Davis is an amazing barber. You can tell he’s a passionate and perfectionist individual with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction. This is by far the best barbershop experience I’ve had in recent memory. As a new client who’s often disappointed by the lack of care or genuine service, I can tell you this place is IT if you want to look good and have a great chat with amazing individuals. Had a beard trim by Gabi who is a junior barber at CRISP. I got to say I was originally nervous going with a junior barber since I was getting ready for an important phot but Gabi far exceeded my expectations. Very professional and diligent in his work. Definitely someone I would recommend to others. The barbershop is clean with a young and friendly atmosphere. Very collaborative effort, a senior barber stepped in at one point to help advise Gabi which is always appreciated. Keep up the good work!

Booked an appointment to see Ralph, co-owner, and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The vibe of the shop is very nice and welcoming. Ralph was extremely professional and considerate, helping me hone in on the cut that I wanted. He worked fast and precisely, explaining to me throughout the cut what he was doing and why. Will recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality haircut. 5 stars, hands down.

Ralph got me a nice haircut and beard trim. I’ve been growing my beard for months and always wanted a haircut that fades really well with my beard. Ralph did an awesome job to get me that look and also showed me how I can maintain my beard.

I brought my boyfriend here for a haircut and I was beyond impressed. Ralph gave him one of the best haircuts he's ever gotten, super sharp and blurry. The shop is very neat and clean. The layout inside is aesthetic and pleasing to the eye. However, that does not compare to their friendliness and hospitality. Their haircutting skills are at a high level and they are very careful on their detail work too. They take good care of their clients and treat them with such kindness. My experience there was extremely immaculate and their shop is exactly what I think a barbershop should be.

Excellent service from Ralph. Best post-isolation cut I could’ve asked for. Booking was super easy, you can even pay prior to your cut. The shop is super clean and organized, and the atmosphere is laid back and friendly. Prices are fair and on par with other barbershops of 10/10 would recommend.

First time Cut with Ralph at Crisp, tbh I was a little apprehensive in the beginning, however Ralph made me feel at home. He didn’t flinch with the barrage of questions and directions I gave him. 1- Cleanliness
2- To get the haircut you ask for
3- To be in a friendly and welcoming environment

This place checked off all three of those things and I'm very happy with my first visit to them today. Ralph listened to what I asked for and he cut my hair like I wanted it/in a timely manner. The whole staff seemed very respectful, professional and friendly. As a bonus, the music and ambiance was to my liking. Very clean look!

Wether it's CRISP Saint-Henri or CRISP Pointe-Saint-Charles they are without a doubt the best barbershops in Montreal. The staff is very friendly, they treat every client with respect and both locations are very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I always go with Ralph for my cuts but every single barber does amazing work.

The name really says everything about this shop, you get a get clean crisp cut from here. Even though this is a new location, I have been cutting with one of the owners for almost half a decade and can vouch for his attention to detail and quality for not just a superb haircut, but also a great experience. And this shop really encompasses all of that. With a modern and minimalist atmosphere, and comfortable barber chairs, you really should give this barber shop a try if you haven't!
