Mon animal n'a pas encore eu besoin de soin a cet hôpital. Je n'y acheté que sa nourriture Hills, cie qui connait souvent des délais de livraison depuis la Covid

Went here for a check up for my big boy cat. Staff and vet were very lovely, made sure my boy was comfortable and handled him very well. Any questions I had were answered and I had a lovely experience overall:)

We had to euthanize our dog of almost 14 years. The vet and staff were sympathetic and kind!

Very friendly staff, they explain all the procedures to you in advance and make you feel at ease for leaving your pet in their care. They are also extremely careful and work very efficiently, I would recommend this place for any pet owners!

So disappointed with this place. Took my puppy there for his vaccines. Had quite a few appointments. Paid lots of $$$. Doctors were really nice. Fast forward a few months later, I called 5x to say I’m a new dog owner, is there anything I should do before summer? Any treatment? Or a repeat of shots? Gave my name and number numerous times only to be told we will pull out your file (still paper) and someone will call you back. Needless to say I will be looking for a new vet asap.

Just recently had put my dog Buddy down. My dog had alot of problems over the years but the vets looked at every solution to help him. I'm indebted for their advice and care over the years. I would fully recommended this place for caring for your furry friends.

On ne peut s’appeler Hôpital quand on n’est pas prêt à répondre à la demande d’un patient en détresse. Le renvoyer vers un service à des kilomètres sous prétexte que si le patient n’est pas dans vos dossiers, vous n’êtes pas tenu de l’aider. Ma chienne avait un œil crevé et chaque seconde comptait. Or, tout ce qu’ils ont trouvé à me dire, c’est d’aller voir ailleurs. Aucune éthique. Franchement, je n’appelais pas pour un petit bobo quelconque, mais pour un animal en grande souffrance qu’il fallait voir en toute urgence, avant n’importe quel patient qui venait pour un vaccin ou autre banalité. Je n’arrive pas comprendre qu’un soit disant hôpital n’a pas 10 minutes pour voir un patient dans un état critique. Vous n’êtes pas censé être simplement une banque, mais aussi un lieu qui se doit de protéger et d’aider les animaux et leurs maîtres.

They staff are kind and professional. They seem competent, although as I am not a veterinarian, it is difficult to say for certain. They are not cheep but I suspect that you get what you pay for in this industry. Overall, I like the establishment and their facilities. They are usually on time for appointments and they are comprehensive in their approach to care.

La vétérinaire était très aimable et elle m'a donné de bons conseils en français. Toutefois, à la réception on me parlait seulement anglais autant à l'accueil que les deux fois où j'ai appelé pour le rendez vous; une des réceptionnistes a fait un effort lors du paiement de dire quelques mots en français mais c'est tout. De plus, quand j'ai pris mon rendez-vous on a omis de me donner plusieurs renseignements sur le fonctionnement à cause de la pandémie.

A bit pricey, but worth it. The service is excellent: on-time appointments, vets take the time to answer your questions, and technicians that are caring for your furry friends. Note: they don't offer nighttime availability for emergencies.

Une très mauvaise expérience avec cette clinique veterinaire, les personnel non professionnel qui pense juste aux argents. J'ai demande pour mon chat un vaccin contra la rage, ils ont mis, ajoute un autre de plus, sans mon consentement, puis ils me demande de payer plus. Chaque fois que je parle au téléphone avec eux le prix est différent. Le docteur Cybulski, c'est la principal responsable de tout cette situation. De plus je ne pouvais pas avoir le Certificat de santé de l'animal, même si ils ont déjà fait la procédure et j'ai déjà paye pour çà.
Je recommande fortement d’éviter cette clinique abusive.

They’re not pigs looking for the dollar they actually care and want to help you and your sick pet.

I took my dog here after having her mistreated from another vet hospital nearby. They took her in with love and wanted to do everything they could to help her. My dog suffered from a blockage in her intestine. Right away, they knew what had happened and took her in for surgery a soon as they had an opening. The day after her surgery she was back to her old self which is astonishing to me because we thought she was on her death bed before bringing her there. Truly thankful for them and will continue to recommend all pet owners to them!

Amazing! They're very good with pets. Both of my cats are regular clients and we've never had any problems with them. We have a super friendly cat and a super skittish cat that can be aggressive and yet the vets have managed to deal with both without any problems.

The appointments are always prompt, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They're also always willing to squeeze you in if there's an emergency. I have heard, however, that there are slightly cheaper vets in the area.

The people there were very friendly. They really cared about my girls (2 cats). They made me feel comfortable about leaving the girls overnight. When the girls operation was done, they called to say the girls were in good condition. I would recommend this place to anyone who has fur babies. Thank you for caring for my fur babies.

I highly recommend this animal hospital for your pets! The entire building is neat organized and overtly clean! The staff are extremely caring towards family pets! They are polite understanding and take the time to answer all questions and concerns you may have about your pets! Weather you have an appointment or not they will accommodate your emergency needs to the best of their ability! Your pets are not stressed waiting for their appointment time as you are seen either 5mins before or about 5mins after your set appointment time! This animal hospital has lots of free parking right in front of its main entrance door! They also take the time to give you a confirmation call to remind you of your upcoming scheduled appointments! Please consider this animal hospital next time your pet falls ill! Your pet will thank you for the excellent care your have given them!

I have been bringing my dog Charlie to Dr Kalin ever since we moved to montreal west right until the day he died. She is extremely kind and intuitive with him and all the staff loved to spoil him. We will never forget the incredible efforts by her, Dr Cukierman and all the support staff in the last 2 weeks of his life (he had cancer) to really get him emergency referrals, MRIs and anything else we needed to try and diagnose and save him. At the end it was all about making him as comfortable as possible. I am forever indebted to these wonderful people for everything they’ve done for us and for Charlie. Thanks for being our angels when we were losing ours.

I was very happy with our visit a few days ago. Friendly, efficient service, and we were given free samples of specialized food for our cat to try.

I have been bringing my animals to this vet for 15 years. My dog Scarlet has been sick her whole life. Dr. Cukierman has been Scarlets vet since she was diagnosed. She is amazing. There are really some amazing souls at this place and they truly love the animals here. They have done everything they can to keep Scarlet alive and happy and as much as they may be expensive in my opinion it is worth it. They are a hospital so that factors into the cost but I truly do not believe that Scarlet would be alive right now if not for them. Every vet will have mixed reviews because people are angry about whatever happens with their pet as it is a very sensitive issue but I can say first hand that my dog has needed to go there almost every month (sometimes more) for the last 13 years and I have gotten to know the staff personally and they are wonderful, good hearted people. The techs go above and beyond and the doctors are awesome. Would give more than 5 stars if possible. Only issue most people have is that they are expensive and of course push to do tests etc but that is what they are supposed to do in order to give the best possible answer to what is going on with the pet. ALSO they are still a business at the end of the day so of course it’s going to cost you. My advice wouldn’t be to not go here it would be if you’re not willing to spend your money on your pet then you shouldn’t have one. Thank you so much to everyone at this place for everything you do. There is a special place in heaven for everyone here that has gone above and beyond for Scarlet not to mention all the other animals I am POSITIVE they do it for as well. God bless you all. Ps. I have brought ALL my animals (cats and dogs) to be groomed by Andre over these years as well and he is just amazing. I honestly think he is some sort of animal whisperer because they absolutely calm down when he takes them and he always does a fantastic job. He’s wonderful as well.
