This store's cashier used to sell marijuana. It was nice that they also sold beer for less than the minimum price required by law. You can go through four years of agonisingly slow classes at the adjacent school on two king cans every day.

The cashier that is big& a redhead is the worst human being I have ever met. Like how does he have this job? Customer service skills zero, does not smile, so rude. I had the worst 2 experiences with him.never buying from there again

Would give zero stars if I could
Store looked like trash and the guy behind the counter was worse then trash I would walk to another place I don’t care if it’s on the other side Of the city

Hier soir le 26 novembre à 22h55 nous sommes arrivé pour acheter des bières, sachant que à 23h la vente d'alcool n'est plus autorisé, nous sommes entré dans le magasin et je suis allé demander au jeune homme si on a le temps d'acheter de la bière, il répond oui et il me dit que a 23h il ne pourra plus le faire. On se dirige très rapidement vers les frigos pour se prendre le premier pack de bière qui se présente. Sauf que les frigos étaient bloqué à clef et on ne pouvait pas avoir accès à la boisson et nous avions pas pu prendre à temps nos boissons à cause de la mauvaise gestion du magasins. On explique au jeune homme que c'est la faute du magasin d'avoir bloqué les frigos, et celui ci tire des propos anormaux envers nous.

I come to this Couche-Tard frequently and am normally greeted and served extremely well. The owner/manager is always a pleasure to see and say hello to.

However recently, one of the cashiers, a young white man with long brown hair, has been steering me away from shopping here.

The first occasion I interacted with him, he made rude comments to me and my friend while making one of my regular purchases. I asked how his night was going and his response was along the lines of "What the hell do you want/I don't care". I figured he was simply having a bad night and brushed it off.

The second occasion I encountered him, a week or so later, I again asked him how his night was going as I was making my purchase (while maintaining a smile and keeping my distance out of respect), and his response was a repeat of the previous occasion.

Finally, recently on Saturday night, September 11th, I arrived at the Couche-Tard with a friend to purchase alcohol 10 or so minutes before the cut-off at 11pm. The man flat out refused to sell us the case of beer even though we were well before 11pm. He gave no reason, he simply told us "I'm, not selling you that" and asked us to leave if we didn't want anything else. We asked why not, his response was that he "didn't want to".

There are many other depanneurs nearby downtown only a few minutes walk away. If the next time I encounter this cashier my experience is the same as the previous occasions, I won't be returning and I'll ensure my friends do not either. There isn't any good reason to be consistently rude/disrespectful/lazy towards regular friendly customers at a well-known franchise location.

Horrible store, horrible service, I hope the owner reads this review. By they way, if you have a medical exemption that you are not able to put on a mask, you do not need to wear a mask. NOT GOING BACK.

I walked in to the right to purchase slushies for my 3 children, the cashier all masked up behind plexiglass at the OTHER side of the store demands that we wear masks. I further said were medically exempt he had the audacity to yell and shout and tell me my children all looked over 10 years old (have no clue what 10 years old means) and that I am to tell him how old my kids are and where my proof was. When I proceeded to tell him thats illegal and I have the law of Quebec on my phone he was shouting like a psychopath. This happened on July 10th at 5pm. I walked out I will NEVER step foot in there again. Psychos!

Cashier was outside, told me "it's closed there's nobody inside" I said its a 24h dep and she said "well Im smoking" and walked away. Pretty rude and I had a bus to catch and was far from home

Poor experience. If possible, I dont even give 1/2 star.cashier was rude & great lier every one just point work to each other i ask to talk with manager the lady point to some one and said he is manager and another girl said manager is not present at that time very unprofessional.the person was busy on phone continously.

Poor experience. If possible, I'd give only 1/2 star. Male cashier was rather rude & watching me continuously as I innocently walked around store. Also, he absolutely refused to speak to me in English. So I spoke in French. Couple of food items on computer screen were not same as those on shelf - very unprofessional. He offered no apology. Also,
guy had rather poor appearance - few tatoos & dirty t-shirt. He didn't even give me a receipt. Awful awful place. Never coming back!

I go there to buy energy drinks. The store is good, they have offer on redbulls and other energy drinks.the only thing I dont like is the cashiers are always on their phone.

Pour avoir l'impression de deranger le caissier pendant qu'il est sur son telephone, c'est la place tout indiquee.
