The biggest problem I have with this store is the line ups at the cash. They tend to be very long and frequently disorganized. This makes me visit this store less often to make purchases. I suggest management redesign the area close to the cashes to make it more client efficient.
CONGRADULATIONS COSTCO to the addition of the new self checkout counters. It makes it much faster to process the checkout experience. ADD MORE SELF CHECKOUTS cash registers and make the waiting lines MORE ORGANIZED. This is the best decision you have ever made for your company and clients. BRAVO

Everything is good but their shepherd’s pie is absolutely inedible. The corn is counted but I get the cost cutting. What kills me is that the beef is dowsed in black pepper. Literally way too much. No children would be able to eat this and adults, barely. Would still come but not buy their shepherd’s pie.

On dit que Costco il y a toujours de nouveaux stocks qui circulent pour rentre la compagnie exclusive, mais au bout d'un an, j'ai remarqué que Costco Marché Central ont toujours les mêmes choses. Pas assez de personnel sur le plancher quand tu veux poser des questions. Décevant! Ils devront aussi réaménager les allées pour faciliter la circulation.surtout aux caisses!

I totally understand that it located in a popular area "Marché central" but there is ALWAYS a line up. It's been years maybe they should do something about it?

Love Costco. Terrible for parking, and like most Costco completely overrun by people. Oh well, still great quality items at sensible prices.

Beaucoup de produits exotiques (trop) pas assez de produits utiles, beaucoup de surface allouée aux cochonneries (popcorn chips tacos)

Costco wholesale. Thought price would be really competitive. But some items are costlier than maxi! Definitely somw items have little bit cheaper price. But its not worth if you are not buying stuffs in bulk.

Good price, good quantity, but lacking of customer services. MAJORITY of the workers are rude, and doesn't courteous with the customers. First of all, Today, I went to buy a jewelry and I asked a clerk for some help. He was rude, and really dry when he talked. He seems that he didn't want to work today. I asked a question and he responded like I was dumb. Second, when you go pay at the front, most of the cashier doesn't greet you or they keep talking and laughing with the other who is packing your stuff. They don't pay attention to you. Costco doesn't look like a place to work but more like a chilling place (not professional). For the membership that we pay, workers should be polite and welcome. Apart of that the place is good.

Les employés sont des bandits 6h pile à l heure de la fermeture ils ont commencé à barrer la route avec les chariots elevateur, nerveux et provocateurs. Pour virer les clients qui paient de l argent pour etre soit disant membres. Degoutant. À chaque fois qu il m arrive de me rendre à ce Costco j ai la meme impression: ils manquent énormément de respect à ses client. Une employés entrain de plier les vêtements qui fait des grimaces de dégoût à une chinoise car son bebe pleurait.ma visite precedente date de deux ans j eu jours eu cette impression. Bref à éviter.

Suggestion: Get another Jamaican patties provider. The Patty King International black and green boxes are garbage. Absolutely tasteless! Not sure if their white boxes are different but the black and green boxes are awful!

It took over two hours to change my tires, what is the point of having a an appointment. You basically waste your whole day here. They need to manage their time better

Always hate their parking mess, that they force all the cars to pass by the front door to get in, as if we wouldn't know about them if we didn't drive past the crowds at the door

Le magasin Costco Marché centrale est pas comme les autres Costco, pas trop organisé, l’éclairage est pas bien, le seul avantage c les membres au service à la clientèle, très respectueux et patient.

Costco Marché central isn’t like the other Costco, not organized and poor lighting, the only good thing is the employees on customer service desk, very nice and respectful.

J'aime le personnel, c'est drôle comme on s'y s'attache au fil des années. Aussi j'aime les différentes cultures qu'on y rencontre, les langues différentes qu'on peut entendre au fur et à mesure qu'on parcours les rayons. Oui y a des idiots, comme partout, mais faut prendre les choses à la légère. On a quand même de la chance de vivre dans un pays où on a accès à autant. Exerçons la reconnaissance!

I've liked this Costco for a while, but had an great experience with Pritul today. We were trying to find an item, and none of the staff seemed to know where it is, he ran around the store multiple times for us, up and down aisles and helped us locate what we needed with a smile on his face. Really nice and friendly person, and definitely made our experience great even with all the typical Saturday madness there.

I mean its Costco, but if you need a review of this wonderful store/concept then here you go:

Go in expecting to spend hundreds of dollars as everything is bulk, but at a very reasonable cost for what you end up with. I tend to make a game of it with my partner to see who guesses closer to the total amount.

Also, never go shopping here at noon time as its very crowded on weekends.

Le pire Costco de la région de Montréal. Il manque plusieurs articles. Tout semble désorganisé. Le stationnement est un vrai foutoir.

Very A large store that includes pharmacy, optical examination service, electronics, clothes, shoes, grocery, bakery and everything you need you can find there with good quality and reasonable prices.they alway provide good offers.

Like the location, but HATEHATEHATE the the fact that Costco customers park in the Reno-Depot parkibg lot and as such take valuable parking at Reno-Depot instead of parking in the just as expansive parking lot of Costco itself when they are shopping there to begin with. Also those Costco shoppers significantly slow down the intersection between the 2 establishments as the criss-cross the 2 location's parking lots coming to and from Costco from the Reno-Depot parking lot. Rant over. Phew!

This Costco is the by far the worst Costco in the Montréal area especially the products I recommend going to another Costco

The best products in town shows up in Costco. The best pitstop to refill your stores. I do miss not having the Costco gas in this location.

I just love going to this place.always find some thing new to try.very well maintained and clean. No foul smell in the non veg section.a couple of times I found tender coconut.it was as very tasty. The bakery section is also very good.the cheese bun, morning rounds, carrots cake, other flavors cake everything is good.the doughnuts cake is something I'd not like at all.cost effective ️

I went on a Monday over lunch time and was pleasantly surprised by the relatively small amount of shoppers.

I had to return two items and that went smoothly with effective wait time management.

I found virtually everything that I was looking for and while I didn't take any samples, I'm happy that they're back.

Yesterday, a young employee named Youness Gharami made my day and reminded of what good customer service is. There was an issue with my membership. He took charge and ran back and forth to administration to resolve it in a very efficient way. I left thinking that Costco need to hire more dedciated employees like him. Definitely merits a promotion.

C'est l'entrepôt où je fais mes achats la plupart du temps, bien que j'en est fréquenté d'autres dans différentes villes, voire province, voire pays et c'est celui que je préfère et où je me répère le mieux!

C'est vraiment pas bien leur service a la clientèle, des employés très très désagréable comme M. Omar qui donne pas un service a la clientèle qu'on attends de chez Costco les employés non professionnels ils jouent avec la réputation de leur employeur.

Lacks a lot of items I usually find in Laval store as my 6% cheese for example and cauliflower and cheese ravioli.so crowded better go early if you want to get frozen food.

Too crowded always and no need to check the items especially after we pay and there are surveillance cameras too so why check each person upon leaving? They dontnhave kosher meats or fresh lobsters and other asian fruits like rambotan, mangosteen each time we to there. Some stufr are still pricy too.

I was not impressed when I walked inside the store to let the greeter know that a customer left their lights on in the car. I asked if someone could at least page the store with details of the car and licence plate to counter and simply tell him that his lights were left one. The greater had no care in the world. COSTCO gets VERY busy and to have someone stuck in their parking lot of their battery died to get a jump start would not be an ideal situation. Luckily I found the customer as I recognized him as he parked beside me. I told him about the lights and to shut them off.

The network of costco is commendable, the turnover of food, home, kitchen, clothing etc items they do and that too at a lower price is appreciated. The quality of food and hygiene, finding it well maintained. Having a membership, you have several benefits it stores almost any type of thing you want, food-electronics-fashion-tyres-home-oil etc.

On va au Cotsco pour économiser sur les gros formats. La viande est bonne. Il y a toutes sortes de produits de différentes qualité mais il faut payer sa carte annuellement et c'est parfois long aux caisses.

Friday midday visit, so many good specials, found everything I need, man on the checkout was super nice, cheerful and very festive for valentine I do not remember the name but it started with an R I think. Anyway, I love costco, their products and variety for gluten free and organic choices well as clothes and shoes and books and gifts and car items. In short, this one of the good Costco's lately with a kind crew of staff unlike few years back. Only problem is parking spaces, for which I prefer costco in the west island.

Too crowded, store's aisles are very narrow especially for Costco. Skids of goods piled all over, blocking access. Store needs expansion or a move. And parking is worse, though inadequate parking is typical of most Costcos even when new.

Some time crowded or very crowded. The people working there are always polite and patient regardless of affluence

It's a Costco. Big store and with many humans. Especially on weekends. It's less busy during the weekdays. Occasionally, there's some good cheeses for much less than other grocery stores. They also rotate their seasonal clothing a whole season ahead.
All in all, you come here when you want to stack your fridge for a few months ahead lol.

J aime allée au costco.marché central. Mais s il vous plaît, éduquez votre caissière, la créole. Je me retient à chaque fois pour ne pas déposer une plainte. Qu elle s adresse aux gens d égal à égal.

Il y a maintenant des ailes de poulet au petit restaurant et elles sont bonnes. La sauce piquante fait la job. En plus du classique gris hot-dog pour 1.50$ incluant une boisson!

Bonne place pour magasiner sauf qu'il y a beaucoup de monde et je me suis fait briser mon auto dans le stationnement quelqu'un a essayé de me voler

They checked my backpack on the way out while they didn't check the one of the white lady in front although they said they do it for everyone. I carry my laptop all the time because of my job and this is the first time they do it, the only difference is that today I only bought four things. It's outraging and I even pay the premium subscription!

Ce Costco à moins d'option que d'autres: pas de station d'essence, pas de remplissage pour la bonbonne de propane. Les fins de semaine, la fil d'attente à la caisse est interminable. Le service à la clientèle est bonne. Le resto et la salle à manger est toujours rempli. Le stationnement est toujours plein. Il faudrait des feux de circulation. Plaisant d'avoir d'autres magasins proches. Ce serait bien si Costco avait le Wi-Fi.
