January 11,2024 @ 7: 35 AM went for an early morning car wash and the lady at the counter was very friendly and I had a great customer service experience.

Customer service sucks need to improve in that area ASAP the lady supervisor is very welcoming that's the only 5 star there

Worse service I've ever had In this gaz station. This dude at the cash since the beginning i got inside started looking at me like if I was gonna steal or something. After I went into the washroom he kept on looking at me. And his manager was next to him and I told him straight this is not a way to serve costumers. Am not your friend if a costumer comes in, you serve you don't look at them the way you do. And he kept on laughing. Seems that he didn't understand what am trynna say to him. Or maybe he don't understand French. Really funny worse service: no hi no good morning nothing just keep looking at people like if we were his Friends. One message for you we are costumers not your friend. You are behind the cash to serve people do your job properly thank you!

21 mars 2023 a 16h: 30 j'ai faite lavé ma voiture, il ne sortait pas de savon et les jet d'eau sous le véhicule ne marchait pas, j'ai signalé le problème a l'employé de Couche Tard et il ma répondu avec arrogance de lui montrer ma voiture si elle était propre.j'ai demandé de parler avec le gérant, (Gérant inexistant)
J'ai faite une plainte téléphonique a Couhe Tard, et pas de réponse.

Tres mauvai service!

Scammers, the guy at the cashier named Mohamed from Tunisia, he is a thief. He took my 40$ cash for gas, and didn’t charge gas to the pump, I went back inside and asked him why you didn’t give me gas. He denied that he took my money.
I had to call the supervisor and complain about him, so he gave me my money back.

Be careful, bunch of scammers.

Nice quick stop on the way to the airport. Receipt did not come out so i had to ask for it to a clerk who only speaks French

They asked to spend an amount to be able to buy a car wash, they didn't tell that we could pay on the machine in the entrance directly without extra costs!

Never any paper at pump.

I paid my car wash at pump and no paper receipt.

I don’t want to go in the store so I paid a second time at car wash entrance.

Why did they stop replacing the paper for pump receipts?

Le matin du 18 mars les toilettes était inaccessible aux clients! C'est parce que c'est pas une gastro! Il me semble que c'est encore pire d'empêcher les gens de se laver les mains après avoir toucher à la pompe à essence. Pas fort de la part de Couche-Tard

The girls who work in this place are too slow. There is a bad lineup every time I've passed.

Monday December 2nd, at around 4pm I walk in to pay for gas and car wash. The moment I walk in I could hear the cashier already complaining about how she's tired of customers coming in. Bad service

! Pire service et pire gérante jamais vue!
Cinq (5) visites dans le magasin concernant un remboursement de monnaie (achat d'essence) SANS SUITE!
Manque de communication entre les employés (3 avec qui j’ai interagit) ou incapacité et manque de prise en charge de la gérante? Je choisirait la 2 e options de la questions au vue de la façon dont la gérante m’a parlé au téléphone et en plus de lui avoir aviser au téléphone que j’arrive et à mon arrivé elle a refusé de sortir choisissant de m’envoyer son employé à 3 reprise.quel manque de respect envers un client.

Nice place to gas and go. Bright and clean inside and out. The one thing that bothered me was having to enter the station to pay. It was busy and I had to pull up to a far pump to fill up. I was told that i had to go on to pre pay. The issue with that is I don't know how much it will take to fill up my car. After a brief, frustrating conversation, I was allowed to fill up and then pay. Thus is not just this station or company's policy sadly.

Refueled here before heading back to the States. You need to know how much you want to put on a card before using it which seems counter intuitive but I went inside and they allowed me to fill up before paying.

The little Tim Hortons inside was convenient and pretty quick. The chicken bacon ranch wrap was tasty.

Service always aloof. Car wash often defective. We won't even talk about how often the speedpass malfunctions.

I always need to go inside to prepay dispite process with speedpass which defeats the purpose. My employees, too. I will complain to Esso.

Nobody needs to have to deal with a miserable cashier first thing in the morning on their way to work! Melissa is the most miserable cashier I have ever encountered in my life.if it was once, I'd think she was having a bad morning but 3 times now in less than a month! And when I asked her why she's always miserable she had the nerve to curse at me! Whoever hired her should be fired with her! Never again buying gas at this gas station. From now on I will do the round to gas up across the street then continue my commute. I never want to see her miserable face ever again

La même pompe ne délivre pas de facture depuis des mois.il faut se rendre rencontrer le caissier " qui trouve ça normal" de rentrer faire le Line up pour reuperer sa facture

Car wash that doesnt wash cars.get gas there but dont waste your cash washing your car there, especially at the location on boulevard de l'acadie an Chabanel

Today was the third time I had a problem. I arrived at 7: am and wanted to check my lotto tickets. The cashier was closing his cash but his replacement had not arrived.
I checked my tickets at the lotto station off to the side, to find out that I did I dead win a small amount.
He said that I would have to come back.
He should wait for the replacement to arrive before closing the cash.
I bought a coffee at the Tim’s and left.
Three strikes and you are out.

Suspiciously refused to refund for bought products right after purchase. What type of service is that? Can't Express how disappointed with this situation I am!

If you want to waste your money, it's the place to go.at least don't waste your time, and throw your bills right in the garbage. I went for a Luxury Wash today (April 10th 2018 AM - warm and overcast) came out of the car wash as dirty. Photos tell a lot. The attendant told me it was normal (?) and that if I want my car cleaned, I should go to a hand wash (?). Why do you sell it in the 1st place? He was unable to provide me another wash or to reimburse me, neither to put me in contact with the manager or owner. He even told me (after the fact of course) that I was one of the many customers who complained about it today (?). Good job to keep selling it if the was is broken.

I've been a loyal Esso customer since forever, going extra-mile to visit their locations, it was my last time. Horrible customer service, over-expensive gas, car-wash scam.stay away:)

Guys i would like to share my experience and its worth sharing for benefit of some who may find it genuine. Yesterday 26th Dec at 9: 14 pm i filled the gas and select supreme wash.
I went for a wash and nothing happened in the washing chamber. I waited and came out to share with lady at counter but she was reluctant to hear and in fact after looking at car which is still all covered in snow she was dealing with other customer. Than she said you should not was car in cold weather - so why you are keeping it on that was my question. She started yelling and said i have no time to talk to you. She didn't share her manager or owner number and not even willing to share her full name, employee code or even she said she dont know how long she is working there. She even dont know manager phone number.
I took video of all this when it was happening and uploaded on social media.
Her name on dress was Rahimeh.
Please be careful if you deal with such people who are making money by cheating. This is not the way to do business.
Could someone share what else i can do to take some action against this as it is unfair and total crook business.
