Copper Branch

I ordered a Cobb salad with tofu as an extra for take out and I realized while eating that they forgot two of the ingredients one being the chickpeas. For a 20$ salad I find this very unfortunate.

À éviter absolument. Commandé un sandwich déjeuner clairement indiqué en vedette sur leur menu à 5.99$. Arrive à la caisse, on me charge 9,99$ en me disant que celui à 5,99$ n'est pas encore dispo (alors qu'il est en big and bold sur leur menu et en affichage). Ok. Je prends le plus dispendieux. La machine indique que ma transaction est approuvée. Le caissier m'assure que non, insiste pour recommencer la transaction en me disant que son ordi a un bug et qu'il ne peut pas non plus imprimer le coupon de caisse. Je lui dit que c'est probablement passé, mais il insiste que non. On refait la transaction. De retour chez moi (à plus d'une heure de route de cette succursale), je me rends compte que la transaction de 11,49$ est passée 2 fois dans mon compte bancaire. Donc presque 25$ pour UN sandwich déjeuner. Comme je n'allais pas refaire la route pour ça, j'ai tenté de contacter Copper Branch à plusieurs reprises (téléphone, courriel, messenger). On m'ignore complètement. Vraiment très ordinaire. À déconseiller fortement (cette succursale et la marque en général pour la non-gestion d'un petit problème comme ça.). Ceci est arrivé le 10 juillet dernier vers 10AM.

I had breakfast taco, was surprised how good it was. They are always helpful when asking questions.

Smoothies are good. Prices are steep and if you’re not careful they’ll charge you for small add-ons. They asked if I wanted sauce for fries, but didn’t mention that would be an extra $1.50 for a watery dipping sauce. Their fry portions are too small also.

I had an amazing experience here. I went here two times this week around noon and just loved it. The food is so nutritious and tasty. The service was really fast and extremely obliging. Can totally recommend this place!

Ordered food and a matcha. Got my matcha on time. 15 minutes later I asked if they could heat it when the food arrived. They said yes. 15 minutes after that I asked again and they said I didn't order food. So I showed my receipt. When I finally for it, it was frozen in the middle. The last time I'd gone was a few years back and had found glass in my smoothy and they really didn't seam to care. Going to avoid this location in the future

Lundi, mon accompagnateur a trouvé une vis dans son bol. L'employée l'a remplacé avec une portion plus généreuse. Merci. Nous avions remarqué que les portions étaient moins généreuses, façon courante d'augmenter les prix, sans en avoir l'air. Le bol noir, ça fait joli, mais les moindres traces de savon mal rincé ou de je ne sais quoi se voient davantage et le font paraître sale. À part cela, la nourriture était bonne.

La qualité de la nourriture est là, le personnel est sympathique mais malheureusement le délai d’attente est très très très long…. Lorsqu’on est sur un timer pour le lunch malheureusement c’est très inconvénient… Le manque de personnel est flagrant et c’est dommage pour ceux qui travaillent car ills reçoivent l’impatience des clients. Je n’y retournerais plus.

La poutine au chili a été faite avec des cubes de patates douces et non pas des frites, certains cubes étaient encore croquants. Vraiment pas terrible

Arrivé en avance pour éviter le trafic de l'heure de lunch. Malgré tout, l'attente à durée plus de 30 minutes. Mauvais gestion des commandes. La salade n'était pas bonne, les shitakes super secs. Ne recommande pas.

Haven't had a meal here in a minute, and it's as good as I remember. Building my order on the website was very easy and food was ready once I arrived by BIXI. Easy to locate, lots of seating, and bilingual staff. Delicious, generous portions of the Aristotle Power bowl.

The girl today was already closing the shop at 5: 30 while the store is supposed to close at 6. She therefore completed messed up the order. I asked for Shiitake and got Tempeh.wrong sauce and format.
Very disappointed.

A WARNING!

I love Cooper Branch but this location doesn’t respect their listed hours. Placed on online order only to walk over and find the store closed. Tried calling too, and of course the voicemail is completely full. Now I'm stuck with a charge on my credit card for food I never received and no way to get in touch.

Just look at Christian's comment below, this seems to be a common occurrence. It's completely infuriating!

Dear owners, learn to properly run your store or honestly just shut it down because you're wasting people time and money.

So disapointed! I love eating at the Copper Branch, but the location on Prince/Wellington is terrible. I went twice, the employees don’t care about you and the wait time is terrible. I took a bowl with the smoked tofu option, but it was 4 small cubes of tofu in the bowl! I will never go again, twice was enough!

Très décevant comme service. Les employés vous répond en anglais seulement, le service extrêmement long.la nourriture est moin bonne qu'ailleurs.dommage parce que les propriétaires sont très sympathique et accueillant. Je me suis déjà fait service par les propriétaires.cela est la preuve que d'avoir de bon employés est très important pour qu'un commerce fonctionne bien et perdure longtemps.

Charged me for an order that they did not fulfill. I paid online and came to pickup my order and the place was completely closed even though it said online that it was open and running. I tried calling multiple times as well as emailing and all forms of communication lead to nothing. The email address they sent my confirmation from would not accept my email trying to get in touch with them, and their phone number is not in service. They still charged me for my complete order and will not return my money.

New employees should not be trained on how to prepare meals or drinks via telephone.

Management should be more professional and have proper training implemented for newcomers so they can serve customers more efficiently. I paid money for something that wasn’t done properly.

Perfectly located where there ain't many options to eat. I am a vegan so this is the place for me. Usually not crowded. Nice and cozy place. Would definitely recommend.

Un caissier moins aimable qu'une porte de prison, des aliments brocolis encore congelé dans le plat, une sauce trop sucrée. La restaurant de chaîne classique.
