Coop les Jardins de la Résistance

This is some sort of farming collective practicing organic farming. They are sort of a vegetable subscription service (not sure how to name it) that you can pay the membership and then go to pick up your basket of whatever has been harvested that week. That is probably not an entirely accurate description, but they can explain better if you visit. I am not a member but do go regularly once a week at four o'clock when they are open to sell to non-subscribers. The produce is fantastic.fresh, firm, and very tasty. Their salad greens are extraordinary. They also sell free range fresh eggs and bread that they bake on site. The bread is fantastic. Everyone that I have met is friendly and helpful. Can be a little hard to find but.not impossible and worth the trip. There is plenty of parking on "open to the public day". I highly recommend for the organic farm fresh veggies and bread.

Les légumes sont bio, les gens merveilleux et il faut absolument essayer le kimchi daikon qui est une sorte de choucroute exotique de légumes biologiques fermenté. Piquant et surprenant. ️

Très belle ambiance, les gens sont sympathiques et de beau et bon légumes
