Crème Brûlée Hudson

Came here with our three little kids a few weeks ago for brunch. They have a huge buffet that looked amazing! We opted to order off the menu. Food was delicious and the owner was very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Husband and I stopped here for breakfast 2 days in a row while we were visiting Hudson. The owner is very personable. Food was plentiful, very delicious and reasonably priced. The cappuccino was excellent. Service was fast, friendly and intuitive. Would recommend.

I went with a group of 8 friends today for the Sunday brunch. I have to say it exceeded my expectations. I was extremely surprised by the great selection of both European and traditional fair. The foid was made fresh and plentiful. It was authentic and beats any breakfast franchise. The buffet was top notch and the service was outstanding the staff attentive and personalized. I highly recommend that you make the journey out to Hudson. We will be back.

I labored over a review with negatives and positives, but it appears to be lost.

They were short of staff, the fries were frozen and not fresh, they use Quick chocolate syrup for the mochas, there is only one toilet for a place that, including the patio, seats 65, we waited 5 to 10 minutes just to pay, there were a number of items on chalk board menus, but it seemed all they were serving that day was fish and chips and smoked salmon salad.

However, they pour wine with a heavy hand - right to the rim.

Ce lieux est à découvrir, le chef cuisine merveilleusement bien, rien a voir avec les chênes alimentaires, de la cuisine du secteur, de la vraie moutarde, bref même les desserts sont bon et enfin un vrai café.
Faite le détour s'est super bon.

Was initially delighted to discover Crème Brûlée. I entered expecting devotion to Old World techniques but left almost immediately. No amount of nostalgia could induce me to purchase a pastry following the icy reply I received upon making a simple inquiry.apparently the artist in residence believes cake cannot be served without condescension.

I've had several meals here, breakfast and lunch. Best pancakes I've had, amazing sandwiches at lunch, and great lattés! Prices very reasonable!

Very nice cosy place at the main road in the middle of Hudson.

My mother, my wife, and I ordered wraps today for takeout. I had a shrimp and crab wrap, my mother had smoked salmon and cream cheese on a bagel and my wife had a caesar with chicken. Really fresh ingredients and a simple salad included with a tasty vinaigrette. We loved it. We made our order, waited outside, for 10 minutes, paid, and then left. Other patrons showed up while we were waiting. I also had a biscotti for dessert which was excellent too. Lots of great desserts to try next time, like key lime pie, cannolies, and butter tarts. I'm going back this summer

Perhaps we went there on a bad day for them but I have rarely received such a terrible service at a restaurant. They seemed so disorganized everywhere. Between the 6 of us, 3 had breakfast and 3 had lunch. The waiter/owner (i guess) was kind enough to tell us that plates wouldn't arrive at the same time. So 2 sandwhiches that are prepared in advance were served, not the third one. After serving the 3 breakfasts, they realized that the other sandwhich had not been served. It took them another 15 minutes to serve the missing sandwhich. When it finally arrived, my brother mentionned he had asked for the soup and not the salad that was already set in his plate.the waiter's answer was: "there is no more soup". Nothing else. Just, "there is no more soup". I found the answer to be rude and showed a lack of customer service. Also, 2 of the 3 breakfasts ordered had bread included.which they forgot as well. It only arrived after 15min.
They obviously seemed aware of theire multiple mistakes because they brought over some desserts at the end of our meal, free of charge. It's a nice touch but judging by the number of free desserts they brought to various tables around us, they clearly have a few issues to sort through.
In the end, food was good which is the only reason I'm giving a star but I won't go back there ever, for sure.

Stopped off here with my whole family on the hottest day possible, friendly staff and great food.

It’s our first time here, and the small bowl of cafe au lait was really good and hot! The owner was friendly and the desserts and sandwiches all looked fresh. We also ordered cannoli and a sweet chiffon cake with lemon whipped cream filling, everything was fresh and tasty! The deco of the cafe wasn’t the fanciest, but it has its own local charm. Would definitely come back to try other stuff!

Nous y avons profité d’un goûter convenable. On y savoure des plats correctement servis dans une ambiance modestement présente. Des photos d’artistes locaux enjolivent les murs sans nécessairement faire trop cliché.
