Belle expérience de magasinage. Magasin très propre avec de beau produit. L'accès es très facile et le service est bon. Prenez votre temps de bien regarder tous les produits. Je vous recommande d'aller y faire un tours. Le seul hic est qu'il y a trop de gens mais cela est hors contrôle puisque trop populaire

This is the place to go to buy in bulk, there are others across the river in Ottawa but this one sells beers, so there is no comparison. Sorry Ottawa people

Service at the cashier is awful, I will never come back to the Gatineau location. I would rather drive 30 minutes and go to one of the Ottawa side

Très mauvaise expérience. On offre des promotions aux nouveaux clients pour leurs faire prendre les cartes exécutives en plus de faire une enquête pour une nouvelle carte de crédit affiler avec Costco sans mentionner qu’on doit dépenser pour y avoir droit (on vous donne 120$ à dépense en ligne, mais on oublie de vous mentionner que vous devez acheter pour 250$ pour y avoir droit). Représentation frauduleuse, suivi avec le service à la clientèle exécrable. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

A date, c'est toujours plaisant aller chez Costco, le personnel est très sympathique autant à la caisse qu' au plancher ou à l'accueil.félicitations et je magasine régulièrement.

Un bémol pour la section du garage ce fut là ce matin pour un changement de pneus soit 1 h 20 de temps d'attente depuis que l'auto est dans le garage.
Par contre je suis content avoir mes pneus d'hiver ce matin même si c'était long. Merci beaucoup.

Nous sommes au mois de juin 2023 et j'ai remarqué que beaucoup de produits dont vous vendez ont augmenté de valeur fulgurantes et, ce qui fait en sorte que les gens vont aller ailleurs car vous n'êtes plus compétitif.
Je suis un membre exécutif et je me demande si ça vaut bien la peine de continuer.

Edit: No longer as great as it used to be. They now refuse to price-lock (let you pay when an item on sale and get it when they get stock), and they also refuse to do price adjustments (give you a refund if it goes on sale a few days after you bought an item).

So, as of now, I'll advise you to only buy on sales, and check out other vendors with a better policy (Home Depot, Walmart, etc). At this point, if the Cashback won't cover my membership, I think I'll just cancel it.

Prices are awesome, and when things go on sale, they become UNBELIEVABLE.

Get the executive membership. Youre almost guaranteed to make that back in cashback.

I am becoming addicted to Costco in a good way. I go there to grab one thing and walk out with a cart full as they always have good deals. If you have a big family definitely, it's the place to shop

I am so frustrated. I bought a new Nespresso and when opening I notice it must have been a return and the people stole the coffee and the mugs! What a rip off! Costco should be checking returned items!

Vraiment déçu, je suis client costco depuis longtemps et je n'ai jamais vécu ce que je viens d'expérimenter au costco Gatineau, à l'entrée une employée N, me souhaite la bienvenue mais dès qu'elle voit que ma femme et ma fille voilés elle me demande par un geste purement raciste combien de cartes nous avions je croyais au début qu'elle plaisantée on lui demandant depuis quand les enfants doivent avoir une carte. Elle m'explique que j'avais droit à accompagner un seul invité bref j'ai fini par déposé une plainte auprès de son directeur adjoint un certain M. Mais c'est vraiment dommage.

Went in mid afternoon, got what I needed and was able to be out within an hour! That’s a record for me lol - best place to get stuff you can’t at home

Visited store on July 10,2021. It was interesting to see that a lot people were allowed into the store without checking for their membership card but I was asked to show the card. Not sure if they have a policy to check random people for membership or if it was a form of discrimination towards people of colour? I personally felt covert racism played its part. Nothing wrong in checking membership card but selective checking smells fishy. Atleast expected better treatment from Costco. Decided not to spend a penny at this store.

Bad experience. Cashier and packer need to be taught customer service. They were both rude and unhelpful. The packer had no idea how to do her job, got mad because we asked for a box and started throwing my stuff in the cart. Just terrible. Cash 11, feb 22 at 5: 45. Better off shopping elsewhere and local where they understand customer service.

It's alright other than the staff swearing and screaming while the customers are near by. Take off that star just for cx service.they need to be more courteous and respectful

Excellent excepté le restaurant où un seul employé travaille. Il lui faudrait de l'aide le pauvre. Il est excellent mais il ne peut pas tout faire et les commandes s'accumulent à une vitesse incroyable.

Good Costco. Some selection not found in Ontario. A bit busy for covid comfort inside, but good cleaning and controls around the entrance.

J'aime bien aller faire mon tour, toujours des bonnes aubaines et beaucoup de choix et le personnel et plus que sympathique:)
J'aimais eux de mauvaise expérience et cela malgré tout la pandémie que nous vivons.
Contente de pouvoir m'y rendre et pas avoir a courir pleins de magasin je trouve tout ce qui me faut!

Employer tres arogant a l'entrer.meme jusqu'a rire des gens, ca passe pas pour moi.vraiment colon l'employé a l'entrer, montrer lui comment parler au gens, car fini je ne renouvelle pas mes carte.

A lot of unhappy customers stopped at the doors because they were only allowing in 1 person per membership card.a lot of unhappy people, myself included. Had to leave my partner at the door.

Hi i had very bad experience on 26 dec 2020 in very sensitive pandemic days because of covid as usuall we went to buy something and me and my husband have a membership card because we dont need 2 cards, they did not let me in i have my 2little kids with me they made me to buy another membership card to get in that was very funny rule they told me the card is on my husband name he can go with kids but you can not go so i bought Inevitably another 60$ card for just let me go inside.the servic is terribble over there

Not a fan of being at 12" of other customers at the cash register.plexiglass for the cashier's but customers are bumping elbows.

I went two days ago around 5pm to get some groceries.

Since COVID hot I’ve always gone to the Ontario locations.

I WONT be going back here.

There is no way to social distance at the cash register. My back was touching the women at the cash behind me!

When I was in they had 6 registers open and all six were back to back. Meaning that you had less the 5 feet for one terminal to the next. And of course the payment machine is in the same place so I was rubbing backs with the lady at the gas next to me while trying to pay my bill.

This is horrid and I’ll definitely be making a complaint to the police.

I think that Costco is doing a lot to provide a safe and enjoyable experience during COVID19. However, the people are not as considerate and are not keeping distances or at least being a bit patient. I believe what could be done is restrict the number of patrons in the store.

This pkace was a zoo! Did not seem to be much respect for distancing especially the crazy lineup to the cashes. Btw if buying those big jars of peanut butter, check the dates, that"s a lot of peanut butter to eat in a few months before expiration.

On paye des cartes de membre puis je peu même pas acheter deux sacs de papier essuie-tout. Je m'occupe de faire l'épicerie pour ma mère, la mienne ainsi que mon grand père. Hier je suis retourné avec un ami (invité) pour faire son épicerie bin tabarnouche on a même pu le droit d'inviter durent le (covid). Entk ces la dernière année que je magasine chez Costco.

Can you have enough of Costco? It is one of my most favorite stores but it is always overloaded with the customers. I wish they consider opening another location in Gatineau.

I entered the store in an optimistic and upbeat mood, looking forward to the prospect of having a look around the store as I had intentionally travelled the extra distance to shop at this particular Costco. HOWEVER
We were approached by a member of staff, & were stopped saying, all the members of family should be having a Costco card. We explained that the person who accompanied me is family & I am the one who is buying. She said AS PER NEW COSTCO POLICY, all members of the family should be having card, no person without membership card will enter store and forced my family member to get the membership card, in order to enter Costco. By this point I was absolutely livid with the utterly appalling customer service in what is considered one of the biggest stores in Canada. I left, furious, having wasted one hour to reach to this particular Costco. I intend on never visiting this Costco store again and will discourage anyone I know who plans on visiting as I have never been so badly treated by customer service representative in my life. 
IT IS NOT WORTH VISITING AS DESPITE THE GREAT DEAL OF VARIETY OF THINGS. THE SHOP IS FAR TOO BIG TO BE MANAGED BY SUCH CLUELESSLY OBNOXIOUS STAFF. I am appalled.

Je sais que nous sommes en temps de covid j'ai 13 ans et on vient de minterdire l'entrée.
Je voulais aller acheter des cadeaux pour ma famille mais ça tombe à l eau
Ma mère mon père et mes deux petits on pu entre mais moi non

Achats en gros avec tout a profusion. Choix de viandes et poissons, frais, goûteux. Boulangerie, pâtisseries, et autres gourmandises à rêver! Fruits et légumes délicieux. Personnel très agréable, disponible et magasin bien entretenu. Produits (electromenager, wifi etc.) repris si conviennent pas et sans discussion, ce qui est très appréciable! J'y vais toujours avec plaisir.

I am addicted to Costco, it’s an amazing place and the quality is second to none, whether you need some hummus or Topnotch steak, or some socks and kitchen supplies, it is the absolute go to and it is the best quality, the downside is you can never walk out of there without a $300 to $400 bill), I love Costco.

Its very nice place for shopping.but I been there several times to buy things that I bought before but unfortunately it is out of stock and they never bring it again.

Would not let my wife in as we only brought my membership card with us. Very annoying and they tried to sell a new subscription! I/we will not be renewing our membership based on this experience.
