My sister wanted to try this place and gave him her 200 dollar uggs to have the salt cleaned out of them. Came back with holes. I went to speak to him about it and he became extremely unreasonable and refused to let me speak. I was finally about to present the idea to him that if there were ALREADY HOLES in her winter boots why would she try to have the salt cleaned out of them instead of repaired? No answer. Just kept talking about how all his reviews say he's 5 stars, even when I said could it just have been a mistake he said the odds were 0.001 percent and that if he refunded the totally massive sum of 50, that would like admitting that he caused it, which is fair ofcourse but dealing with people like that are never pleasant. So if he ever damages your stuff by his "0.001%" chance then you'll never get your money or pride back. Made my sister cry on an already bad day when all she wanted was her money back

Ruined my shoes and refused to take responsibility for it.told me it was my fault even though it was clearly put in the washing machine and i got back my 200$ shoes with 2 holes in them.

Got my heels fixed but that’s all they did.
My other shoe repair shop (that closed) did the extra mile did a bit of shinning etc, this place nothing for the 20$ thank you for your service, going to try another place. No WOW factor as per the comments.

Good shoe repair. The owner knows what he's doing and takes care of your footwear.

I have been going to Tony for years (about 20-25) at there pincourt location and always great service and great work. The only place I will go to get my shoes repaired!
I got my partners shoes that are 10 yo repaired. They did a great job on the entire outer soul and inner. As well as buffed them to look like new!

They do great work, I ride a motorcycle and they repaired a few pieces for me they also helped me with re-sizing a leather vest and they sewed on some patches on my leather vest, good work. I also have my keys cut there and the keys always worked great.

Fixed my dad's winter boots that the inside heel material had worn out. Did a great job and the shoes may outlast my dad.
