J'adore ce Costco on y trouve de tout à très bon prix et on peut aussi trouver des gens pour nous aider

Il y a bien du monde. Cependant, le personnel est présent et sa roule bien. Bravo à toute l'équipe

I shop at Costco in Candiac quite often which I find the staff mostly helpful and friendly which I cannot say the same when going through the cash. One specifically which I should have taken her name was rude arrogant and disrespectful (power trip) if it wasn't because of my husband being with me I would have left the store without my groceries. We are all living under stress and regulations it is not necessary to impose any individual power trip as pleasure to satisfy themselves. I guess there is no protocol to follow or being rude and disrespectful has no meaning? Thank God there are other Costco to shop.

Seul bémol, la carte d'abonnement qu'on se fait proposer à chaque fois pour un abonnement plus "avantageux".

It's a nice Costco. I'm not used to the way we enter on the right. Lol. I find there's not much space at the cash.
The clothes are not placed properly, but that's more the fault of clients than the store itself. The employees I interacted with were very nice and helpful. If I'm ever in the area, I'll pass by that Costco.

Love Cosco but I buy so much they're always pushing the black card on me.and it's like 4th time at checkout that they want to calculate how much I'd save. It gets annoying! But love the bulk love the prices love the choices

Les entrepôts Costco autant au Canada que aux USA que Mexico se ressemblent tous. Toujours des prix compétitifs et des produits de qualité. On ne peut pas s'en passer et on y retourne régulièrement. ️️️

Impossible de s'approcher des lunettes pour voir ce quon achète.et service moyen en terme de qualité et de connaissance des produit par la conseillère (nouvelle depuis 2021 mais pareil.pas top)

Costco Candiac, personnels fantastique en particulier Mylène.
Ils font plus pour leurs clients que les autres Costco. Très heureux d'avoir pu obtenir mon frigidaire Danby de 10.1 pieds cube pour $399. Tous les employés travaillent très fort.
Un entrepôt bien administré.

Beaucoup trop de monde et seulement quelques caisse ouverte depuis qu'il y a des caisse self service qui bloque tout le temps

Très bien organiser malgré l'achalandage. Le service est rapide et courteois. J'y suis aller asser tôt et malgré l'heur plusieurs gens y était déjà. Une habitude qui a changer avec la pandémie mais mlagré tout asser rapide. Tablette pleine et beaucoup de personnel disponible ppur répondre au questions.

We did try to purchase as a whole! Because this is Costco WHOLESALE but this rude guy! PATRICK did not allow to use purchase as a whole! What a poor customer service!

Friendly, competent staff. Never have to wait at the cash. It would be great if they reinstated packing the bags as I have a cart full everytime. Sometimes annoying when products are out of stock (happens often) I saw some self check out cashes, which I definitely won't be using.

I entered the store on a Sunday afternoon around 4: 30 PM with a gift card given to me by my family. I was excited to shop here and I am always friendly, especially in these challenging times. I was forced to listen to a 15 min speech on why I should become an exclusive member and then when I told the employee I was in a bit of a hurry when she started filling out a form (taking down all my private data! Should not be necessary) That took another 15 min.and she seemed to have difficulty with it, requesting additional help from a colleague. When I asked her about this delay she brutely replied "Well, if you don't want to become an exclusive member, that's why the wait is long"! That was a rude reply and a very poor tactic to help me change my mind about official membership. I went on my way half an hour later, already deflated about my Costco experience. Then I got harrassed and yelled at by two senior food presentation employees, who loudly threatened to chase me down with another employee when I simply didn't have my mask up high enough on my nose for their taste (It was definitely closer to the tip of my nose but my nostrils were absolutely not exposed - I would never allow that for myself in a packed store). When I decided to file a formal complaint to the Costco Candiac manager: 1. Didn't speak English. 2. Was upset I wasn't finished speaking about what happened and said I wasn't letting her speak. 3. Pretty much said the food presentation employees are not hired by Costco, so took very little responsibility for the extremely undignified way I was treated as a human being and shopper. I will do my best to take this further as this is beyond unacceptable in any public establishment and borderline criminally harrassing behavior. A word of warning when entering this store and a very disappointing outcome when I spoke up to management. Please be aware and do not accept this kind of treatment. Unacceptable as well to treat "gift card" users to 30 min.wait and make them feel bad for not immediately signing up. The process should be 15 min or less - not to mention the time my family took to purchase the card. Waste of time and energy. I would expect an actually sincere apology but I won't hold my breath, Costco.

Had no problem. Customers repecting their distances. Cashiers very helpful. Best time in afternoon (3 -4).

Standard Costco. Large, lots of people, great deals but customers still need to be aware, so make sure to compare prices. Not everything in bulk is a good deal.

Not busy at all, they have only essential items available (reference to current Gouv policy)
This was a good night to visit because of the low traffic.

With current Covid-19 measures and update the store is very secure and well equipped and stocked. Staff is very friendly and courteous with knowledge of where the items you're looking for are located in store as well as very helpful. Great!

J'adore ce Costco, les produits sont frais, pratiquement toujours disponibles, et la gestion des caisses est efficace. Je ne vais plus ailleurs qu'à celui-là. Le personnel est aussi très gentil et courtois.

I think the staff should stay home if they don't want to be there. 4 out of 4 employees we spoke to were just horrible! I get it is the holidays and people are strange. But if someone is nice to you be nice back! Very sad!

Magasin très bien organisé. Vraiment mieux depuis que les items non-essentiels ne sont plus disponibles. Il y a plus de place pour bouger.

Leur gestion des mesures sanitaires est déplorable. Chacun doit avoir sa carte pour accéder au magasin, même si nous y allons en couple. Ils ont trouvé une bonne façon de faire émettre le plus de carte de membre possible.

I went with my mom and they told me I couldn’t go in because I did not have a member card (new policy because of COVID) but obviously I don’t own a card since I’m a teenager very ridiculous.

Irresponsible service. Waited 1hr20min in line at the cellphone kiosk just to be told that the phone I intended to buy is sold out, when it was clearly advertised on electronic display

Products are always interesting. Quality of vegetables seems to show more quality variation since COVID.

Staff is usually professional but during the Holiday season, staff seem to be stretched.

Chaîne de magasin d'entrepôt, il faut être membre pour y accéder. Le coût pour être membre est de 60$ annuel au tarif minimum, alors en moins d'y faire toute vos épiceries et d'avoir une famille à nourrir, il est difficile d'y rentrer dans notre argent. Ils ne prennent que les paiements comptant et Mastercard, et si vous accompagnez un membre, ce dernier doit payer votre facture, ils n'acceptent pas les paiements autrement. Certains items sont à des prix réellement réduits, d'autres sont seulement vendus dans des volumes plus importants.

It's always a pleasure to shop at Costco, the Radisson area needs another Costco cause the Candiac Costco is very crowded any day of the week.

In my opinion still one of the best hot dogs in town. And the smoke meat is fantastic The service is fast and friendly.
