Had to stay here because flights got canceled in the morning had to wait 45 minutes for eggs. I asked what's up and they only had once cook.
For the whole place one cook thay sounded crazy to me

Rooms and hotel is dated. There’s a foul smell in the elevator; have they heard of febreze? The only ice machine was on the 5th floor and it was out of order. Room phone does not work so you can’t call the desk. Electrical sockets near the bed don’t work so you have to find other plugs to charge your devices. There are not a lot of choices for restaurants so you’re forced to order takeout from Uber eats. Located on a frontage street without a lot of optional egress points.

Être sur la même étage que des réfugier des garde de sécurité partout partout personnel parlé pas français piscine fermer et déjeuner que les enfants payé car pas compris dans le forfait de la chambre qui coûte in bras 230 $bruit à 7h du matin très très decu

I had connecting rooms between my family and my brother's family's room. There were so many inconsistencies between the rooms. 1 room had a hair dryer up mounted, the other you had to search for it as it was in a bag behind the door. 1 room have very comfortable beds 1 had beds that you can feel the springs in your back. The charging ports attached to the phone were iffy and did not work all the time. My brothers room heat was totally broke as they had cold air blowing all weekend while my room was totally comfortable. I've been here 5 years ago and I really feel like this hotel is crumbling. 1) The Pool was closed, as that was one of the selling points for our young family to stay here. 2) There was a major water pipe bursting (which I will give credit to them for fixing it within a span of 5h. 3) The rooms have not been updated or cared for years.

One thing keeping this place afloat is their banquet hall and service as it was really well done with excellent food. We were here for my cousin's wedding.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Food is quite good for the 3 days Mandatory quarantine. All the services you expect from a 4 star hotel is available there. Would recommend anyone for their 3 days quarantine.

Absolutely gross. Rooms were not clean. We found dirty earplugs next to the bed. The food was brutal. It feels like they did everything at the absolute minimum budget possible. Felt like a scam.

Thin walls you can hear your neighbors loudly food is good staff are friendly but extra charges checking out was alot. Not recommended.

Stayed for the three days entering canada (which by the way is a shi* measure), i got the result after 1 day, asked to leave, but the hotel charged for the 3 days, no refund.
The day i arrive, around 8pm, the restaurant was already closed so they offered a salade for compensation.the meals i took were ok.
Kinda medium rooms, The fridge was all scratched.
Only giving 2 stars because of the reception friendly personal.

SCAM alert! We were charged EXTRA 150 CAD for our 10 yo kid per day (450 CAD plus TX) in total. The system does not show you that extra when you make booking. We did include our kid in the booking. But upon arrival to the hotel they asked us to pay 450 CAD +TX extra. It is absolute scam and we have all the print screens that shows our selections. Going to submit Customer Protection Bureau complaint+negative reviews wherever possible

Customer be aware! My booking included two guests: my son and me. Based on the price information during the booking process I made a decision to stay at this hotel. The booking was for 3 nights non-refundable (special government rate for 3 day quarantine after returning to Canada). Upon arrival at the time of check-in I was charged 450cad+tax EXTRA for my 10 years old son. I did not had a choice in that situation but to pay extra (otherwise I will be facing government fine about 5000cad for braking the hotel quarantine role).
Stay away from booking this hotel!

Je suis resté dans cet hôtel pour un confinement de 3 nuits et j'étais dans la chambre 722. J'ai détesté le service et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à personne.
A ma venue je suis allé prendre une clé à la réception. Lorsque je suis rentré dans la chambre était occupée et n'était pas encore libérée. Les draps étaient défaits, les sacs de nourritures étaient dispersés dans la chambre. Je suis allé reprendre une nouvelle clé pour une autre chambre. Après cela j'ai contacté le service pour commandé la nourriture et j'ai précisé à avoir de l'eau. Pour mon premier souper et diner j'ai reçu le contraire c'est à dire une boisson gazeuse. J'ai rappelé après pour leur dire que je veux avoir de l'eau pour mes autres repas et souper. Le lendemain j'ai reçu le contraire de ce que j'ai demandé cad du boisson gageuse. Vraiment il faut être à l'écoute de sa clientèle et c'est sûr que moi je ne viendrai jamais plus dans ce hôtel et je déconseillerai à mes amis et mon entourage. Mon numéro de réservation est 43757584 et mon séjour était du 26 juin au 29 juin.

J’avais une réservation avec eux pour passer la quarantaine obligatoire du gouvernement, j’ai reçu un email qui confirme le prix et la réservation, mais au dernière minute j’ai trouvé que le montant chargé plus que le montant de la réservation et quand j’ai appelé ils m’ont dit qu’ils ont changé les prix pour tous les gens qui ont oublié de mentionner GAA, sachant que j’ai bien mentionné GAA et j’ai envoyé un e-mail à l’hôtel qui confirme ça.je sais pas comment ils ont fait ça mais ils disent n’importe quoi. La première solution qu’ils ont offert c’est d’annuler et réserver ailleurs. Le service téléphonique est médiocre. Là j’ai dû changer mon vols à cause d’eux parce que tous les hôtels sont pleins.

Stayed for Quarantine
Courteous staff. Good food in Quarantine. And a nice place at the back to take short breaks for fresh air.

No mirror in the bedroom was weird but had a great sleep. Comfortable beds.

They don't offer refund for Quarantine guests if they get a negative covidnresukt at the airport earlier.

I had booked using the internet and they charged me 450 a night. Upon arrival, they charged full price of 1050 for 3 nights since that were Quarantine rules

To be clear, I didn't stay at this hotel. I made a reservation that had to be changed and the staff that I spoke with were all incredibly helpful, very professional and super-patient. I can't emphasize how nice it was to deal with them in a very stressful moment. They definitely understand the meaning of hospitality here. BRAVO! I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience and look forward to booking with them again.

I am disgusted and disappointed with my stay at the Crowne Plaza Montreal Airport. Attending as a guest due to COVID-19 mandatory hotel stopover, I would have expected to have a stay with a clean room at a price of 1200$ for a 15-hour money scam stay. Upon entering my room, there was a piece of chewed gum on the floor, a dead fly on the radiator/AC, tape with hair stuck to it on the radiator, a crumbled up used kleenex on the carpet oh and a plug that literally went through the gyproc when I went to go plug my charger into it.all of this with a note signed from the housekeeping on my bed that "you are committed to high levels of cleanliness". I think that I was more at risk catching covid in that room than during my entire travels. I was better off walking out of the hotel at that moment and risking a fine than suffering during my stay being in an uncomfortable living condition. I also called to ask for a bottle of water, thinking there would at least be water in the room for that price, I was told that a bottle costs $3.00. When I replied "what" in shock, I was responded to very rudely that the tap water is free and I could have that. I am very disappointed with my stay. Do not recommend to anyone.

Great hotel. Spent 3 days mandatory quarantine here.
Comfy beds, good variety of meals, tv with a good variety of channels
Room is well equipped: fridge, safe, closet, mirror

I stayed there for three days upon entering Canada. My COVID test result was sent to me within 24 hours. The hotel charged me for three days upfront and refused to refund anything if I leave early, so I stayed for three days without the need for it. Staff at the reception were very nice and helpful, and the hotel was nice and clean. Some meals were OK, and some were bad. In general, meals were below standards. I asked for water with my meal, and I was told that I have to choose between water and soft drink; not both. That's what I get for paying so much extra money!

My room was full of bugs, when I raised complaint they said there is nothing. When I showed red patches on my arms and legs all over then they agreed to change room. I shifted to new room at my own with all my luggage, new room AC was not working. Again I have to shift back to previous room full of bugs. The front office charged my credit card twice for 3 day stay of GAA. After repeated attempts to reach hotel authorities for refund they do not try to look into the matter. I approached my credit card bank they clearly told me there are two different authorization codes for two transactions. But hotel authorities are not ready to listen or help for refund.

I have to laugh at all the high-maintenance, spoiled Canadians complaining about this hotel. If you have ever lived in Eastern Europe or a second or third world country, this place is pure luxury. Be grateful for what you have - all the amenities are here: AC, hot water, towels, comfy clean beds, great meals and a kind staff hustling to meet everyone's needs. At least you're let past border control, that is a privilege in itself. Not everyone can travel into Canada right now. I did my first night of quarantine here at the Montreal airport location before getting my negative test results from Biron.ca. Everything was fine, no hassle. I paid ~$1100 for three nights. Yes, there is no refund. People are saying competing brand Marriott is offering one night refund but their cost was ~$1470, so it evens out the same. This hotel was not busy at all, not loud, peaceful, quiet, clean and a front desk eager to meet your needs. Kudos.

To be fair, staff were always very friendly and assistive.
That being said, I DO NOT recommend this hotel especially for the mandatory 3 night quarantine stay.

Me and my father came here for the 3 day quarantine, when we got to out room there was no AC, dirty bathrooms with hairs all over the sink and bathtub, black marks on my bed, they only have one specific kosher meal for breakfast lunch and dinner, they charge THREE DOLLARS FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER. My view was a parking lot. If you’re looking for a hotel from the airport don’t choose this one.

Je mets 3 étoiles car l’hôtel en soi n’a rien de désagréable et les employés sont excellents. En revanche, je fais partie des personnes devant faire 3 jours à l’hôtel obligatoire, je suis tombé dans une chambre sans climatisation avec un thermostat déréglé. En effet, il indiquait à son pic 28,4 degrés Celsius. J’ai passé mes nuits à transpirer. Le problème était généralisé donc pas trop le choix. Mais le refus de me rembourser mes frais de taxis alors que c’était convenu comme ça, le refus meme de faire un geste commercial alors que certains d’entre nous avons passé notre quarantaine dans des chambres à 28 degrés ou même l’inverse a 16 degrés, pour un 4 étoiles cela manque cruellement de classe. Bon courage aux employés qui font de leur mieux.

I would like to acknowledge the hotel's exceptional customer service. I had the pleasure of being served by Rukhsana at the reception, she is focused on our satisfaction and exceeds expectations. The security guard is friendly and helpful. The rooms are more than adequate and the food is pleasant. I have a view on the Saint Joseph's Oratory and woke up to a magnificent sunrise. An organisation is as good as its employees and they have rare gems.
*Bonus points for the Nutella donnuts and cold bottles of water*

Allez voir l'article de La Presse. Le propriétaire a permis le mariage de sa fille le 16 mars pendant la covid-19 et plus de 180 personnes y étaient. Il mérite une amende. Qu'on boycotte cet hôtel.

3 semaines sur place j'ai du demander a 3 reprises l'homme a tout faire. 1 x pour le chauffage a l'arrivée et 2 x par manque d'eau chaude qui n'a jamais été réglé.

Meeting rooms are starting to show their age. Not appealing in general terms but given the current state of affairs, with regards to COVID, motivation to provide a needed refresh won't be a priority.
