As a Bonvoy guy it pains me to say this but my stay was totally meh. Hotel has zero vibe. Nada. No personality at all. And upon checkout they charged my Amex at the desk and then, while my Uber pulled up, chased me down to say my payment wasn’t complete. In a rush it didn’t occur to me to check my Amex app so I paid a second time using a cash debit card in order to avoid further embarrassment. On the way to the airport, having calmed down, I checked and saw the charges on my Amex. Called the hotel front desk right away and they apologized and said for the mixup they would credit me 2,000 Bonvoy points and return my cash. Now, a month later, I’m back at the same hotel and it occurred to me to check the pts. Nada. Never happened. I sit writing this at the Hilton next door, with a vibrant restaurant, a full staff, a legit menu, and even a DJ? !? Love ya Bonvoy, but in Montreal, in this part of town, I’ll take the Hilton next time. Do I have an HHonors account?

L’accueil fut correct, mais nous n’avons pas eu le cadeau de bienvenue en temps que membre Gold Élite Bonvoy, l’hôtel est belle et la chambre était ok. Par contre, pour un Marriott le service de restauration n’est pas très élaboré. Un petit bistro avec un tout petit menu cher et sans grand choix pour les trois repas. (Petit déjeuner kasher au 2e où je ne suis pas allé alors je ne sais pas ce qu’il vaux.) Jeune serveuse froide. Menu et repas mis sur la table brusquement et sans me dire un mot. J’ai attendus un bon moment et j’ai dû la chercher pour avoir ma facture et payer. J’aurais presque pu partir sans payer, ne sachant pas mon # de chambre. Eau de la piscine très froide. Bref! Je ne l’a conseil que si vous n’avez qu’une nuit à y passer (nous avions rdv à l’hôpital tôt le matin) et que ne vous voulez pas manger de gros repas.

When I called to book hotel last minute, they failed to disclose they had no power or electricity or heat in the rooms. They would not refund me when I wanted to rebook somewhere with power. They did not apologize, offer any concessions and the rude front desk person said to take it up with the city.

I get this is beyond their control, but they should offer a refund, apology and overall not be complete a**holes about it. We were all screwed over by the weather.

Avoid avoid avoid.

Center ally located, great staff and east walk to many attractions. Bar staff was friendly an knowledgeable.

The staff is really great and super friendly.
Overall stay was comfortable and Rania at the front desk was extremely helpful.

Friendly staff, beautiful decor, delicious food/tea and lovely atmosphere. This is no doubt the best hotel in Decarie Blvd
