They're extremely pushy and they gaslight you about sizing. Person I dealt with after receiving my dress was so rude, it was a couple of years ago and thinking of her prompted me to write this review. She scoffed and gave me attitude when i didnt want to change in a room with a camera and then told me I gained weight when my dress didn't fit. I'm not a sensitive person and if that were true I would have accepted my fault 100%, but I know for a fact it wasn't. The owners tried to rectify the situation, but the man walked in while i was still not done changing and told me I had time to go to the gym so the dress would close. So unprofessional. I actually considered calling consumer protection at the time, but when you have a wedding coming up the last thing you need is more calls/stress (I even had my seamstress measure me and asked her to be a witness lol).

Girls, I'm sure there are better more respectful places to dress shop. Coming here was my only regret of the whole process.

Nous avons eu une expérience tout simplement parfaite en allant magasiner nos robes, à ma conjointe et moi. Le service reçu, du premier appel avec Jessy jusqu’à l’achat des robes après avoir bien sûr “dit oui à la robe”! Nous voulions vivre cette journée ensemble, mais évidemment sans se voir, et Jessy a su comment organiser le tout pour qu’on puisse vivre chacun notre expérience unique avec nos proches. L’accueil chaleureux avec l’accompagnement de nos deux conseillères, Ève-Sophie et Audrey-Anne qui ont pris le temps de nous connaître pour nous proposer des robes qui nous ressemblaient et qui respectaient notre budget. La prise en charge du début à la fin de ces trois spécialistes nous a fait vivre une journée magique et nous avons pu nous laisser guider dans cette expérience remplie d’émotions.
Bref, nous les recommandons à 100% et un énorme merci à Jessy, Ève-Sophie et Audrey-Anne pour cette journée de rêve.

I just want to say that Katherine was AMAZING. She made my experience that much better!
All the woman who were with me that day all said the same thing!
If anyone has the chance to have Katherine, they will also say the same!

Oh and I must add that I tried on quite a few dresses and in the end the one Katherine chose was the one I said YES to.
She listened to me and observed me so well that she knew what I wanted while I didn’t even know!
I definitely recommend Vézina but also really recommended Katherine

The only reason it gets 2 stars is for the selection of dresses. You are guaranteed to find what you are looking for - given your budget starts at min 3k.

The staff offers you a great experience.untill you purchase the dress. I don't appreciate being taken for granted, especially when you are spending a fair amount of money. I am someone who pays attention to detail and it can be annoying sometimes, I get it. Though, I did not expect to be given every excuse in the book when I pointed out things that should not have happened during my first offical fitting.

The beads were falling off the dress which is one of the biggest issues I had.when I put it on for.the first time this is when it happened. I was told it's normal. I had to insist that the threads were not locked (because they weren't) I was able to pull the threads out with nothing more than a quick brush of my finger. The lovely in house modiste was very good at reseting and finishing the details. Nevertheless, this should not have happened. I contacted the designer and since the contract is with the store it should be their responsibility. This was just one of several unexpected issues with my dress. I basically have to refinish the whole dress (not just beading) at my expense.

The store has yet to address the issue, I keep getting brushed off by every single staff member. Including the owner.

They want your money and that's it. Not surprised.

My sister and I both got our wedding dresses from Vezina and both had an amazing experience:).
They recommended a seamstress to us and we made an appointment many months in advance. I flew in from Vancouver for my first appointment, and unfortunately the seamstress canceled on us one hour before the appointment because she was sick. Having flown in for this I was a bit panicked and obviously upset. We went to Vezina and the staff was amazing. They took it very seriously, and within 20 minutes they had found us an incredible seamstress willing to take us both that day.
They were so professional, kind, and I cannot express how grateful we were for their approach to problem solving.
Our seamstress was amazing and made the experience so fun for us.

100% recommend Vezina for any bridal needs. From trying on dresses, to them keeping my dress for 4 years through Covid, to their customer service, every experience we had with them was A+!

I went to créations vézina with a smallish budget (1500$). We only looked at gowns on sale but they still offered the whole bridal experience. Other places just pointed me to a dusty sales rack in the back. But here, I was treated just as any bride. I didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted so we started by trying different shapes and styles. I never felt pressured or anything. They did make me an offer to purchase that day but weren't pushy about it. I would highly recommend going here. They have a lot of variety and different price points.

I found my dream dress at Création Vézina with the help of Eve-Sophie and Catherine! It was a dream team because they were both knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive! They were glad that my dress selections were all different. The surprise dress they selected was also a tough contender since it was so pretty and it fitted me so well. They helped me envision myself on my wedding day a lot clearer by asking the right questions and giving the right comments. I really love their advice that "the decision should be easy. If it's a maybe- then it's a no. You don't want to get married in a dress that you have doubts for. The more it is you, the more you will love it forever".

The owner Chantal came in to see me and my friend before and during the appointment. She was also very nice, and such a curator for selecting that many beautiful unique dresses to stock in store.

Having tried on many dresses before going to Création Vézina but not having found the one, I was being hopeful. In the end, the dream team made the dream come true. I decided to go with a dress that's so one-of-a-kind, something that I haven't seen anywhere else. The dress complements my body type perfectly, make me feel beautiful, and also suits my wedding day theme. And the support the Création Vézina team gave me during the appointment truly made me feel special. Big thanks to everyone.

Worst experience ever! They manipulate you to buy. It’s insane how they play with your emotions. They don’t care about anything except selling the most expensive dresses at their store. Also, they don’t let you see the dresses on the sales floor, we only got an tablet to choose a style and they will grab a similar dress to try! I never saw something like this before, it’s so disappointing

I want to start by saying that I had the most wonderful experience! I felt like if I was in a movie. Catherine and Eve-Sophie were amazing! I felt like they were my best friends. They were honest and so patient with me. They guided me throughout the entire process and helped me pick the most beautiful wedding dress. To all future brides, this is the place to go look for your wedding dress. Catherine and Eve-Sophie thank you again! You’re amazing!

Super belle expérience, l’accompagnement par Catherine était vraiment exceptionnelle. Je me suis sentie écouté, bien accueilli et bien conseillé. Elle était patiente et s’adaptait bien à nos préférences. J’ai apprécié le choix, la versatilité des robes et le décor qui met en valeur les robes et les personnes! Girls are so nice. And they have good selection.but i didn’t like the owner’s reaction when i told the girls i can only try one more dress after i tried about 10 dresses and spent 2 hours there.i had an appointment to see a venue (not even to see another place for dresses) and she was like: if your venue is more important so no need to try other dresses, her reaction gave me such negative energy, she wanted me to try all the dresses she has and make a choice because she has the best dresses ever according to her.
As a girl preparing for her wedding going in 6 months i have a lot of pressure already!

Excellent service with the help of Chantal the owner and Catherine the associate made the whole process absolutely amazing. They were extremely sweet, patient and kind. The experience was super enjoyable and you could tell they really love what they’re doing. The dresses are to die for and the service to is a 10/10. Would recommend for any bride. Their help was just wow wow woww.

We went there with my friend and her family as a last resort. We had already been to 3 others bridal shop but didn’t find what we were looking for.

When we walked in, the owner Chantal was there and explained the whole process to us and honestly guys… BEST EXPERIENCE. The patience, the quality, the service everything was A1.

The consultant Catherine provided such an amazing and professional service throughout. She listened to the style I was looking for and she found me my dream dress! I came here with no expectations in mind and was absolutely blown away by the extreme kindness and professionalism. I was helped by the owner Chantal and Catherine and they were both extremely patient with me and my family. They also had a super original service to help with selection. They make you choose dresses on and Ipad which I found very unique. They were super sweet amazing experience all throughout and I recommand it to every bride to be!

Quelle belle expérience! Après 3 boutiques visitées, sans succès, j’ai finalement trouvé la robe de mes rêves chez Vézina Loft. Le choix de robes est incomparable aux autres boutiques, que de magnifiques modèles et de bonne qualité! La fille qui m’a accompagné pendant l’essayage était bien gentille et à l’écoute, je me suis présentée toute seule puisque toute ma famille n’habite pas au Canada, elles m’ont affirmé au début que je pourrai à la fin faire un appel vidéo chose que j’ai faite dans toutes les autres boutiques, à la fin la responsable vient me faire comprendre que je ne pourrai pas faire d’appels puisque selon elle « je n’étais pas prête à acheter tout de suite », manque de flexibilité pour ceux qui sont loin de leurs famille et de leurs amies et manque de professionnalisme.
