Three words: Unprofessional, Insensitive & Ignorant
Context:
Another youth support tech and I went with 5 youths to the store yesterday. Yes we arrived at 8: 59 and we understood that they close at 9PM.
The staff along with their buddies inside the store started to laugh, point fingers at the youths and make a whole scene out of the situation. Mocking and berating others is never the right way to show that customers have to respect service hours!
- You never know the negative impact you can have on others by reacting in such a cruel way.:/
-Store owners please train your staff properly!
Having experience with customer/ food service I know that it can be challenging when you're closing a store. There's always a better way to let customers know that you're closed in a clear and empathetic manner.

Today was my first time coming to Cielo Cremerie + Gelato. Sarah and Gacia were a pleasure to be served by! All and all great customer service, will be back!

What a beautiful place to take some yummy icecream. They don’t have very special in house made stuff, but it’s great place to chill with family and kids. If you do riding then this is must be a place to chill and rest. The service is great, the girl was really patience with slow picky customer. Definitely visit again.

Très bon choix de crème glacées et de gelatos de qualité! Je me souviens que le banana split et le brownie étaient bons aussi. Meilleur commerce de Pierrefonds-Est! Viva Cielo!

Un super bel endroit, je suis aller a quelque reprise avec ma belle soeur, très bon service et excellent gelato. Je vous le recommande fortement si vous passer dans ce coin la, c'est un incontournable

Considering how nice the service was, I feel terrible to be as critical as I'm going to be. Gelato is supposed to have a special quality to it. What my spouse and I had yesterday was heavy on what I can only imagine to be 'gum' related ingredients etc. Classic flavors such as coffee should be as pure as can be. I just could not extract that joy from this gelato. Dido for the Gianduja. Sorry to be so harsh.we will be looking elsewhere for our Summer treat.

Small but very good selection. Tried a few gelatos and they were all very tasty. Comparable to Dolce Vita. A very nice place to go if you live in the area

Service courtois et beaucoup de choix de gelato et autres délices sucré. Les prix sont raisonnables.

Great in-house made gelato made with quality ingredients. Some other popular gelato place in the west island that I will leave unnamed can't compete with this place. They don't use the same type of ingredients.

Très bon. Manque un peu de déco à l extérieur pour rendre plus invitant ce bon petit bar à crème glacé
