Courtyard by Marriott Montreal Brossard

Spent two nights and it was absolute horrible, the second night our room shook from how loud the music was being played TWO floors down. The music was insanity loud. The wi-fi was so bad it wouldn’t stay connected to get any remote work done.

Beautiful new hotel in an area that will be in huge demand as a live and play sector for young (and young living) folks when the condos and apartments are built out.

Before I retired, I did a lot of business traveling. I like hotels and have pretty high expectations for acceptable service and facilities. This hotel hit on these expectations with 2 caveats.

1) We were in a wheelchair accessible room. I'm more than fine with that, but it does impact the layout of the room, and in this case, the legroom of the bed. So I can not comment on non-mobility accessible rooms.

2) Parking was a nightmare. The underground parking was full, and/or areas were blocked off (without any warning signs). Okay, parking garages have a capacity, I get it. The issue was that the signs that direct drivers to open spots were indicating as many as 20 spaces available in rows that were full. There were a lot of frustrated drivers like me dealing with this situation. Eventually, I found a pot outside in the rain.

I don't hold the hotel responsible for this, and the area is still being built but.

J’adore cette hôtel. Je trouve les prix raisonnables et la qualité du service offert est nickel. Situer à distance de marche du REM, Quartier 10-30 et plein de restaurants. Le centre d’entraînement est très bien et la piscine aussi. Un spa aurait bien mais cela ne m’empêcheras pas d’y retourner.

I can not believe we are paying 250$ a night and there is NO housekeeping available for an extra pillow! It’s a request that cannot be resolved by foh personnel and there are over 100 rooms in this place! Extra staff is not so expensive as to have at least one responsible person on duty for any request… this request was made at 21: 30 not a indecent hour!
My daughter found out that her pillow was in duvet and that she was starting an allergic reaction
For god’s sake! And we were supposed to have made a request in advance…. Lousy lousy service

Les chambres sont bien insonorisées! On n'entend pratiquement pas l'autoroute. Les chambres sont IMMENSES, et elles étaient très propres. C'était très bien avec une famille. Le service au lobby était excellent. La piscine était très bien, quoique pas de serviettes disponibles alors je suis allée en chercher au gym à côté. L'eau n'est pas chlorée alors j'imagine qu'elle est salée. Avec la place dans les chambres, il y aurait eu de l'espace pour faire une kitchenette. Très bel hôtel tout neuf, bien équipé avec stationnement souterrain gratuit, mais tellement bondé la semaine (nous sommes arrivés un jeudi vers 18h30 et avons eu de la difficulté à stationner +). Beaucoup de commerces accessibles à pied autour (restaurants, boulangerie). Nous sommes allés chercher un chariot à bagages en haut à l'hôtel et l'avons amené au stationnement souterrain. Il n'y avait aucun espace disponible devant l'hôtel pour se stationner temporairement. C'est tout juste si on avait de la place pour circuler avec notre grosse voiture sur la rue de l'Eclipse, parce que les autos étaient stationnées en parallèle des deux côtés.

Despite its lovely rooms and convenient location the service made the experience terrible. I have never encountered a hotel, let alone a Marriott that allows for music to blare, to the point of tables vibrating until 2am. When we inquired all we were told was that the event space had been booked for a party and therefore could blast music until 1 or 2 am. Complete lack of respect for the other guests. No opportunity to change rooms to a higher floor was even considered and no manager on duty to offer any other solutions. Still waiting for a return phone call from the manager period. My advice when you book make sure the event space is empty.

It's a good spot but construction around the hotel still on-going. But it will be a great spot in a couple months. Brand new hotel, smaller but nice rooms. Tons of restaurants, bars and boutiques at walking distance.

Music blaring from the event downstairs at 7: 30 on Sunday morning! Was blaring Saturday evening as well but it stopped around 11. This makes no sense, called reception no one answers the phones.
Nice hotel but better stay in the ESCAD DIX 30, much better service. Who builds an event salon right below where guess stay?

Elegant new hotel in DIX30 area. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Notwithstanding all the construction in the area, traffic flow was smooth and free of congestion even during peak hours. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodated English speaking guests. I look forward to staying with the Courtyard by Marriott in the future.

Belle chambre moderne et propre mais il y a des cours de danse toute la fin de semaine dans les locaux et la musique est tellement forte que tout vibre dans la chambre. Les cours débutent à 7: 30 du matin… dur réveil. Le directeur ne semblait pas ouvert à un dédommagement et nous a même dit que 7: 30 c’était l’heure de se lever!

Problème de climatisation dans la chambre durant la nuit, je vais m'informer à la réception au sujet du problème et me dit que c'est normal à cause qu'on ne bouge pas et que le système s'arrête dans ce cas.

Aucune solution proposée donc on a dormi une bonne partie de la nuit à la chaleur.

Walked through the lobby, brand new, everything clean and modern, looks like private living room cubicles for meetings, and a Starbucks in the lobby. Would definately stay here if I needed a hotel room in the area.

Brand new, very nice, free parking, great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Recommend!

Un village LEGO. Froid, d'une laideur à nous rappeller les cités françaises. Beau ghetto dans 20 ans.

Mostly great, finding the light switch for one of the lamps was difficult. The parking lot was a bit confusing too, some signs specifying which part of the underground garage was for the hotel would be quite helpful.

No housekeeping for 3 days and when you speak to the front desk about that The lady was so rude Don’t even think to go to that hotel

My stay here was great because room service was fast and polite and all the employees are kind though it would have been nicer if the room was a little bigger for the price we payed, overall this is a 4 star hotel

Chambre extrêmement propre, parking gratuit, lit et literie confortables. Un + pour les micro-ondes dans la chambre. Moderne et luxueux. Accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons assurément. Merci!

Clean & comfortable rooms. Excellent bedding & linens. Would highly recommend to all.

La salle Saturne 2 est spacieuse. Un petit problème concernant la qualité d'une série d'enceintes acoustique. C'était désagréable.

La nourriture était excellente et le jeune homme qui a servi les plats a fait un excellent travail.

Clean rooms, new property, free parking, beautiful bathrooms! Great experience, they should offer free breakfast like most Marriott’s do.

Un beau wow pour nous!
Chambres propres et au goût du jour (normal, c'est neuf).
Belle piscine avec bel espace et gym.
Le Starbucks était une belle surprise.
Excellent service.
