante. Ce salon est maintenant l'endroit pour moi!

I get my haircut by Nancy here. She is extremely good and very kind. She has a really beautiful personality. It's always a pleasure to go see her. Have a receding hair line and she cuts my hair in a way that it doesn't show too much and helps me feel good about myself. I strongly recommend her to everyone!

Loubna is amazing. She always goes the extra mile; makes you feel like you are at a spa getting pampered. She is great at both colour and cuts.

Ive been with my hair stylist Sahil for over 4 years and he never disappoints! He listens to what you want and would not cut shorter than what you asked for! Very precise with his cuts and has a really good eye to frame your face well!

My hairdresser Loubna always does exactly what I want I tell her how much I want to cut my hair and she always does the haircut exactly as I like.
Recently I wanted to add some highlights to my hair so she suggested that I do a balayage and it was amazing!
I am so happy with my haircut and hairstyle. Loubna is truly the best, I will always go see her.

Holly (youngish hairdresser on left side of salon) makes me feel fabulous. Seriously, from the way she washes my hair to cut to curling it looks and feels great! I have gray hair and I still get tons of compliments!

Would give 5 stars if they had music to enhance environment.

I have been coming to this hair salon for over five years now for haircuts and I have always had a postive experience here. I personally recommend Louise, she is an exceptionally skilled artist and has always been available at the most convenient times. Friends and family who have come here for a haircut from Louise seem to express the same level of satisfaction as I do. Otherwise, customer service is great and the hair products they use and sell are good quality.

Super service, je recommande Louise. Que ce soit pour une coupe, une couleur, des mèches ou une mise en plis, elle est à l'écoute de ses clients et donne un excellent service.

Je viens ici depuis quelques années et suis très satisfaite de mes coupes de cheveux.

I went there to buy Kérastase products ; the lady who help was very nice and took the time to explain each of the them for me.

From Irena to Nancy who is a great hairdresser and is very knowledgable, kind and funny.
If it wasn’t for her I would not be going there and also the salon needs a lot of improvement.

Elizabeth helped me buy Redken Sulfate Free Shampoo and Conditioner, and while I was apprehensive about the price tag, I saw immediate results. She told me I could use less product than drug store shampoo and she was right!

I will always return to Continental to purchase my hair products. Thank you!

I went here with an appointment for a consultation. I specifically asked on the phone for a half hour consultation, and said I was willing to pay. "oh no, just come in whenever anytime today, it's free" they said "oh wow! Free? Awesome" I said. But I wanted to make sure we had a half hour to talk, so I booked an appointment for 10 that same day, since they said they had space. When I got there, a few minutes late, she was with a client. Ok, that's fine I was not in a rush and I was a few minutes late, so I waited. Then, when she was finished with her client, another client came in, she came straight to me, calling our to her client "just give me 5 minutes". The client responded "you can take 6! " So here I am, now feeling rushed, when I actually wanted an appointment. We talked, it was somewhat helpful in planning a future cut but her English was strongly accented so she was hard to understand.in the end I have decided not to get my hair cut there. I had a wash and dry with another hairdresser which was very nice, head massage during the shampoo, and hair was thoroughly dried. But my other complaint is they charged $48 - without even a cut! So I won't be going back.

I came to have my roots done here for the first time and I have to say it was such a satisfying experience. Calm atmosphere, kind hairdressers who know what they're doing, plenty of magazines and television to keep you distracted and most importantly, great results. I recommend Alyssa, she's amazing! Left extremely satisfied and happy, so I will be coming back!

Hairdresser named Ruby chopped most of my hair. I’m so disappointed. I told her I want to keep the length and just wanted minimal cut.she did not even try to take a look at my hair and started chopping it without looking at it. She kept asking me questions abt my life and whatever, but she never once looked at my hair while cutting it. I loved my hair before going in the salon it just needed a slight trim but it was all cut off. I can’t even put it up anymore.

Disappointing!

I kept telling her too, you’re cutting it too much, that’s too short and she kept brushing it off like what I want does not matter.

Stop asking questions abt what does not concern you and pay more attention to what you’re supposed to your job Ruby. I paid over 40$ for this mess.
