12: 20 am and no employees in sight to open the door. Music is blasting inside tho, way to go couche 'tard'!

There are like one or maybe two staff that are decent in this store - the others are rude, couldn’t care less if you were a paying customer or trash on the street. HORRIBLE customer service and the store looks dirty all of the time - so happy a new dépanneur opened on Ottawa Street - they are warm and friendly, unlike this place! I now no longer have to go to this store.

Cashier at this store used to sell weed. They also sold beer under the minimum price mandated by law which was great. Two king cans a day allows you to survive 4 years of excruciatingly slow classes at the school nearby.

In my vacation i stayed there near of this shop, i bought stuff every day, the service and everything was good and the worker Akram was so nice

Trash store with trash employee, check all the comments and do something! The employee never check goods, and rude, discrimination. For the rate one star is too much, i would like give you (-200) stars.

Love going in during my nights off. At 3 a.m. Steevens has cleaned the store spotless, coffee machine is ready for new sales and the vibes are so Zen, just how i need and love it. Being an old guy, working security we love a clean safe atmosphere at all times during the night, like my own night shift work.
Steevens makes me feel like i am still at home, looking for something to eat and he is so helpful with suggestions.i usually pick up more than i came in for.
Thank you Couche-Tard for Steevens working the night shift.p. S. The few times i do go in during the day, & evening i cringe because the vibes are so unsettling i just pick up some smokes and run out. Like the other comments here, please pay attention and fix it.

I been there to buy something December 16 2019 around 13h and the cashier was very disrespectful. I hate my experience!

L'employé du couche tard a catégoriquement refusé de me servir deux paquets de cigarettes sous prétexte que ma blonde qui m'accompagnait n'avais pas sa carte d'identité (j'avais la mienne bien entendu). Nous étions deux clients régulier du couche tard maintenant nous irons au métro en face, qui a pour mérite d'engager du personnel compétent qui utilisent leur cerveaux en plus du bon respect des règles. Couche tard a éviter, privilégier le métro juste en face.

The staff was changed at around April 2019, before everything was great, staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean working and stocked.
It only has gotten worse during the last month's, coffee machine always broken unmantained, pastries always old or not stocked, flies all around wich only speaks about poor cleaning. The staff seems uninformed and clueless at the best of times, the rest is rude and seem to be doing you a favor to even charge you for what you are getting. Live close by so its convenient for me but I avoid it if possible. Will update if these gets taken care of.

Surtout à éviter un service déplorable première fois en 8 ans que je vois ça dans un dépanneur, je vous conseil d’aller l'épicerie métro en face ou au dépanneur Dépanneur Étudiant Ingenium

Je vais presque à chaque jour à ce Couche Tard et à chaque fois je tombe sur Jonathan le caissier, il texte toujours derrière le comptoir, il est vraiment bête avec les clients et se fache quand il comprend pas votre commande. Il devrait serieusement avoir un entretien avec un gerant parce que c'est le pire service à la clientèle que j'ai jamais reçu.

Unfortunately i can't put 0 stars for the experience that i got today with the disrespectful employees they have working there.really not satisfied with my experience as a regular shopper. This happened today at 4: 50 pm today march 28th the prices are always misleading and do not respect the law of opc unless you get into an argument with them explaining the way it works in retail! Once more very unhappy of the service i got today.

Je suis rentré ce matin le 25-01-2019 afin d’acheter 2 bouteilles d’eau j’ai prix les moins cher afficher à 1,19$ Chaque. Je vais pour payer le Mr à la caisse et à ma surprise les deux bouteilles sont facturées à 3,85$ je demande pourquoi c aussi cher? Alors que c afficher à moins que cela, nous allons devant le réfrigérateur et il me dit c une autre marque qu’il n’a plus et tout ça en me criant quasiment après. Il me sort des lois de mois de 3 articles on ne match pas de prix alors que je n’ai rien demandé de cela. Il m’agressait avec c paroles et essayer de m’intimider en me criant. Je me suis dit alors ce n’est pas celui là qui va gâcher ma journée. (le monsieur était de peau noir et porté un bouclé d’oreille) jamais je ne rentrerai dans cet établissement encore. Tellement le gars m’agresser, je voulais appeler la police. Je ne comprends pas des fois. Si je ne me dirigeais pas vers mon travail ce serai une autre histoire.

Worst service ever! I went there on Friday 20/04 night. I had to ring 5 times before the clerk agreed to get out of his back room. Walk very slowly before getting to the counter to open the door. Greeted him as I do in every store, not a single respond. Then I tried to buy a pack of cigarette but he refuse my 50 dollars bill because he didn’t had enough change.
I went there the day before and this time it was the the TPE who was not working.
This was my store where I used to stop after work, but it won’t come back ever!
