It's a Costco.there are 6 self service cash registers, that's always great. And it's like every other one.

The only reason I put 4 star is the badly organized parking lot. Seriously.it's a nightmare to get in, and to get out!

I've been a loyal Costco member for years and have always appreciated the brand's commitment to service and efficiency. However, my experiences at the Brossard, Quebec location have been consistently disappointing.

A few points of concern:

Restricted Access Near Closing: On multiple occasions, I've noticed employees blocking off sections of the store just 5 minutes before closing.

Return Desk Issues: I've faced challenges when trying to return items, even with legitimate reasons. This isn't the Costco standard I'm accustomed to.

Self-Checkout Discrepancies: The self-checkout process at the Brossard location often sees employees standing by passively, even when customers struggle with heavy items.

A recent incident involving employees Brandi and Patrick was particularly disheartening. With a wet conveyor belt, my mother requested to leave five items in the cart to avoid them getting wet. Instead of understanding and accommodating, Brandi, visibly annoyed, placed the items on the wet belt, citing store policy. This lack of flexibility and unnecessary hostility was truly surprising.

I've also noticed similar complaints from other members in the reviews, pointing to issues like arrogant staff behavior, return difficulties, and even threats of blacklisting.

I genuinely hope Costco addresses these concerns. The Brossard location's current service level does not reflect the high standards I've come to expect from this beloved brand.

D'après moi le pire Costco où je suis allée, l'enfer pour rentrer dans le stationnement, encore plus pour y circuler, autant en auto qu'à pied. Je préfère aller à Candiac ou St-Bruno

Busy like every Costco location, Moreso towards holidays or weekends.
Store is typically organized, always clean, and staff are terrific, with very positive attitudes. There is self check out as well as attendant check out, which help things go slightly quicker.
Patience, and respect is the key to Costco shopping.

On y trouve souvent tout, il est plus rangé que les autres Costco (marche central + anjou) et on passe rapidement à la caisse.

Grand stationnement comme tous les Costco ;service rapide et bien organisé à l'intérieur, les mesures de distanciation sont bien indiquées.
Par contre difficulté à trouver la "bonne sortie " pour repartir du stationnement!

Toujours trop bondé peu importe le moment. Les clients manquent de savoir vivre Employés un peu bêtes. Je me souviens alors de la raison pour laquelle je vais à un autre Costco.

Nous avons fais la moitié de nos cadeaux de Noël à cette place! Wow! J'ai hâte de voir le visage de mes enfants!

Ça fait des années que je suis presque toujours satisfaite, mais le 6 décembre je suis passée par la caisse de Véronique, elle m'a dit que je ne pouvais pas payer séparé avec mon amie et si on voulait payer en cash, elle dois garder tout les monnaies, pas de charges. Pour éviter de déranger les autres clients, car elle ne savait pas comment travailler et on a perdu trop de temps, on a pas trop parlé avec elle, mais tellement pas contente à cause de mauvaises services, je sais pas combien de monnaies qu'elle peut ramasser chaque jour. Une expérience bizarre.

Unacceptable service dans le département d’ordi. J’ai acheté 1 laptop HP il y a 3 semaines, quand je fais l’achat, l’employé m’a disait qu’il inclus 1 ans de MS office, et s’il y aura quoi ce soit dans 3 mois, emmener le au magasin, on va m’aider régler le problème.si après 3 mois, appelle à 1 numéro pour le soutien technique. Je suis allé au magasin aujourd’hui, parce que je n’ai pas capable de recevoir mon MS office, et demander de l’aide pour d’autres problèmes comme affichage de couleur n’est pas comme il faut.etc. C’est un monsieur plus âgé qui m’a répondu que l’autre employé s’était trompé, il n’y a pas 1 ans de MS office inclus dans mon modèle. Et il n’a pas moindre idée pour m’aider à régler les problèmes, juste disait qu’il n’y a pas problème pour le retour (il a l’air à me débarrasser)! Mais c’est pas l’idée, mes informations sont déjà tout dedans et je ne veux pas être piraté, s’il m’a disait que c’est ça la mauvaise service je vais recevoir depuis le début, c’est sûr que je ne faisais pas cette achat! Horrible experience chez Cosco Brossard, très déçu!

I visit many costcos and have been an executive member for nearly 25 years this was the first time for me going to this location and the size is one of the largest I've been in
So far so good with the ultimate service and I really enjoyed tge layout and organization of this particular Costco.

Not happy Some policies need fine tuning. Check your tank before buying a refill. If its over 10 years old they wont fill it even if its like new. If you bought it before checking you need to go to the return counter where the wait can be quite long especially when youve done your shopping and your food is in the car in extreme heat. Very disappointed with the staff attitude and surprised Costco has such a policy in place.

I passed by to fill up gaz, always more affordable. I also got a bucket of chicken wings. Non spicy, at last. Freshly made. Excellent price and flavor.

Well it's Costco what's not to like.
The entrance to the parking lot always gets backed up because people want to park next to the door a little annoying.

Costco always sets the bar high but this place the pharmacy knocks all other out of the park, they are respectful, discrete and very understanding. This can be said for the attendants and the pharmacist himself.

Call Costco about an order cancellation without a reason and puts me on hold to check if my gift card coupon can be reused. Hangs up on me after 15 minutes on hold, when its time to call back the office is closed.

I just bought the best steak I ever ate with the freshest fruit I had in while. I normally go to places closer, but this is worth the small detour.

Robert should be more subtle, less rude and more polite while checking the carts at the exit. Follow the example if your colleagues! This process is only annoying whit this kind of attitude.

This is a very good place where we do our major shop for groceries. However, you have to be careful as you always buy more stuff, thus the bill is very high at the end! You would find almost anything that you need!

Personnel courtois mais j’enlève 3 étoiles pour les mesures Covid. Les clients se promènent en diagonale dans les allées, je n’ai vu aucun employé superviser afin que les mesures soient respectées (même un minimum). Caisse à proximité qu’on ouvre lorsqu’il y a trop de clients, où on se retrouvent à 2 pouces de la personne derrière toi qui paie. Je n’accuse pas les employés, c’est en haut le problème selon moi. Très mauvaise expérience.

C est un magasin a proximité de mon domicile.j ai toujours trouver ce magasin intéressant pour ses produits en grosse quantitee.avec la pendemie ont peux trouver bien des produits qui commence serieusement a disparaitre sur les étagères des supermarchés.quand je vais dans ce magasin c est pour acheter des produits de tous les jours en grande quantitees.donc l épicerie de la semaine est beaucoup plus petite et malgré ce que dise les gens nous faisons une bonne économie dans le budget par mois.le mois dernier je me suis acheter une télévision 42"intelligente pour moins de 250: 00. Désolée mais je n ai rien trouver de moins cher dans d autres magasin.je fais régulièrement des achats dans ce magasin au moins 4fois par année selon les saisons.je suis cliente depuis 1998 sur la dernière commande nous avons eu 87: 00 de rabais sur notre facture car nous n avons jamais pris les rabais qu' on reçois a la fin de l année.c est quelque chose qui se rends bien et bon pour mon compte en banque

They are fast, efficient, clean, always help when you ask and yoi dorm stay in line longer than 10 mins especially during heavy traffic times snd being opened on the 31st is great.
Never had issues with Costco and don’t think I will.

Awesome. They set up good measures for COVID and have hand sanitizer bottles almost everywhere. Gas station there, pharmacy there, but coming from Montreal, everything is flipped.

I went to Costco today and was disappointed when I got to cash. I was with my sister who purchases on my card because she does not drive. The cashier was pushing her to buy her own membership even though she told her she has to come with me and we shop together on my card but she kept on insisting she buy her own card. Acterwards another customer service asked me to follow her to ask a few questions. She said she noticed I had purchased over $ 1000.00 last year and only over $200.00 this year which is none of her business anyway. I just renewed my card today because I could not afford to renew on the.renewal date in April. I also found out that even though I paid full price my membership is only for 9 months. People have told me Costco is really changed for the worse. Someone else told me costco automatically renewed her card without asking her and sent her the invoice for membership. What on earth is happening? If Costco lowertheir membership fee they would get previous members back. I started at 25.00 membership fee and now over 60.00 plus added pressure.

I love this costco! The best and friendliest staff! They offer to help load heavy/large items into your car. The pharmacy is also great and they have a gas station, propane refilling station and restaurant as well. The only downside is that the constant 'selling' can get annoying. Once you have a basic membership, it is the upsell they make every time you cash out to executive. If you already have executive membership, they try to get you to sign up for their Mastercard. It can get a bit annoying, especially if you shop there often and they won't take 'no' for an answer the first time. Other than that, big warehouse with lots of selections! But beware, finding parking is a pain as there are always a ton of people here.

Great prices on many goods including groceries, electronics and even beer and wines. Parking is spacious. I highly recommend if you need large quantities.

First of all, my mom and i waited for an hour and a half to see the optometrist EVEN THOUGH she had an appointment.then waited another half hour to order the glasses.second of all, during my wait, a costco worker (Huguette) was letting people into the store and as a dog walked in with its owner, he jumped up (in a friendly way) on the woman to greet her.she spent the next 2 minutes talking smack about the owner, calling him “un sans dessin qui est pas capable de contrôler son chien”, looking for someone to agree with her.if you’re not gonna let the dog in, fine.but don’t be unprofessional and insult the customer.it was rude and completely unnecessary; not somebody i would want greeting the customers of my store.
