Courtyard by Marriott Montreal Airport

I am staying at Residence inn Montreal which is adjacent to this Courtyard. I had dinner at the restaurant. Everything is in French. It was fantastic. The service was great.

I stick with Marriott brand.
Good place close to the YUL airport for staying a night.

Great stay! Mike was amazing at the front desk. Came for one night with the family. Enjoyed overall stay!

I wish I can give minus review. Rooms are old and stinky they don’t have coffee machine that can work and when asked for a coffee downstairs they wanted me to pay for it. They are ripping off the customers.

This property restored my faith in the Marriott brand. After some disappointing stays at AC. Marriott Montreal and the horrors of courtyard 2 star Baie-d’Urfé which insists at promoting itself as a 4 star OMFG What a farce….
This was a relief. Restored my faith; Especially the pool, although small for lengths, opens at 6am for early risers and business people who do lengths in the morning, thanks for that.

Great restaurant and front desk service. The room was clean, but on a couple outlets in the room worked.

Been here twice now in the past 5 weeks. Close to the airport. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. Super friendly staff that somehow remember your name (still a bit amazed).

Didn't eat at the restaurant on site but it smelled good - I was just craving Pizza.

From now on when I need to go to YUL for work, this place gets the biz.

Very very comfortable beds. Room was very clean. Staff very helpful. We were able to park and fly for a week. Shuttle to and from Pierre Elliott Airport. Will definitely stay here again if we fly out of Montreal.

A clean hotel that offers a pretty good selection of breakfast. One can stay in residence for longer stays or in courtyard for a couple of nights. The room service is fast and the staff is helpful and polite. It's a great option to stay near the airport.

The rooms are okay okay. The on premises restaurant is great, but lack best option for vegan, and those looking for plant based dinning.

Comfortable and clean and we'll staffed. Unlike most Courtyard hotels, there's a full-service restaurant and bar in the hotel. Airport shuttle runs every half hour and takes about 15 minutes to get you to the airport.

It's a very good hotel with helpful staff. Has a decent size swimming pool. You have a food court, wallmart and a small mall near by at walking distance and even the room is decent with good bathroom

Avons passé une nuit après avoir manqué notre vol de correspondance (payé par Air Canada). Très bel hôtel, confortable.

Nice hotel.supermarket is walking distance and quite place.indoor pool and gymnasium. Clean rooms.

Room was ok. Restaurant was awful and crazy expensive. At least have basic quality for $5 coffee and $23 egg plates. Why am I drinking out of a paper cup with l these plastic milk containers at a sit down hotel restaurant?

We were only here for a few hours to shower and nap for a flight cancellation, but the staff was friendly and very helpful in getting us settled and set up with a taxi.

It was a good place for my parents to do the mandatory 3night stay. But the food could have been better, specially a warm breakfast is really needed.

ATTENTION! Ma mère à dû se rendre dans un hôtel nommé par le gouvernement suite à son entrée dans le pays. Il y a eu une erreur du douanier car ma mère ne devait ps se rendre à l’hôtel ses papiers étant en ordre.
N’ayant ps pu prendre sa correspondance pour Québec, elle a dû se rendre a l’hôtel en question le temps que Santé Canada règle le problème.
Nous avons donc appelé l’hôtel pour faire la réservation, on nous a dit que nous devions réserver pour 3 jours mais si il avait un départ avant la fin des 3 jours nous aurions un remboursement et que nous ne paierions que les nuits où ma mère aura été dans l’hôtel.

Le Problème étant résolu assez vite, ma mère a dormi une nuit à l’hôtel, a pris seulement un repas le soir même et est partie le lendemain matin très tôt (sans prendre de petit déjeuner) pour son vol.
Mais au moment de se faire rembourser on nous dit «  qu’il fait payer un minimum de 2 nuits ». A aucun moment on nous a dit cela au moment de la réservation!

Profiter de la situation pour se faire de l’argent sur les gens, je trouve cela vraiment honteux! 1380$ pour 3 nuits!
Une erreur qui n’est pas de notre fait!

J'ai passé 3 nuits de quarantaine, et je suis très satisfait, il y a une navette entre l'hôtel et l'aéroport, et même si tu ne l'as trouveras pas, l'hôtel te payera le taxi, pour les repas ils sont excellents, la chambre est propre, bien équipée et très confortable, je pense par rapport aux autres hôtels de quarantaine rapport qualité-prix, il est le meilleur choix, je vous le conseille fortement

COVID quarantine facility. We paid about 500$ per night for a room that was usually 110$ since it was a package for obligatory COVID quarantine. The room was generally comfortable and spacious and the personnel was very responsive. However, we did not find many safety dispositions in place, except perhaps a sticker on the elevator with some instructions regarding COVID, and the absence of someone at check-in to help with the luggage. Cleaning was expedited by personnel with regular masks (not N95 as expected in such circumstances) to accommodate new arrivals in the same day (remember that COVID can stay in the air several hours). We could hear through the wall people coughing in the adjacent rooms. We did not feel safe in this environment and did not feel like any special measures had been taken to prevent inter-room contamination due to ventilation ducts. Finally, the food provided was substandard compared to the normal quality of the hotel. With a price that is four times the normal price of the hotel, you expect at least decent food, not shopping center food court-grade general-tao chicken and caesar salad. The food was visibly not done by the hotel restaurant, and instead delivered by one of the cheapest providers available.

Very friendly staff, clean, and good service. But the quarantine food is like sick people food.

I love staying here! This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel for work in the last year and I love it! The staff is excellent, everything is kept very very clean, and the bed is super comfortable. I always request extra coffee pods in my room on my booking reservation notes and I never have to ask twice. Best of all, I left my pillow in the room and when I called they mailed it to me in Toronto the following day.

Stayed here for my first days of quarantine. Great service, all the amenities and cozy rooms. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

J'ai choisi cet hotel après un retour au pays et donc, dans le cadre du séjour obligatoire de 3 jours.
Le prix est élevé, mais le service est impeccable.

Good hotel big room, location is great close to wlamart and many malls, staff are very nice nice courteous

Was there for the 3 day quarantine. Obviously that’s ridiculous but the staff was actually wonderful and constantly did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Staff 10 out of 10.150 $ extra fee for 2 days with a dog was shamefully overpriced. Internet was fast and reliable.

Stayed at the hotel during quarantine. Arrived 2 hours.after lunch and asked for bottled.water and.a snack to tide me over until dinner and was denied. Keeping in mind I cannot leave my room as I am quarantining. The room was ok, service ok. I requested eating utensils and person delivering was maskless.

Always enjoy my stay here, but staff was very rude because of the covid. I understand everyone is being careful but still show respect

À chaque année, moi et mon amie allons à cet hôtel pour assister à Toycon. L'endroit est agréable à visiter, quoique les salles d'exposition sont plutôt petites (il y a beaucoup de gens qui y assistent en temps normal)

En 2014, pendant l'événement mentionné ci-haut, nous avions mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel. La serveuse était froide, ça nous a coûté 40$ pour un brunch déjeuner et depuis ce temps, nous mangeons ailleurs.

Good hotel, great cost benefit. Breakfast was very good. Shuttle to/from the airport included. They had something gathering on Tuesday night (not sure if it's only Tuesdays) but with food for the guests to hang out. We had a enjoyable time. Staff very polite and helpful.

Quite a comfortable and modern hotel, room was a good size. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants.

The location of this hotel is very good for the visitors of the west island and its not too far either from downtown. It has a good gym and a small pool. The bar and food are also good but you have so many choices for food around the hotel. Friendly staff but I took away one star because I didn't get my elite platinum upgrade despite the hotel was not full.

If I have to stay outside of downtown (which happens often) this is my first choice. The suites are great with all the amenities. Staff is super friendly and beds are very comfy. Rooms are quiet and clean.

Nice hotel stayed when flight got canceled. Large comfortable room. Bit far from airport so prepare for a 10 min shuttle ride. Limited recycling and minimal use options.

We bought one of those packages where you get to leave your car for the week. Sounds good on paper but the shuttle was a disaster. The restaurant at the hotel was very slow and disorganized definitely not up to Marriott standards.

Pour une seconde fois, nous restons a cet hotel en ''menu'' Park Sleep and Fly, et c'est ''parfait''! Les chambres sont spacieuses, l'accueil est chaleureux, la navette disponible a partir de 4h30 du matin (seul bémol d'Ailleurs, car nous devions être a l'aéroport a 3h30. Ils nous ont donc réservé un taxi, mais à nos frais! Dommage.)

Nous y sommes allés un peu à contre-coeur: notre correspondance à été annulée à l'aéroport de Montréal et c'est la compagnie aérienne qui nous y loué une chambre. Nous avons été agréablement surpris malgré les circonstances. Service professionnel et courtois, chambre propre et bien aménagée, restaurant dans l'hôtel qui nous a grandement servi avec notre famille en pleine tempête, service de navette à l'aéroport. Vraiment, on a été satisfaits. Merci!

Landed here on a snowy day. The place is walking distance to nearby eateries and mall. The room was warm. Sheets were clean and neat. They provided a shuttle to the mall if I'm not mistaken. Overall, a good place.

Belle chambre et repas au buffet super. Seul le dejeuner en manque un peu mais les dinés au buffet wow!

The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly, but the limited restaurant hours are very inconvenient for stranded travelers. I am accustomed to decent airport hotels offering food at noon.

Thank you so much for keeping the restaurant open late for us. We know everyone wants to go home but we’re so thankful for food after flight cancellations and a very long day of travel. Bless you!

Excellent I feel like my house. Room is with kitchen, really very happy. Very neat and attractive decoration in walls. Breakfast is complementary and it's superb, nice out view from the bed. Good GYM, swimming pool also there. Bar also very nice and well maintained. Those who are looking for room with kitchen just go for it. Highly recommended.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel! It would be nice if they included more vegetarian options in their breakfast buffet.

Hotel, room, staff are amazing! Giving three stars because everytime I have taken the shuttle to the airport it has left a FULL 30-40 MIN LATE.when arriving at the airport you need to call the hotel for the shuttle, when you call they will always tell you 10 minutes, when it can be up to 30 minutes until it arrives. If you call back they will say 10 minutes. It's crazy. Give yourself extra time to get to the airport if you stay here.

Other than that the rooms are awesome, the staff is super helpful and the facilities are great.

Went there for a work event, conference rooms are big enough, food is okay too. Bathroom very clean in the lobby. Staff is present to help.
