I used to eat there multiple times per week as they offered almost exclusively health oriented vegan options and I eat vegan for health reasons. Since the menu was changed, everything I used to order was either removed from the menu or reformulated with cheap unhealthy ingredients I avoid to cut costs leaving me with virtually nothing I would eat there so they lost me.

Edit: Been closed for MONTHS now, for "renovations". Renovations don't take that long. I drive by and i have never seen anyone renovating anything during all these months.

I believe that this restaurant closed its doors permanently. Unfortunately.

Ordered takeout and opened the box to find that I can see the bottom of the bowl. That’s how much food there was in there. Thanks for the 18$ snack.

The recently resized portion is absolutely appalling. Anyone who isn’t vegan and or has severe allergies has much better options. This chain is already struggling financially. Disrespecting your customers by slashing portions in half but maintaining your prices is not the path to profitability.

My girlfriend asked me to stop at this place for a smoothie she had a few days ago and I didn’t know this was a vegan place but was pleasantly surprised being my first time trying vegan. The Ghandi smoothie was awesome and the chocolate brownie was one of the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely be returning and I recommend this place to everyone.

After a few bad experiences finding vegetarian food in Montreal, we ate here and it was delicious. Had a burger and fries. Will come back next time we're in town!

Location is decent, they should use actual bowls instead this togo boxes for poke bowls. Poke Bowl was good in taste however no pumpkin seeds, if they don’t use the ingredients than they shouldn’t charge for it.

Tiffany the manager is SUPER rude she hung up in my face multiple time when i asked her a simple question about the portion! I will NEVER order from this copper branch again thats the worst customer service ever

Ordered small chilli, it took 40 minutes to get it, she kept saying 5 more mins all the time. Never going back. Be honest guys and tell us when we are ordering that it will take 40 minutes, so that we can either order something else or better we can go to another place. And in addition you liars did not accept your own coupons that you offered last time when we had to wait 30 minutes too. So both experiences were bad enough.

I went to buy a poutine and the cashier pointed to two boxes on the side - mini and regular. I told her I will take the regular. When they made the poutine and were getting ready to put it in my bag I asked why it was in the mini box. I was told those box sizes are only for the fries but for the poutine when you say regular they give you mini which makes me wonder what is the regular box actually called for a poutine?

Not the best customer experience. I will not be going back.

Bilingual here. Seen Asian hostess refusing to serve POC in English, but does not hesitate in serving white clients in English.

The vegetables Not fresh The smell of it is not good I discovered this at home I didn’t expect this from the restaurant

Everything they make is FIRE. You honestly cannot go wrong with any of the options. All of the bowls are a delicious, with the shiitake teriyaki as the protein, it's so good. The mini option is super filling. The General Tao is a must-try as well. Love love love this place

I absolutely love Copper Branch. They have so many good vegetarian options. Healthy and taste very good. The shiitake mushroom 'chicken wings' are so good. I would definitely eat at these locations more often but it is quite pricey and when you have a big appetite 3 wings don't get you too far so it adds up quick.

They advertise lentil soup, but there's hardly any lentil in it, vabd it tastes exactly like a minestrone soup, not impressed

You have a station for picking up online orders. If I order online, it should be placed there. It should not be left behind the counter while I wait patiently for 15 min, only to be asked after several in-store customers and Uber drivers have been served, if I’m waiting for something. And the food honestly isn’t all that good. I wonder why I order from here, then months go by, I forget, and make the mistake of ordering again.

Great discovery!
I was unfamiliar with this chain and very pleasantly surprised. Knowing I would be in the area, I ordered the night before - also a first! My order was ready on time, warm, fresh and delicious. I ordered the corn chowder and the portobello burger. Outstanding! The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the soup was a bit salty. Will definitely be back.

I am fan of Copper Branch for years, but I am disappointed with my experience at the DDO branch. I ordered a regular chilli with a 7$ price tag and literally the container was 2/3 full. Honestly, that is pretty cheap and unacceptable.

I ordered the aztec power bowl and it was delicious full to the top! Fresh amazing ingredients. Friendly customer service!

The staff at the OG West Island location are super sweet and efficient. Copper Branch makes it easy to get your non-vegan pals to try it out and not run away in rage. You keep your friends and eat super well/winnnnning

This is a really healthy opcion. I had a portobello hamburguer and it was amazing.they also have good smoothies and bowls with tofu, beans, and other vegan proteins.everything 100% plant based. I really like it!

The vegan cheese that they use in their poutine is indistinguishable from dairy cheese. Very tasty:) This restaurant is definitely helping me transition to a more plant-based diet in general.

I asked for an extra dressing because I find there is not enough and the salad is a bit dry. After spending 15$, on a salad 0.60$ for extra dressing is disappointing.

In the past I was really impressed with this place. Went last night and all kinds of tape on their order board indicating that meals are unavailable. The price is always pretty high; but in the past the portions were adequate. Last night I felt like my wife and I received half sized portions. I was very disappointed.

After eating here, I am considering going vegan. The food was delicious! I can't wait to try out something else from your menu

I had placed my order online to be picked up and I love how easy it is to customise your order and that you can select a pick up time that is convenient to you. I did noticed however that when I arrived to the restaurant, my order wasnt ready but they did assemble it in under 5 minutes. I'm not sure if this is the norm or if it was an outlier because the restaurant was dead, but it did leave my food fresh. The restaurant inside is bright and gorgeous and super modern. Really like that there are lots of bright windows. I ordered the aztek mini bowl and Asian mini bowl. The aztke bowl was my favourite and I loved all of the flavours in it. Being Asian myself I was a bit picky with the Asian bowl and there were lots of flavours which I wouldn't have put together so it's a bit too eclectic for my taste. Overal my bill came to under $27 and I liked how I was able to use my points online for further discounts.

Slowest copper branch location. There were 3 workers there, chit chatting and felt like a slow pace was just how it is over there. Don't go there if you're hungry, especially not hangry.

Copper Branch at the Dix30 Brossard location is spectacular. I took an Aztec bowl for lunch. Simply amazing and burst of flavors of rich tasting ingredients and all vegetarian. I am not a vegetarian, I must say this place is phenomenal. You must visit. It will not be last time. The staff, very friendly and ownership very visible and on hand to make sure everything is running smoothly. Customers are happy I see and overall customer service is excellent and top notch. Thank you! I will be back many times. Two words. WOW and YUM. I will be back. Cant wait for the new location in Candiac to open.

Overpriced dishes, when plant based food should be the cheapest food on this planet! My kid got a little bite of bun that they call sandwich, which had a burnt black piece stuck in it from their oven!

The variety is fantastic for people that have not yet fully adopted vegetarianism or veganism. I recommend!

Good vegan food. But still complain about over limit costs. Prices are not reasonable. If they don't adjust the price/quality ratio, my opinion Vegan and vegetarian food will lose popularity except for those fanatic of vegan food.

Always fresh food only downside is some of the chairs are not comfortable inside this location.

The service and quality has taken a huge plunge recently. Everything in my last meal was cold. The kids meal I was given was only half a cheese sandwich (8 friggin dollars for half a sandwich!). In the past it was a box with fries and veggies. Will not be going back to that location

Vegetarian restaurant with a great variety of choices for every palate. Meat eaters will fund equivalents here, that will satisfy them. Also has a nice choice of smoothies

Very average today, tried the General copper bowl, coldish rice not enough sauce and the general tao was tough.didnt feel the value today, and thats a first.my2cents

My wife finally convinced me to eat here.

I am the furthest thing from a vegan or vegetarian.

But this bowl that she bought me, with the shitake protein and beans, rice and veggies was actually quite amazing.

The shitake protein, if you didn't know any better tastes just like chicken. Kind of like a stir fried chicken.

Everything tastes fresh and clean. The baked fries were really good too.

I wouldn't go back as a go to restaurant, because I still need meat, but if my beautiful wife wanted to go, I wouldn't say no.is that honest enough?

I was very disappointed when i received my food this afternoon. I ordered an avocado toast (to go) at your St-Jean location, when i got home and looked at my food there were ONIONS in my avocado toast. The food tasted like salad dressing. I wasted my gift card on a meal i was not satisfied with. I went online to check the ingredients to make sure onions were not apart of the avocado toast recipe, and it wasnt! I suggest that you re-train the employees; it is quite fustrating to have to travel so far and not be satisfied with the meal I purchased.

I accidentally found this place. They have a quick counter service. I didn't expected to be this good even though I read the positive reviews prior to trying the restaurant. The food blew up my mind the first time! It was incredibly delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I tried the mushroom burger, beyond good, with the Bombay lentil soop, OMG! Incredible!
I went to two different locations afterwards, Carrefour Laval and downtown on University street and it was not that good. The mushroom burger was not the same and they don't serve the Bombay soup. I was confused and I couldn't understand why the burger wasn't the same. I also tried and did not like the mushroom sandwich which had bread more than anything else.
If I give this restaurant another chance, I would try something else.
