I got a piercing with Blue. Everything was very clean and friendly. I felt as at-home as possible, and they took great care to make sure my piercing was placed correctly and that I was comfortable. I've already referred friends to Blue, and I've only had my piercing for an hour:)

Un peu difficile à trouver comme emplacement mais vaut vraiment la peine! J'ai fais changer un bijou et Véronique a fait ça tellement délicatement que je n'ai rien senti c'est vraiment un bon endroit et les bijoux sont de bonnes qualité. J'y retournerai bientôt pour un perçage sans hésiter!

Un service à la clientèle extraordinaire, des perceurs/perceuses très professionnel qui savent nous mettre en confiance. Les prix sont bons, je recommande fortement!

Got pierced here and although they were very nice while I was there, they recommended me the wrong piece to wear while healing, and a year after it has not healed completely nor properly.

The only piercing in my life (from many) that has not healed properly I got here.

Do not recommend.

First piercing ever, was a little anxious but Sandrine (blue) was amazing, reassuring and it was awesome! As someone with autism, patience, explaining each step in a calm tone was really important/ really great and you can see that she cares about her work and customers:) She was super sweet! Will be coming back soon for sure!

La douceur, le professionnalisme et l'accueil de Véro et Sandrine n'a pas d'égal.
On se sent rapidement en confiance et avec raison puisque, les deux femmes maitrisent de façon presque chirurgicale le sujet.
La "vibe" est lumineuse, on a envie d'y revenir pour plusieurs projets!

On peut difficilement demander mieux au niveau du service à la clientèle, du niveau de confiance et de la sécurité/hygiène. On a vraiment soin d’un ancien piercing qui a compliqué et on m’en a installé un nouveau absolument magnifique et avec un service après-vente vraiment personnalisé. Chaudement recommandé, j’y retourne c’est sûr!

Vero and Sandrine were absolutely lovely, the studio was very clean and comfortable. The process was explained to me thoroughly and they checked in often. I am in LOVE with the result of the piercing and would absolutely recommend coming here for your next piercing!

Je me suis fait percer le tragus par la merveilleuse Sandrine qui a su offrir un service impéccable! Du début à la fin elle a répondu à mes questions tout en s’assurant de bien m’informer sur les étapes du perçage et des soins à faire par la suite. Durant le perçage, elle y allait une étape à la fois en prenant le soin de m’indiquer les sensations que j’allais ressentir. Ils ont une grande sélection de bijoux aussi, et s’il n’y a pas ce que vous voulez, ils peuvent commander pour vous! Bref, je recommande fortement ce studio, service A+ et tous les instruments utilisés étaient clean.

Je n'irai plus jamais ailleurs! C'est le meilleur service de perçage que j'ai reçu.

Best experience ever! Je suis venue voir Sandrine pour refaire un piercing qui s'était refermé des années auparavant.ben rien à voir avec la première fois. Super suivi après piercing, très à l'écoute et disponible pour nous. Le salon est aussi superbe et très très propre (vrai gage de qualité) tant que je serais à Montréal j'irais la voir pour mes piercings les yeux fermés

Got my lobes done by her, but I've had plenty piercing before and she was one of the best piercers I've come in contact with. I would highly recommend going to her/Cryptid in general. I got a tattoo and the whole experience was amazing. The staff working there are really nice and made sure to abide by the government regulations for COVID. The studion is super clean. My tattoo artist JP did an amazing job working with me on the tattoo to come up with the design and made sure the results are satisfactory. Really pleased with the service. 11/10 would recommend.

Best piercing experience (nipple). She took all the time to reassure me and gave me all the explanations (before/ after care), walked me through all the process, she’s nice and caring. It hurt way less than I expected. I recommend entirely

I had a great idea in my head for a tattoo, but didn’t know what exactly I wanted. Gabriella (Coco) was able to come up with a GREAT design for my Public Health related tattoo. I HIGHLY recommend her and the tattoo parlor is just great! Good music, good people and GREAT skills!

I went over to Cryptid Studio today for a nose piercing done by Éloïze who was assisted by her mentor Sandrine and I was very well received. The location was very clean, Covid- Safe and easy to find. Elles sont bilingues donc il n’y avait pas de complication à se comprendre. The service was professional and explained to me thoroughly which I appreciated very much. I felt comfortable and had no issues with the receipt and after-care instructions given to me by choice of email. Would definitely recommend!

Just had my ear pierced yesterday and I am glad I chose this Studio! The owner is very kind and professional. She made sure to explain everything in details before starting with my piercing! I totally recommend this place.
