Très chaleureux petit chalet! L'odeur du bois est agréablement relaxante. Parfait pour les activités au bord du lac ou juste pour le plein de nature! On a adoré! Les commodités sont bien appréciées également.

We really enjoyed our 1 week stay at Aftica cottage. It is very well appointed and comes with lots of extras. Having a crib and high chair for a baby was awesome. The canoe, kayak and standing paddle board are a definite plus. The really comfortable outdoor gazebo seating area and the fire pit are really nice extras.

For us the only slight disappointment were the weeds in the lake near the shore making it slightly unpleasant to swim there. You kind of get tangled up in them as you swim out.

Nonetheless we had a great week and would highly recommend this house for a family to rent.

My family had a fantastic time at Cozy Cottages. We stayed at the Tralina Cottage, it was beautiful, everything we could ask for, and the fishing was absolutely great. Our 2 little boys both caught their first fish, it was just a magical experience all around, will be looking forward to future visits to Cozy Cottages! Oh and The owners are absolutely fantastic people, they took care of us very well.:)

I have now rented with cozy cottages seven times and each experience has been incredibly rewarding for me and my family.

Breathing fresh air away from city life is a must these days, we always look forward to swimming along with our dog in a perfectly clean lake and enjoying a canoe ride or paddling kayaks to see nature at it’s best around little black lake. If you stay long enough, you might hear the call of the loon which is nature’s most amazing symphony, and their presence is solid indication of excellent water quality BTW.
You will not regret the serenity and beauty the area offers, there is also a gorgeous walking or cycling trail nearby that pierces into a forest. All of the cottages we rented were spacious, clean and stocked with the essentials.

Had a great week at Makapine cottage, place was excellent, dock and lake were perfect.

Great experience renting from Cozy Cottages. Tracy is very responsive and made the process super easy. Tralina was beautifully renovated inside and had more amenities than we thought from kitchen stuff to random toys my 2 and 4 year old had fun playing with. Having kayaks and a row boat at our disposal was fantastic as well and both were used daily. Lots of fish in the lake and water was nice and warm. Would have been nice if it was deeper but you can’t control Mother Nature. Would love to go back in the winter as well.

Tralina cottage was perfect. Exactly as posted. The new t-dock was the best place to spend our time. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had most items needed. A great place to spend the week even in some rain. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay during the Christmas holidays. The cottage was nice, clean, and provided lots which made our trip very comfortable. We will definitely rent again summer time. Thanks Tracy.

Beautiful cottage on a lovely quiet lake. Perfect for my two young grandsons when they visited us. Shallow, sandy entry into the water. Everyone enjoyed the paddle boat, canoe and the kayaks. My 3 year old grandson caught his first fish and ate his first smore. Would highly recommend to anyone. The owner was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed.

I've been renting with CozyCottages for the past four years now, mostly in the Fall and Summer months. We always have a wonderful time and a good experience. The cottages are clean and comfortable. A number of the them are dog-friendly, which is greatly appreciated. The location is great, too, and we always have a good time swimming, kayaking and fishing on the lake. There are some good hiking trails nearby as well. We'll be renting again soon!

The cottage we rented (Tralina) is quite charming and was a beautiful setting for our family vacation. I don't think you can find a better site, located right next to the lake. Gorgeous.

A great week spent in this fantastic cottage. A fabulous view of the small and peaceful lake. We were very pleased with all the amenities and cleanliness of the cottage. The owners are very welcoming and responsive. I would not hesitate to rent from them again in the future.

We love renting chalets with the modest and cozy but well equipped feel to them. The lake is magical, quiet and warm. The sun setting in front was amazing and having access to the lake by swimming boat and kayak was wonderful. We found an amazing public beach not far. The air conditioning is a great plus. The rooms comfy and clean. I would say having a stove with a vent so we can cook without setting off the fire alarm is the only down (and maybe having to bring our own towels) but that's minor. We are going to rent again next year.

Average quality and too much bugs in this season. Just bring bugs spray and some anti Bugs candles

Very nice and cozy. Clean and very quiet. Very easy to rent. The view on the lake is amazing. Definitely we will come back.

We loved the Finlana cottage. The open concept makes it feel spacious. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking and canoeing. All kitchen accessories that we needed were provided. There is a small store 2 min.drive. Lots of hiking trails 20-30 min.drive (Wentworth-North, Morin Heights, Ste-Adèle). Very dog-friendly. We would love to be back.

Nice place to stay is near to the nature and it has a great view of the lake and the forest! Clean and it looks like it was renovated. Family loved it too much!

Tralina was lovely; perfect location right by the lake with stunning views from every room. So peaceful with great facilities and amenities inside and out.and that clear starry sky; fabulous! Thank you Tracy and we hope to return.

Awesome cottage. Private beach was a bonus. The lake is perfect for the kids to kayak or pedal boat- no motor boats allowed. Family oriented.

Great cottages. Have rented two different houses and both are fabulous. Will definitely be going back.

I have rent cottages with CozyCottages since 2010. Start with my college friends, my girlfriend (Now my kids' mother:) After almost 10 years, when we want to find a cottage to relax, they are still the best choice.

We had a great stay at CozyCottages. With the kayak, canoe and pedal boat, we were fully equipped to take on the lake. The kids loved paddling out to the floating dock every day. The cottage has a small convenience store down the street that came in handy, and it is only 15 minutes away from a larger grocery store. It was a very quiet and serene vacation and we will definitely be back.

Clean, modest with all the amenities to your disposal. BBQ grill, microwave etc.

My friends and I stayed at Zimackay cottage for the second year in a row and it was great. Nice location for a great price. It was cozy and quiet, and the cottage provided everything we needed. We loved being able to use the canoe to get out on the lake! We definitely will come again.

We stayed at the Zymachay residents which was the perfect size for our family of four. The house and property was well maintained, equipped and clean. The lake is also very nice and quiet and the owners take great care in making sure you have everything you need to enjoy yourselves outdoors (i.e. Lifejackets of all sizes, canoe, kayak, firewood etc). We truly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back soon.

The cottage was really great. My husband, and 1 year old child had a great time. It was exactly what we were looking for -just a getaway. There is a wood fire stove, within the house - so we ended up roasting hot dogs, and marshmallows, indoors. The top loft, had a DVD player, and a large selection of DVD's.within the ottoman. My husband and I, were able to relax on the upper loft and watch some movies, after using the wood fire stove. We were close to Lachute - which is a quaint little town. But, we ended up traveling to St Jerome, to take advantage of the hiking trails. We would most certainly rent his cottage again - but perhaps, during the summer time, when there is access to the lake - that is across the street. All in all, we had a really great visit - and I would recommend this place to anyone.

As an aside, we were able to cook and clean - as the kitchen is fully stocked. There is a hair dryer, soap, and toilet paper, within the bathroom. Towels are located in the upper loft, within the cupboards, against the wall.

Not sure I can say much else. There are a ton of blankets around the place - in case you want to get cozy, and snuggle near the fireplace.

We had a great stay. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the fire pit, located just behind the cottage. But that was due to the amount of snow, in the backyard.

The lake is actually just across the front yard, and on the other side of the street. There is a paddle boat there, and a small landing, for use.
