Curyeux Optométristes - La clinique des yeux

I got a bad experience them, they give you a cheap glasses with hight price, they dont have a good service. Honestly I will not refer someone to them.

Unless you are ready to systematically wait between 30 minutes and 60 minutes for your appointment… pick another optometrist. Grumpy and helpless staff too. I was stupid enough to go there for 3 years… you don’t have to! I hope this helps someone to save hours of their live

Horrible clinic. Please don’t go there. They are there just to make money. Staff is super rude and don’t care about your health. Very unprofessional

Rudest customer service ever. All they want is your money and they treat you like their slave. AVOID!

Hands down one of the best optometrist I ever had today. She was fully committed to check my eyes in order to get my perfect vision for my brand new glass/prescription. Not only all of their employees are nice!

I went there few times, Amazing staff. I have no complains whatever. This gentleman by the name of Adnan, was super helpful to find me the best frame and he went out of his way to make sure i get the best lens at the best price. If you ever need best frames, ask for Adnan, he'll never let you down. Thank you very much Adnan for your wonderful service. You rock bro!

Dr Leon Eselson provided outstanding care, he's very patient, caring, professional and takes all the time needed to explain everything. I was very impressed by all the staff at the clinic. Will undoubtedly go back and refer friends and family to him and the clinic.

J’ai récemment visité CURYEUX Optométristes et je dois dire que j’ai été extrêmement satisfait de mon expérience. Leur service était impeccable et leur professionnalisme haut de gamme.
Due à mon Hypermétropie, il était important pour moi de trouver des professionnels de confiance pour m’aider avec mes lunettes. Ils ont prit le temps de m’expliquer les différents types de lentilles et de montures disponibles, en soulignant celles qui seraient les plus comfortables et efficaces pour corriger mon Hypermétropie. J’ai pu prendre une décision éclairée en toute confiance, grâce à leur expertise.

I booked an appointment over the phone, was attended to as soon as I presented myself at reception. I don't remember waiting long. Exam went fine. Optometrist was very patient with me, really worked at getting the perfect result for my new prescription. Salesperson I had, Elsa, was amazing! It was my first time there (St Laurent location) and I ended up buying 3 pairs of glasses. All are great! I will definitely be going back.

J’ai eu un excellent service aujourd’hui à la clinique Curyeux. Dr Léon Egelson a pris le temps de bien m’expliquer les résultats de mon examen de vue, ainsi que pour me conseiller des lunettes de lecture. Par la suite, Adnan m’a aidé à trouver ma première paire de lunettes à vie. Il a pris le temps de m’expliquer les différents types de lunettes et à m’aider à choisir une paire de lunettes que j’aimais. Le personnel a été courtois, attentif et très gentil.

Excellent service de la part de lassistante! Les conseillers m’ont beaucoup aider aussi! J’ai même acheter 3 paires de lunettes

I did my eyesight tests at this place several times (Saint-Laurent). My experience with them has been nice. The staff is kind and professional. They explained clearly what I needed to understand and answered my questions well. They were patient with my indecisiveness when choosing a pair of glasses and provided useful advice.

Buying a pair of glasses is more than just the price, Fadi gave me an amazing service when I had issues with glasses I had not bought at the store … highly recommend and will purchase at their store for the future.

Très bonne experience pour ma part, je suis allé pour faire ajuster et régler les verres progressifs de mes lunettes. Le temps d'attente était raisonnable et le docteur était plus que sympathique.

UN GROS MAIS TRÈS GROS 0.11 janvier jarrive. 0 conseil sur les lunettes de sécurité, l'employé qui me sert à les jambes allongé et les bras croisé, il attend que je termine mon choix. Un autre prend mes mesures, et 1 MOIS APRES j'y suis retourné mais je ne voyais rien. Je leur ai demander de refaire la prescription. 3 semaines après j'ai rappelé et on m'a fait comme réponse: une clip de 2.25 va régler votre problème et il n'avais jamais retourné la lunette. 11 Avril, j'y retourne pour me faire dire, non on ne les a pas reçus encore alors que oui, c'était arriver. L'employer n'a pas voulu me servire alors c'est une dame qui l'a fait. C'est tel que tel car ma vision n'est pas à 100% encore.

I've been to Curyeux for a total of 4 vision exams over the course of many years, and every single time I have waited over 40 minutes to get in.

The optometrist and support staff were amazing, kind and professional. They answered all my questions and inquiries, and were patient when I trying to understand the various options available to me. I've even dropped in unannounced for an unexpected repair and their optician gladly took the time to readjust and fix my pair.

The administrative staff, however, are completely awful. I've nearly had to shout at them just to get my OWN PRESCRIPTION on paper just to have it in my files for insurance purposes. I assume they also manage the appointment and schedules, and I fully place the blame on them for the delays when in the exams.

And the salespeople.jesus the salespeople. Pushy, arrogant, full of themselves. I've bought a single pair here, and never again.

If you don't mind waiting ungodly amounts of time to get an exam, this place is great. Installations are clean and their tech is modern. Otherwise there are plenty of better choices in the area.
