Copper Branch

C'est vraiment super bon! Service rapide, les plats sont originaux, et les desserts vraiment très bon, tout est vegan, il y a de la place pour se poser, un peu moins de place de parking.
La déco est sympa et les serveurs on été adorable.

J’ai voulu tester car je passe souvent devant et il y a rarement du monde, et bien je n’aurais pas dû. Déjà il faut attendre 10min avant qu’on prenne notre commande, alors qu’il n’y a aucuns autres clients à par vous. Les tables ne sont pas nettoyer ou peut être que le soir, et du peu de personnel qu’il y a, elles sont toutes désagréables.
Je ne recommande pas du tout. Et très cher pour ce que c’est.

Ordered on UberEats and the small box was not even half full… Only the bottom on the box was covered with food, it was about 2/3 empty.

So disappointing especially considering the price. On top of that, the broccoli was undercooked. Not eating here again. I’ve been to other Cooper Branch locations and received more much food, this one clearly is reducing portion sizes as much as they can. Really disappointed with my experience.

Beets burger is their specialty. I am very happy to learn that fast food is becoming healthier.

Wonderful location and open layout. We really enjoyed popping in with our tiny toddler and loved the ultimate breakfast bagel and caramel latte. The girl that served us was very friendly and great with our daughter, it was a pleasure to eat there. I highly recommend.

Très mauvais choix de ma part, mauvais service, deux employés pour servir les clients, trop cher pour la qualité, imitation de la mal bouffe états-unienne. Nulle.

La première préposée était en training et ne connaissait pas encore tous les ingrédients et ai eu de la difficulté à faire un choix.l'autre, visiblement habituée, ne pouvait me dire si ma carte de fidélité était encore bonne et ma suggéré de telecharger l'application pour y entrer ma facture (parce qu'elle n'avait pas le temps de m'expliquer, on était 3 dans le resto.), mais finalement, elle ne savait pas non plus comment ça fonctionnait donc je n'ai pas eu mes points.le gros biscuit aux chipits de chocolat est sec. Sur l'application, il n'y a pas de choix de protéines contrairement à quand on est sur place.quand on paie presque 40$ pour deux (sans boisson), on s'attend à beaucoup mieux!

This is the loveliest location of Copper Branch I've seen. It's very cozy with plant decor. The service is always great, staff are friendly and food is fresh and super tasty. I highly recommend this location.

Love that they open at 8 rather than 11! Awesome service by Marusia! Also, the ultimate breakfast sandwich was better than expected. A little salty but delicious! Next time i will ask for extra lettuce, and tomato (not that they include less than any other place but I personally ALWAYS usually ask for extra enzymes;) But yes, delicious, and of course with a perfectly done hot macha! Was my 1st time def going back! Sorry no picks or perhaps sounding fake? I'm a real human who really enjoyed the expirience. Have an awesome day! Hope this helps -

Des prix corrects, les salades / bols sont excellents spécialement le général Tao. On confond réellement le shitake avec de la viande. L'assaisonnement est vrai régal.
Par contre les bun bao ne sont absolument pas assez garnis bien que très bon au niveau du goût!

I went to this copper branch location today. I’ve never had to wait so long for food in my life. The two people working there were not friendly especially the young man. Usually when I go to Copper Branch in other areas like the West Island, the customer service is much better. When I got in the two people working behind the counter did not even acknowledge that I was there. It took the young man forever to take my order and the place was not full. They need to learn how to greet their customers, even if they are busy they need to acknowledge that the customer is there and have a smile on their faces. The food itself was good but the customer service was terrible!

The breakfast was really delicious and affordable. We got BLTs and they were the perfect amount of food for a breakfast.

The cappuccino was also shockingly good, we'd definitely eat here again

Even though i usually really enjoy CB. I ordered an aztec bowl, arrived home and there was no broccoli or sweet potato. Also my bowl didnt taste as good as i remember it. Then my gf ordered hamburger and fries.the fries box was half empty.and the inside of the burger was cold even though the bun was warm.really disappointed considering the price and the quality we were expecting. Finally there was sauce everyone under the packaging. Pretty sure ill never go back to that one, there is better copper branch in MTL

Several hours after eating the general copper bowl I started displaying symptoms of food poisoning.

Ma blonde m'a fait découvrir la place et j'ai été agréablement surpris comment tout était bon

Bouffe délicieuse. Service chaleureux. Ils ont plein d’options sans gluten pour les malheureux « tolèrent-pas-le-blé » comme moi, mais tout est toujours plein de saveur! Leur pain keto est super bon, mais peut-être un tout petit peu trop petit pour leurs burgers. La poutine est délicieuse aussi. J’adore les restos qui rendent la bouffe végétalienne et santé plus accessible dans un monde de fast food qui n’a pas de l’allure. Un grand merci à Pierrick qui m’a servi aussi - il était la meilleure partie de l’expérience. J’ai hâte d’essayer le menu au complet.

Very nice place but my portobello burger was a mess and tasted awful. The sweet potato fries were terrible and full of peels, dry as hell too. Poutine was awful and tasted moldy because of all the peels on the potatoes. It’s my first and last time at Copper Branch.

I took the Azteca plate and it was amazing! Super generous and delicious. The staff was super nice too:)

J'ai mangé le burger galaxie avec un extra guacamole. C'était somptueux. Ça goûtait le ciel. 10/10

Santé et saveur riment bien. Un peu cher. L’ambiance et le service ressemblent à de la restauration rapide.

Quelle déception. Je pensais passer un petit repas en apéritif dînatoire mais les quantités sont famélique. Il y a très peu de houmous, les nachos n’ont quasiment aucun accompagnement (autant s’acheter des nachos seul dans le commerce du coin ça coûtera beaucoup moins cher) et les frites sont cramés. Peut être que l’enseigne qui se prétends saine n’a pas conscience que le carbone dans la nourriture est cancérigène.
Première et dernière fois pour ma part

J ai commandé 4 fois au copper branch mont royal, 3 fois ils ont raté la commande.j ai reçu des frites (pas de sauce pas de fromage) au lieu de Poutine. Le mauvais sandwich ils ont aussi chargé mes extras mais ne les ont pas mis dans le sandwich. Malheureusement un problème d employé ou de qualité mais après 3 incidents et erreur de commande à chaque fois.je n’y retournerai pas.

Mes gaufres étaient trop sèches, et ma portion un peu trop petite pour le prix. Ma femme a commandé un burger qu’elle n’a pas beaucoup aimé, accompagné de frites molles et tièdes. La déco est OK. Les ustensiles sont mal nettoyés.

J'aime beaucoup la nourriture de Copper Branch mais je comprends mal le choix d'engager quelqu'un qui ne parle pas français pour servir les clients à Montréal.

Trop santé pour moi. J'y suis allé pour faire plaisir à ma fille qui vit un trip végétarien. Aucun item sur le menu n'avait l'air bon. J'adore manger santé et équilibré, le Commensal offre un menu végétarien délicieux, mais ici, c'est poussé à l'extrême.

Bonne nourriture, mais mauvaise équipe. Passe de nombreuse commandes avant nous, et ne travaillent pas ensemble. La pauvre fille derrière le comptoir semblait débordée alors que son collègue nettoyait la machine à café et la regardait travailler. Nous avons attendu plus de 30 minutes pour une commande d’un burger et d’un bol énergisant.

Service vraiment moyens il manquait de chaises à l’extérieur, je l’attend toujours, le restaurant est ruser sur ses prix le burger un prix me garniture à côté presque aussi cher. Le burger portobello était bon quoique un peu trop cuit. Ha oui j’ai pourtant laisser un bon pourboire on m’a dis de m’installer dehors le serveur est venu posé en vitesse le plat et a disparue tellement vite que je n’ai même pa eu le temps de lui demander de l’eau il a fallu que je me déplace à l’intérieur pour remplir moi même deux gobelets d’eau du robinet. Bref BANAL je ne sais pas si je donnerai une autre chance.

We went there for two smoothies and they were excellent! It was so refreshing and can easily replace a lunch meal.

However, when looking at other menu items, it is quite expensive. Then again, when I look at how they prepare them, all the rice and quinoa are freshly cooked in rice cooker. All other ingredients look great too.

I guess it is still unclear whether this is a Starbucks/Food court style. As we still order and serve ourselves, but since it takes time to prepare those fresh meal, we had to wait a bit. My smoothies are only available after 10 mins wait.

You can never go wrong with copper branch. Their bowls are amazing but the mushroom galaxy burger is something else!

Ma deuxième expérience et nullement déçu. Une formule de dîner incluant sandwich, soupe, boissons serait apprécié. Je salive encore en passant à mon burger au champignon portebello

Very glad a friend introduced me to Copper Branch. The food was so good - decent portion sizes, great flavor, and healthy. I'm definitely returning!

During my stay in Montreal I had a air BnB not far from here and I would always eat here at least once a week. Very good however I like meat too much

First time there. Line up was really poorly handled. Food seemed fresh but the place was messy and cashier was sneezing allover the cooking area. Not impressed!

Tofu wrap with fries and quinoa breakfast bowl. Clean place, fresh tasting ingredients. Made quickly. Delicious. Well constructed meal. No complaints.

Hamburger au portobello.comparée à leurs photo, la moitié en épaisseur, tranche très mince de portobello, peu garni. Pour $8.95 plus taxes et pourboires, vraiment pas.
Trop d'argent investi dans le décor et peu dans la quantité/qualité.

About the food, it is a really good place to be, we've tried 2 main sandwiches: lovely, the taste was nice. We also had nachos with hummus spinach, it was really great and the Buffalo wings are a bit expensive but sooooooooo good. I never had that taste in my mouth, thank you:)
About the people working here it seems to be another thing. They were not smiling and not that gentle. And they hide whenever they can. May be the wrong day for them:)

J'ai beaucoup aimé leur bol de Général Tao mais la prochaine fois, je sais que je peux demander avec du quinoa au lieu du riz. Je vais y retourner pour sûr!

TERRIBLE SERVICE.employees don't care about the service quality. They are all robots just doing their work. After spending $40 on supper for me and my husband, we wanted a coffee. Waited 15 minutes for a coffee to go, and was then served a cup without a cover. They have no covers left. WHAT? And you couldn't tell me this before you just made me wait 15 minutes for a coffee. That coffee sat their from the moment I ordered it, he made it and then it sat there while he served 5 other customers and prepared their food, the coffee just sat there with no cover for 15 minutes. Then when I asked for a cover, and was told there was no covers he attempted to put the coffee in a soup container with a cover. SERIOUSLY? Must be a very stupid manager and owner to hire employees like this. This is the type of employee that ruins a business, especially a restaurant business.
