Location d'un vélo de montagne, j'ai été super bien accueilli et guidé pour trouver des sentiers cool (et les sentiers dans le coin sont exceptionnels), je recommande!

Four of us wanted to rent e-bikes while on a visit to Mont Tremblant. We went to Cybercycle and they were extremely accommodating, the day we had chosen to ride was a Wednesday, a day they are normally closed. They went out of their way to make sure we could get bikes. Prices were very reasonable and the bikes were excellent, overall great experience.

My wife at Ironman Mont Tremblant west jet damaged bike once again, Phil stopped what he was doing and fixed bike while we had a smoothie! Great service and price! If you need help! Place to go. Won her age group! Going to Kona! Thanks

We rented 5 electric bikes and we were really happy with the whole experience. The staff and especially the owner/manager went above and beyond to help us out with the bikes. Their prices were also better than elsewhere for the same bikes. Will defintely rent again from them.

These two guys are the best. Came in and they fixed my bike in minutes with a smile and I was on my way. Love this place.

Prior to Ironman Mont Tremblant my wife's Liv Avow Advance Pro had a loss of rear brakes when we attempted a bike check at Duplessis. Not good!

We found Cybercycle online and made our way to the shop late in the day. They were able to replace the cable, provide a detailed reason of why it broke and had it back to us the next morning. The price was fair and the service was excellent!

Kudos to this shop! We will return should we need help again in the future!

Came in to have my bike put together after flying across the country for the Ironman race, the staff took care of it right away and even cleaned it for me! So friendly and helpful - felt like home!

Cyber Cycle did an amazing job when I was in a big jam at the Mont-Tremblant Ironman race. The day before the race, I found out my bike was broken and the IM bike mechanic tent called it a “catastrophe” and couldn’t fix it. I called CyberCycle and they said they’d work a miracle for me - and they sure did.

Their team immediately checked in my bike and began troubleshooting. Not 30 minutes went by and I got a call my Di2 rear derailleur needed replacing and voilà, 2 hours later my bike was fully functioning. Pretty sure they cleaned it for me too.

I asked if they would take my bike apart and put in my bike box for the trip home after the race and they did that free of charge as well.

My bike was making a funny click and I brought it into cyber cycles and needs pros got it up on a stand and took care of us and my bike! They are tops!

I was in town for Ironman Mont Tremblant and needed a brakes adjust. CyberCycle got me in quick and I was able to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the coffee bar while I waited. Thank You CycberCycle

Nous y avons été en urgence suite à la casse de la fourche du vélo de route de mon mari. Équipe a l’écoute, qui ont trouvé une solution temporaire pour pouvoir ramener le vélo à Montréal. Professionnel, compétent, gentil. Super concept de café pour les adeptes de vélo.

Le service est impeccable, le staff est courtois! Le bike shop a tout ce qu’il faut pour le cycliste aguerrit. J’ai adoré mon expérience et je recommande à tous ceux qui passent par Tremblant!

Excellent service, we walked in after a short bike ride with a problem on both bikes and they fixed them both while we waited, very quick. The bike service is on display so you can see the repair as they are doing, this demonstrates quality honest repair shop.

They went out of their way to help me find a bracket for my light! Very friendly and helpful!

I needed a small derailleur adjustment in the middle of Tremblant loop. They took my bike in immediately and corrected it in a matter of minutes. Couldn’t ask for better
