Ça été long avoir nos plats mais ça valait la peine d'attendre. Pour végétariens endroit idéal. Plats généreux et savoureux.

Le sandwich Reuben est annoncé en vitrine mais il est impossible à obtenir!? Le délai d'attente un peu long mais les plats furent excellents. La personne au comptoir apprend le français mais on s'est compris quand même.

DO NOT ORDER THE POUTINE.

I had the BLT sandwich and the poutine. The BLT was OKAY at best, not great. It was too bland.

The poutine was the worst. Soggy as hell, and tasted like sand.

If you're ever here, order something else other than the poutine.

Same restaurant in toronto sells everything at much lower rate.then we hear montreal is cheaper.also hate the food, just accompany a friend here cause she’s vegan

Small portions and the service was horrible. I forgot my card so I called and the employee on the phone told me he would put it behind the counter. When I went back to get it, this other employee was like « I don’t know where it is » zero proactivity, he wasn’t looking and I had to yell that I wasn’t leaving without my card and to call his colleague. I was mad.

C'est plutôt bon. Les plats sont corrects. Seul bémol sur le smoothie Einstein, il serait bon de le tamiser histoire de pas avoir l'impression de boire des petits bouts de framboise!

Selected curbside service from website online. Had to go into restaurant to get order. Nobody answered phone. Employee said she never heard of curbside service. Manager pretended he was employee and said he'd never heard of it either. In covid times.really? Terrible customer service. Chili good. Baked fries undercooked and salty. General copper -meh. Salty disappointing start to finish.

Witnessed very concerning actions by the worker at the cash register. She processed a customers order wearing the disposable plastic gloves at the cash register and then proceeded to go prep food wearing the same gloves. She did not change her gloves. It is important for the health of customers to be even more cautious during these times.

Very good food, great service, and clean environment. Will definitely be back! The General Tao was fantastic.

The Copper branch Brand is quite good, but unfortunately this location specifically Lacks the etiquette of customer service.rude, dismissive and there is always something missing or wrong with the order.i have eaten at many of the other locations with no issue but this one seems to not particularly want to serve its public with just basic Customer service.and this comment comes after many months of ordering and passing on a review regardless of poor service and errors in delivery.

Really delicious burgers but the price is a bit high. Around 11$ for just a burger. I'm satisfied with the taste though.

Today, I was outraged while visiting this Copper Branch location when my brother was told literally to go back to his country from
an employee (Evelyn) when he kindly gave feedback about the meal he was just served: A cold, tasteless meal from a disgruntled employee, a true recipe for disaster
The moment we stepped into the store, Miss Everlyn was in no mood to serve new customers. She was in a hurry, already showing agony to serve a client before us, the store's already in its closing state, all the chairs up, anything but an inviting place to enjoy a meal.
She started mumbling that we can no longer sit at the store as it was 9: 17 while the store closes at 10 pm. When I kindly reminded that we're 40 minutes away from closing time, her love for us didn't increase at all.
Evelyn, you're a shame to Copper Branch and if I were your manager I'll show you the door the next morning when he goes through yesterday's footage and hopefully with sound so he can hear your rubbish and understand my frustration, and to Copper Branch,
it's the last time I would set a foot in this location

Me and my husband went to the store last week and was very disappointed by everything. First, I have been a vegan for 20 years and was shocked to see Starbucks milk drinks at the back. The employees were drinking it and did not wash their hands when they were making the food. We ordered a shiitake burger and 6 wings. The burger was cold and it was dripping of aioli sauce. The wings were ok but the sauce container had fingermarks on it. I was very disgusted and the staff were very unpleasant and I did not feel welcome there. My husband told the staff about the cold burger but when we got it back, the top was burned and the burger was crispy. It literally crumbled in his hands. I have been to other copper Branch in Montreal and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. People beware of this restaurant and go at your own risk!

Lousy customer service. My wife & I were at the Lucerne CB at 8: 40pm, 3rd July. There were no other customers. The lady behind the counter had a dazed expression.no greeting, no smile, didn’t utter a word & didn’t provide a menu. When we asked for the menu, she plainly handed it over to us and walked to the back of the restaurant. We were made to feel unwelcome & so we left immediately. Please train your staff. They’re totally unprepared to handle customers.

La bouffe est vraiment bonne mais c'est tellement cher! 45$ avant pourboire pour 4 hamburger c'est hallucinant. Je suis intolérante au gluten très sévèrement et je dois payer 1,30$+txs pour le pain sans gluten, alors que chaque hamburger ou sandwich coûte déjà 9$. Les frites sont pas bonnes (sauf celles de patates douces) et avec le type de resto "fast food/petites portions", les prix devraient vraiment être revus.

Went in today to try out the new feta cheese falafel sandwich and it was bland (I realized half way that they forgot to include the feta cheese, so I had to ask for it separately and it made a big difference in a good way). Their tempeh bbq sandwich was not too bad but they stuffed everything into a wrap instead of a sandwich. They serve an odd tasting poutine (the sauce has a very strong herbal taste to it and the cheese was honestly unapparent.definitely not a repeat). The menus definitely on the pricey side but the staff was chill. Facilities were alright. Type of place you visit from time to time if it's convenient.

I called regarding my food and the manager “Evelyn” just told me she doesnt care and doesnt care a about my order and cant help me with my order.very sad since it was my favourite restaurant to go for a healthy snack

Je n'aurait jamais imaginé aimer la bouffe vegan un jour mais je doit avouer que le hamburger aux haricots noirs est excellente! J'en mangerais surement plus souvent si les prix ne sont pas aussi élevés.

Terrible service.
This one particular lady she’s short and kind of chubby with dark hair. She looks maybe Latina of some sort. I ordered an Aztec power bowl with rice and shiitake. There was like 3 spoonfuls of rice barely covering the bottom of the container. There was about 2 small pieces of shiitake teriyaki and 1 big chip. I go to cooper branch all the time so I know this is not the portion size. I asked the lady for more because I know I should I have more the mini sized take out container was not even half full and she refused. Terrible service. Go to a different location for your own sake. 0/1 stars.

Very good healthy food if you are vegan it's heaven for you but very pricey so not for everyday except if you live in a mansion and drive a good AMG which the area it is in has a lot of them so good for them

The young man working there clearly did not want to be there and made it obvious for clients to see. First time I was with a friend, eat-in. She ordered the Aztec bowl, they forgot to include a few items in her bowl: mung bean sprouts and brocoli. Second time, I went alone to order a bowl of Aristotle for take out. The same person there, told me they are out of balsamic vinaigrette, and humus. I asked him what he would give as replacement, he said "nothing". The humus is the ingredient I appreciate most about the Aritotle bowl. And A bowl of salad without vinaigrette is simply a bowl of cut veggies. I walked out without a word.

Excellent food. I'm not even a vegan and I love this place. A bit pricey but the quality is worth it. It's miles ahead of pretentious more expensive vegan/vegetarian restaurants. The copper general and mediterranean dishes as well as the teriyaki sandwich are great. The aztec.not so much but just differences in taste.

I tried their dessert and it's not memorable. Their coffee is just not good, unfortunately. The roasts aren't fresh and the espresso drinks aren't done right but the employees aren't expected to be on top of their regular work.

Vraiment déçue de mon expérience d'aujourd'hui au Copper Branch Mont-Royal. Je mange régulièrement des bols énergisants et j'adore la qualité de ceux-ci et les quantités sont toujours bonnes. Aujourd'hui, j'ai essayé les nouilles aux courgettes, et la quantité était vraiment insuffisante. J'ai demandé à avoir une portion plus raisonnable, mais on m'a dit que c'était la portion habituelle. J'ai du aller manger quelque chose d'autre ailleurs pour compenser. Payer 14.95$ pour une si petite portion, c'est vraiment fâchant.

J'ai bien aimé le choix des plats. J'ai trouvé toutefois dans le menu que le choix de la base et de la protéine n'étaient pas clairement indiqué.

J'ai trouvé aussi très dommage que les couverts et les verres soient en plastique. Je suis passée à un cheveu de mettre 3 étoiles. Sauf que c'est un excellent petit fast food végan, alors j'ai décidé de ne pas être trop sévère.

J'ai vu aussi que le propriétaire ou le gérant regarde les commentaires, alors j'espère qu'ils vont mettre des ustensiles en métal et des verres en verre:)

Same great taste. Today for the first time in my hundredth visit I tried Falafel as side. Wow, the perfect blend of spices makes your taste buds dance. In addition Troy is an excellent friendly and smiley gentleman who took my tray away when I was done with a great smile.
