Don't go. Worst service ever. The guy who runs it is a scammer.strongly recommend to go anywhere else but this place.blurry for no reason.

Fast and friendly service. Reasonable price. There’s computer you can log in and open Words to print. They offer USB connection cable too. There’s a photocopy machine you can use. It’s street parking. The store is located upstairs. I will come back for sure.

Liar, scam. Worst printing place.
They tried to scam me by making a mistake with the printing size and charging me extra.
The person handling my order, a hairy guy, made things complicated by explaining different printing materials, which seemed like a tactic to confuse and scam me.
Additionally, he did not provide an exact quote for the printing cost. Despite clearly stating in the email that I wanted a mid-size print, he printed a larger size and charged me double the price ($70). He insisted that the larger size was better, but I felt like he was just trying to justify the higher cost.

Extremely fast turnaround, helpful staff to explain their many options, reasonable prices, great location and opening hours. They also edited my file on the spot to improve the quality after printing a test page and pointing out the flaw to me.

This is a great place for printing and photocopies.
The person working was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

I was so lucky to find this print shop! I had gone to two other places that either weren’t open past 5pm or didn’t offer the paper I needed to print my wedding invitations. When I came to this print shop, not only were they able to give me a number of paper options, but they were even kind enough to print same-day on a Friday evening even though I arrived at 4: 45pm. It saved me from having to make yet another trip downtown! The service was really great, and they even found a way to print two invites per page, which saved me 50% of the cost. Highly recommend this print shop!

It wAs my emergency I had to print from this shop. One word, EXPENSIVE. The QUALITY OF THE PAPER WAS NOT GOOD TOO. ONE COLOUS PRINT IS 59 CENTS. I WILL AVOID THIS PLACE NEXT TIME BY ALL MEANS.

Only printing place that’s open on a sunday, was able to print a color page for only a dollar. Despite its name, you don’t have to be university student to use their services. Highly recommend

The Asian girl stuff who works at weekend is extremely nice. She is very patient, helpful, and beautiful. She always smilie when serve with client. Which made me remind my favourite cartoon character hello kitty.

To be honest, new staff they don't care about the customers. I was so sad today i just wasted my time around 1 hour, the guy was so rude and unprofessional he wasn't like a staff who is supposed to do prints, monitoring files, helping customers! They are SO SLOW MOTION to manage orders and don't care about customers and finally I saved myself i just left the store and I NEVER COME BACK COPY CONCORDIA!

Since they changed their location to Crescent street, they dont care about the customers. The staaff has been changed. New people are not only helpful but also they are rude!

2 copies = 1 dollar. There is a minimum fee for “using a computer to print “ meaning “ connecting a USB to print”. Hard cover binding is 45 dollars!

They charge you a dollar minimum even if you want to print one sheet of black and white, it's a way to fully capitalize on peoples' printing needs and over profit on people, absolutely outrageous. In fact all their prices overcharge you, even a simple scan. The worst part is that it has Concordia in its name, so essentially it's ripping off Concordia University students many who are already struggling financially. You will kick yourself knowing that right around the corner to the left side and going downwards there's another printing shop that has printing rates for half the price with better customer service too.
