Gas station, Propane service, Snackbar, Pharmacy, Photo Center, Vision Center, Tire Center, Huge parking, wide Isles and recently added self checkout lanes.

Very good but busy at this time! Forgot how crazy Costco is on the weekend but the checkout went super fast!

The employees here are way nicer than the traah employees in Toronto. I wish they can send over a bunch of trainers to the Costco in Richmond Hill.
Im only upset tyat my home costco is not this location.

This Costco is great. The aisles are wide, it's not too crowded, they sell propane and gas and had some products i didn't see at my usual Costco.

My only complaint about Costco is the layout of the store and how it differs from each location. Makes it very difficult to find what you need, looking for, when not at your usual store

This is a nice and full-service Costco: you have a gas station and a propane tank filler station.

So many good deals you can’t pass on it. I ended up finding some really good men and women’s perfume for a really good price! Costco take all my Money!

Very clean. Service is quick no matter how many customers in store. Self serve cashiers. Gas station & garage. Great variety. Parking.

Long lines at the exit theft check and cashiers that will abuse your carefully chosen fruit and veggies with filthy conveyor belts!

Lots of variety, better prices and a clean open space! It was much cooler inside than out, so much of a relief! But saw a couple empty pallets + pallets in the middle of nowhere, and I'd like to assume they are short-staffed.

Terrible choice of "fresh" flowers. Most of the flowers absolutely NOT fresh.
Waist of money, because flowers die in 1-2 days. I understand, that cut flowers are not immortal, but roses should look nice during 1 week. Sometimes they mix in the same bouquet fresh and not fresh flowers (with ragged edge petals), that makes almost a nice look, but gives the feeling that you have been deceived.
I'm asking the management to control the quality of the cut flowers that sold at Costco.

I normally do not write reviews on services received even if it is somewhat bad. However, I can't resist writing a review for the kind of poor and rude service by Opti-club, Melissa B Goyer Opticienne Inc.at Costco- Vaudreuil. I had a glass that i was using for 5+ yrs which gives me both reading and distant vision (not progressive). Thought of changing it for wear and tear reasons. The optician who examined me prescribed one for short and another one for long distance (I believe this is their new business model and that there are options for improving the vision without having to separate it as short and long since I am having one such glass already). First she convinced me that I should be wearing a progressive lens.which was terrible for reading.next they changed to a glass specific for computer, terrible for both long and short distance and next to short distance alone.all the while I had to put up with the sulky attitudes of the staff, especially the short haired lady. Now i have a glass which is good only to see something within a meter.nothing closer.nothing farther than a meter. Is this me or someone else who is also a victim of this business? This service of Costco will only spoil the name which otherwise is a great for grocery shopping.

Certains produits disponibles qu'en saison.ou que pour une courte période de temps. La disponibilité et la variété des produits varient selon l'emplacement du Costco.

Grande surface avec plein de produits de nourriture et objets pour la maison. Garantie de satisfaction ou de remboursement si non satisfait. ️️️

J'ai fait faire mes nouvelles chez Costco et j'ai eu un très bon service côté professionnel et comme client. Félicitations et bravo à toute l'équipe.

Aujourd’hui j’ai eu vraiment une mauvaise expérience avec le monsieur chauve avec une petite barbichette.
Je suis entrain de rendre le cadis à l’intérieur, je l’ai croisé avec un lot de 6 ou 7 cadis seulement, je lui est dit s’il peut joindre le miens a son lot de façon très gentil et amicale.
Il m’a répondu d’une façon vraiment désagréable NON, sans même pas me regarder.
J’ai vraiment regretté de l’avoir sollicité.
Bref un minimum de courtoisie ne tue pas mon monsieur, (un non plus élégant en regardant le client est plus apprécié)

Awful service got a flat fixed and they forgot to give me back my lock nut for the tire. Impossible to get someone on the phone from the tire department.

Aujourd'hui dans le magasin Costco il m'est arrivé une situation désagréable! Sur laquelle j'ai passé 2 heures de temps! Je voulais acheter cinq lanternes qui étaient au prix de 110 dollars! Lanternes de grande taille! Je suis allé prendre une camionnette! à la fin ils se sont avérés être 240 chacun) le vendeur a appelé le gérant, nous sommes allés avec lui pour vérifier à nouveau, auquel ils ont répondu «désolé» et ont proposé de faire une remise de 10 dollars pour chacun, ce qui bien sûr ne me convenait pas! 109,99 et 240 la différence est significative! La qualité du service est médiocre! C'est dommage qu'après ces histoires l'envie de visiter le magasin Costco soit partie!

This Costco store is one of the best. Everything so neatly organized, fully stocked and the assortment of cheese to chose from is pleasantly overwhelming!

If you’ve seen one Costco, you’ve seen them all … maybe, but not all Costcos are created equally. Costco Vaudreuil is just a better Costco. Unlike the other Costco in Pointe-Claire, Vaudreuil offers Gaz & Propane, never had an issue with parking, and the staff is always friendly, polite and helpful. If you’re in the West Island, do yourself a favour and drive a little further west.

Je devrais donner un 5 étoiles, par contre à 3 reprises dans la dernière année je me suis fait accueillir À LA CAISSE avec un HI. Pas Bonjour-Hi.mais bien HI.y'a des limites on est au Québec!

VACCINATION vous pouvez pas l'ecrire quelque part pour que on sache où aller? Quand j'ai demander à une employé, elle m'a répondu. La pharmacie sont indépendant. Nous les avons aviser aviser quelque reprise mais ils sont seul maître abord.eh boy.approche client fait dur.je suis avec l'infirmière.elle en a rien à cirer. ça faut dure.et que ça fait dure.

Was literally harassed by their workers to upgrade my membership.after informing them many times I am not interested, they continued pushing me, i was in near tears, imagine being surrounded by a group of teenage boys being pushed to buy something. I reported the incident to the floor manager and their head office, neither one really cared to take any action or take down the names of the workers involved in the incident.

This is a well managed warehouse store. During the pandemic, measures are in place and personnel are ensuring compliance. Always a good selection of products, fresh fruit, veggies, meat, etc.

Always go to this Location. Plenty of parking available.
Having the gas bar and propane is a big plus.

Went for an eye exam waited 30 minutes in line and then was told I was 30 minutes late that I would not be seen to make another appointment even thought I wasn't late and live 1hr away. Will not return for glasses

On trouve pas mal de tout ce qu'on doit retrouver dans un Costco, par contre dans cette succursale, ils se sont mis à mettre des caisses libre-service comme chez Maxi ou Wal-Mart. À la différence que je ne paie pas un abonnement de plus de 100$ annuellement pour magasiner chez la concurrence et jouer au caissier.

Je comprends à 100% que la salle à manger est fermée dans les circonstances actuelles et suis très à l'aise avec cela. Malheureusement, le restaurant ne semble pas s'être adapté à la situation. Commande une coupe glacée, un hot dog avec un gobelet à boire et une pointe de pizza. Normalement quand on va dans une crémerie ou un McDonald's, ils nous donnent un genre de plateau en carton avec des trous pour faciliter le transport de la crème glacée et des trucs à boire.

Quand je demande un carton de transport pour la coupe glacée et la liqueur ainsi que de quoi pour protéger la pizza (autre que deux assiettes en carton dont celle du dessus qui est prête à s'envoler à la première occasion), me fait répondre qu'il faut penser d'amener ses sacs réutilisables comme dans le reste du magasin Costco par l'employé du restaurant.

Essayer à la maison juste pour essayer d'amener une coupe glacée aux fruits (sundae), une boisson gazeuse et une pointe de pizza dans un sac de plastique style Walmart ou dans un sac réutilisable et voyez le résultat. Bref, pas très logique et désastre assuré en plus d'un restaurant qui pense pas très loin à un moment où toute nourriture commandée est pour emporter et manger à l'extérieur. Heureusement, que je me suis debrouillé à ma façon afin de transporter le tout, mais pas très pratique au final.

En résumé, une expérience très décevante au final.

I have always liked Costco in Vaudreuil. I always considered it one of best organized with very polite employees who are always willing to speak French or English. Recently, I have noticed a change. More and more employees are refusing to speak back in English. Moreover, when they see that I am speaking English, they start acting rude. This is a problem. Unacceptable! I am spending over $300 every time and if this continues, I am just gonna go to IGA in saint-lazare where they are always polite - no matter what language

Bonjour j’ai été faire un changement d’huile avec mon camion gmc terrain 2013 moteur 2.4 Depuis 8 ann j’ai toujours mie 4,7 litre dhuile dans mon manuel ses indiquer 4,7 litre chez mon concessionnaire gmc ses 4,7 litre d’huile mes chez costco a Vaudreuil eu ses 5.5 litre et bien sûr il charge un supplément et sur mon gage d’huile il y a 1 centimètre d’huile de trop.moi qui adorais Costco je vais arrêter de faire mon changement d’huile la Il peuve pas être bon dans tout pour le reste je les adore

Unfortunately since Amanda has left my experience with the cellphone kiosk is less than stellar and I can no longer recommend Costco for purchasing a cellphone.and the warranty company. Max plus that Costco uses for replacing insured equipment replaces with repaired used units.and often poorly repaired units. Expensive to purchase and 75$ to replace your damaged unit. I am very disappointed

On y trouve de bons rabais. Ça vaut la peine lorsqu'on magasine bien et lorsqu'on connait la valeur de ce qu'on achète. Souvent beaucoup de gens par contre. Il faut choisir ses heures.

Quoi dire de plus Costco c'est Costco cependant, j'aimerais bien qu'ils installe des bornes pour recharger les véhicules électriques.

C'est COSTCO! C'est toujours avantageux d'y magasiner! La carte de Crédit Mastercard peut servir de carte de membre et elle apporte beaucoup d'avantages côté cumulation de points. Servez-vous en! Et rembourser votre carte régulièrement et gâtez-vous avec les points que vous aurez accumulé et le crédit que vous aurez bâti. Le prix de l'essence est très avantageux aussi! Monsieur Paradis est très ouvert à vos suggestions!

It's COSTCO! It's always advantageous to shop there! The Mastercard credit card can be used as a membership card and it brings a lot of advantages on the accumulation of points. Use it! Repay your card regularly then spoil yourself with the points you'll have accumulated and the credit score you'll have built. The price of gas is very advantageous too! Monsieur Paradis is very open to your suggestions!

Costco is Costco.better then the one in West Island.wish some cotomers remember there not alone in the store and would drive slower and safer in the parking.

Friendly greeter, helped me locate what I came in for right away. Unfriendly cashier that took it personally, when he told a client to tap her credit card instead of putting in the PIN, client refused and stated it was for security reasons that she preferred putting in the PIN, she told the cashier that they could not force her to tap her card, the cashier got all upset, stating "did I force you to tap? " then mumbling something to the other cashier at the same counter about the card protection. Seemed like her was just in a hurry, this was at closing time, and he seemed to escalate the issue, instead of smiling and explaining to the client about the protection on the card. It seems to me that anyone getting paid about $25/hour as a cashier, should be smiling a lot more, not looking entitled and as if we are bothering them at their place of work.

Was good for the most part.but sold out of Costco freezer bags (apparently for at least a month or two), and we bought 2 cases of strawberries, one they packed under heavy stuff so they were partially squished.however, BOTH packs of strawberries were half molded.not happy.

Je vais à deux Costcos: celui de Pointe-Claire et celui de Vaudreuil-Dorion. Le service à la clientèle au Costco de Vaudreuil est pourri. À la caisse, le caissier et l'emballeuse ne sourient pas ou rarement. Et, quand on retourne un article, le ou les personnes n'ont jamais le sourire. Vive celui de Pointe-Claire où le service à la clientèle ont 5 étoiles sur 5.

I couldn't complete my purchase because I had my dad wanted to pay for my birthday. Then I wanted to pay with my Visa, well guess what they do not accept Visa. I told them to take my membership card and shove it. There is nothing in there that you can't find on special somewhere else and don't need to buy in big quantity. Don't fall for this American waste trap.

Stood 20 minutes in line before leaving. Very slow at the desk. Attendants avoid making eye contact. I am sure it would take less time for an oil change and a tire change than trying to give them your keys to do it.

Not always the same service, sometimes they are nice and helpful, sometimes they ignore you to go talk with others.

Costco is great as usual but the poor roadway planning makes the exit from this Costco the worst I've seen. Won't stop me from going there but the city really should do a better job of synchronizing the traffic lights to prevent the huge traffic jams that block traffic.

Really bad experience at the Costco Tire Center in Vaudreuil today where I came to exchange my summer tires: they didn't install on purpose my rim caps and when I went back to ask them to do it, one of the employee (grey hair and a long date Costco employee) gave me some attitude (raised the voice and almost turned his back to me) explaining in a rush that the caps weren't installed because I have to come back after 40km to torque my wheels. By chance, it was the same employee who few months ago didn't place properly my winter tires order in the system, and when I come back after one week to pick up my order and wanted to install them, they weren't even order yet.
This is not the service I requested to have and this is not the first time I'm coming here for my tires (since 2015 when Costco opened for the first time in Vaudreuil) : UNPROFESSIONAL AND FAILURE TO CONFORM TO THE MINIMAL STANDARDS.

Le Costco est décent mais il sont extraordinairement harcelant pour vendre leur cartes de membre exécutif. Dernière visite nous avons renouvelé notre carte et nous avons eu droit a 3 discourt de vente (2 au comptoir du service a la clientèle et un à la caisse). On a beau dire non 3-4 fois pendant leurs discourt; ils n’arrête jamais. Je ne sais pas si ce type d'harcèlement peu être punit par la protection du consommateur mais sa serais à envisager.
