Mr costel is manager and he is really 5 Star manager and he try support all tanent.he is really helpful and patient, respectful.he doing the best.but capreit company is 3 star company.but I'm really appreciate it that the company is responsible and hired the professional manager like Mr costel.regards

Je suis allée visiter un 3 1/2 dans cet immeuble et nous avons été très bien accueilli par Mr Costel. Souriant, bienveillant et très professionnel, il a répondu à toutes nos questions.

Ive lived here only a short time but I have to say thanks to Costel (building manager) my experience has been great. The help i needed with a repair was taken into consideration in a timely matter. I have yet to feel like I am being brushed off with any of my concerns or requests.

Costel (building manager) is really professional and kind, we just move and from the beginning of the process he was always very attentive. In our case being international, he made his best effort to communicate with us and give us all the details and information we required, it was a very comfortable and pleasant visit and experience, certainly one of the best I've had, the building is very nice and organized, we are very satisfied with the service and the quality of our visit.

En tant qu'ancien locataire, j'ai certes eu beaucoup de frustrations dans le passé. Mais après l'arrivée de Mr Costel, tout a changé. Nous profitons maintenant d'un service très professionnel, les demandes des locataires sont traitées rapidement, et l'immeuble est très bien entretenu.

J’ai demandé un service à Costel et celui-ci s’est montré très utile, il avait pourtant fini son service mais avec grande surprise est resté jusqu’à finir. Merci. Il y’a longtemps qu’une gestion n’avait pas été aussi appréciée.

The woman in the reception doesn’t work. She is lazy and not friendly. When we decided to change the lock, they did it, but didn’t say about it. So when I came yesterday to home, my door was opened. It shook for me. They didn’t warn me and didn’t say about it. Also they don’t say that our appartement doesn’t have the light on another room.

Be careful plz! They sign the lease and ask new tenant to pay one month in advance but they dont give you key! Yes. Yes. My lease started on 1th of the Jan but I have no key yet.

From the moment we have moved to this apartment, we always had an issue. Thanks God the office guy, Sebastian, is polite and respectful. But he can not do anything about the problems.
First, we have electricity issue, with turning AC on, or oven we lose electricity due to old breakers.
Heating systems are awful. When u touch the radiator, you hardly know ghat they are on or off. I am wearing jacket inside home and most of the time under my blanket I work.
The windows are too old, no insulation. That much loose are windows that the sound of wind is disturbing and curtains are moving.
We had an issue with sink. It took 3 months to be fixed.
We are second floor, not facing street.there is no light during winter.
I like the location though. Near to everything, bus and metro station, down town, pharmaperix and metro 24 h. Apartment is clean and big enough too.

On passe l hiver sans double vitrage a montreal, les rideaux bougent dans l appartement malgré que tous est fermé, proprirtaires avisé depuis le mois d aout et ils ne sont pas la, on est toujours malade, surtout mon fils a cause de leur incompetance.vraiment desesperè, la pire location et erreur de ma vis.

Very good location, near everything (24hr grocery store and pharmacy) plus Mount-Royal park and Summit Woods. Nice building and elevators. The staff (especially Andreea the building manager) are very nice and understanding.
Only cons: heating is included but very weak. Never more than 20 C in the apartment. The laundry in the building is quite pricey as well but at walking distance there is a 24h cheap laundry mat so it is not really a concern.
They maintain the building clean constantly and the residents are nice. Would recommend!
