Overall the customer service is horrible! I've made purchases at this store on several occasions since it's part of my neighbourhood. Most of the time the employees here are unfriendly or rude. One time I respectfully explained to an employee that the candy I had just bought a minute ago was hard as a rock and politely asked for a refund. However he didn't seem to care at all and told me there was nothing he could do about it. Naturally I was shocked by his uncaring response so I told him this was very poor customer service. Unexpectidly the upset cashier pushed me, threatened to harm my mother and demanded that I leave the store. Don't ever go there, this place is definitely NOT worth your time and money.

You Need to get rid of the loiterers (outside the store has become a late night smoke hang out, as well as inside with friends of the employees who are there to "chill" and be obnoxious)

Mal propre, machine à café toujours brisée, certains employés désagréables. Pire dépanneur que j'ai vu.

I don't even have to write a review cuz clearly everyone agrees but honestly for a place that's open 24/7 I've never been able to take a step into the store. I live across the street and I thought it was abandoned. Idk about the service cuz I never even got a chance to walk in the place. Idk how u guys are still in buissnes.
