Pour aller à l’aéroport avec Taxi Coop de l’ouest, nous avons eu un excellent service du chauffeur Assan qui conduit remarquablement bien!

Arrived on time (@4: 15 am), clean, drove well and was much cheaper than Uber at that time (~70% cheaper).

Drivers are very nice and respectful but a male operator is acting like he is hot stuff. Very rude and unprofessional. Hung up on me when I called because a car was late for 30 minutes. Even cancelled my taxi for whatever reason. This guy needs to learn to do his job properly.

On Friday December 30th around 5: 00 I called for a taxi and when he dropped me off home left without telling me that I had left my wallet in the backseat…so i don’t know if he really really took it

Ordered a cab 13hrs in advance for the airport with all info (passengers and luggage) taxi not showing up.

Malheureuse expérience client pendant le transport et auprès du service clientèle de la Coop. Le 29 nov au milieu de la nuit ai pris un taxi à l’aéroport pour chez moi, Pie IX/Ontario, le chauffeur totalement erratique m’a d’abord conduit Cathédrale et St-Jacques et ensuite par un dédale de rues du centre-ville pour finalement me charger 75.90$ chez moi. Coop Ouest m’a demandé le reçu que j’ai envoyé et sans suivi…situation décevante et abusive!

Broken seatbelt, Uber had headphones in. Worst experience ever. Message me for a license plate number. Paid but more then Uber was.

Called to have a pickup to Airport a few days in advance was told they only do it 24 hrs prior. That’s the only issue I had as I like to be prepared way in advance. When I called 24 hrs prior the dispatch was nice polite. The driver was nice early. Cost with Tip from Pierrefonds to airport was $44.4 stars because I couldn’t book a few days in advance as most companies do.

The dispatcher was incredibly rude, not letting me finish my sentences and giving me attitude at every opportunity. I tried to explain that we had a lot of people needing a ride to the airport and that I understood if her company couldn't take them all but she wouldn't have it. She told me that she could not guarantee vans and that she wouldn't be able to fit all 11 people, but when I suggested she send more taxis if needed and worst case scenario I could always call another company to compensate, she told me "Why don't you call another company for ALL of them. " and hung up on me. Taxis around this area are already hard to come by with abysmal service but I thought that even then this company had more respect for its customers, or at least more decorum.

Last trip home/Airport, driver keep drive/brake continuously to get the red lights and spend more time "waiting" on top of the distance. You could feel the car drag the brake. Doing 44 in a 50 down st Charles just to get more red lights. When back from my trip the "other" driver confirm to me.that the Coop taxi was just scratching more time for money. I will avoid them, Uber will get more ride since De l'Ouest is trying cheap trick to get penny on the dollar.

I call to set up an trip for the next day to the airport and the man was rude, keep cutting me off and telling me to call elsewhere. I ask if the airport was in there region and he hang up

Drove me around just to make extra money. 70 dollars to bring from the airport to near Cartier station. Taking the autoroute 440 to get to laval des rapides, really? Dishonest.

Le service est terrible, agent au bureau a une attitude tellement impolie, on a attendu une heure et demi mais leur taxi n'arrive jamais, à la fin, je suis obligé de prendre une autre compagnie, on est 2022, c'est quand un miracle que cette entreprise n'est pas encore fermée

Bad service. I reserved yesterday night for a van and I told them that I have more the 6 luggages plus 1 car seat. A small taxi came late for only 3 luggages. I was late to the airport because of them. Really bad service. The taxi driver told me take 2 taxi and we will charge you for 2. Unacceptable. Bad customer service. Don't call coop

Worst taxi cab ride EVER. The driver was rude, wouldn't listen to me when I provided the address - and screamed at me for not taking a shuttle. Then he proceeded to yell at me when we arrived at the wrong location. He drove extemely fast and recklessly. I was very afraid. I will never use this taxi company again. Ordered a Van at 3pm for pickup at 6pm as I had a flight and they confirmed the reservation then at 6pm (the time of pickup) they called and said they can't arrange the van. I would miss my flight because of their unprofessional service. Thank God we have Uber. Thank you Uber for saving us. Plus the bad way their employee was taking, she was shouting all the time saying if you reserved a taxi that doesn't mean that you will have a taxi even if the reservation is confirmed. Don't waste your time with them.

I called for a taxi and was told that it would be 5 to 10 minutes. The dispatcher did not ask for my name. The taxi arrived after 5 minutes and chose to take a man standing beside me who had not called for a taxi. The taxi driver said that he had received the call but did not not have a name so he chose to take the man and abandon me to wait and wait.

We required a ride to Trudeau Airport and we were not sure there would be any Uber drivers up and about at 5: 00am. We pre-reserved a Ride with Coop Taxi de l’Ouest and the driver was at our home exactly on time. Clean Cab. No Smokey Smell that is a turn-off. Quiet and Pleasant drive to the airport that early in the morning.

Just called them to pre-book a reservation to the airport (call at 3: 36pm today and spoke to a man). The man was rude, and angry because he had to repeat me what he said, and told me that he has other call on the line so I am better Speedup and confirm: when I told him he can not speak to a customer like that: he just hung up on me.pure and simple!
This is the last time I try using this company. Last time was before the pandemic and they arrived 15minutes late to bring me at the airport ‍️
Better use Uber: unfortunately cheaper and more reliable

On time and calling dispatch to book an early airport pickup was a breeze. Plus they have an app which facilitates the process!

6 months after my initial review, the owner asks me why I gave 1 star. I'd completely forgotten about this, but since they asked so punctually, it reminded me of the time I called in advance to book a ride with them to get my car from the garage before they closed. Half an hour after the appointed time, I called them again to see what happened and they told me they canceled my booking and they'd send me another taxi ASAP. He was late too, but at least he showed up. I had to wait longer at the dealership because I missed my pickup. All-in-all, driver was cordial and kind, but punctuality is a key to professionalism and this late response from the owner speaks truth to my experience.

Always very reliable! Drivers are polite, and professional. Would recommend to everybody. Lady who take the call is polite and efficient.

Second trip to Dorval and second driver that did Nothing extra to deserve any extra tip yet got TOTALLY TICKED AND RUDE when I paid with a company card and did not add a tip to the charge!
A tip is a "thank you" for being nice and/or helping make the trip nicer/better the same as in other customer service industries.

Absolutely horrible. Don’t use for pre-booking airport transportations as they do not honour reservations. We had called to prebook a taxi to the airport. On the travel day we waited and waited as the expected arrival time came and went. We called West Island Co-Op to see what was happening and if the taxi was on its way. The man who answered the phone was exceptionally rude and said they didn’t have any cars to accommodate our reservation. When I attempted to ask him why no one called to let us know so we could have made other arrangements he kept interrupting me and wouldn’t let me speak. He was very rude, offered no reason why they didn’t call, didn’t offer any solution or seem apologetic… and he actually hung the phone up on us! I have never experienced such a lack of regard for customer service.

Haven't taken a taxi in years. I was amazed at how the service has changed for the better. It was a wonderful experience, with a charismatic and friendly driver.

I reserved the taxi with this company to the airport. The taxi never showed up. The agent kept saying that the taxi is coming in the next two minutes.

Pathetic service… had to wait 30 minutes and no one bothered to call back to say ‘our driver canceled the ride’. Your service is such a waste of time!

Spotted the biggest road rage driver. Speeds up to cut on the right on a construction zone, when i honked to make him aware if a present car he's about to hit, driver flips the middle finger then stops in the middle of the road (1 way due to construction) hokds all traffic and continues eating his sandwich.
