Équipe de champion, excellent service de tout le monde et surtout une attention particulière à Anthony! Après avoir acheté un Specialized Rockhopper il y a quelques semaines, il m'a été possible de revoir cet achat et finalement y aller avec un vélo de gravelle. Vraiment rien de négatif à dire, que du bon et surtout superbe vélo Specialized Diverge Carbon pour remplacer le tout. Un gros débutant qui avait besoin de bons conseils, patience et surtout de temps pour comprendre ce qu'il voulait. Je ne connais pas beaucoup de magasin aujourd'hui qui son rendu là. Chapeau.

Super service d'entretien, ils n'ont pas peur de t'expliquer ce qu'ils font sur ton Vélo et ils savent vraiment ce qu'ils font. Merci super Mario pour ton expertise.

Great shop, workers were very helpful. I didnt know anything about bikes. But i left with a new one that fitted my needs and absolutely love it.

Kudos to the excellent customer service provided by the staff who answered all my questions and guided me towards my purchase. I would highlight Anthony who was laid back and super helpful to a bike newbie like myself. I recommend anyone interested in taking up cycling as a hobby to go visit this store!

The service level and expertise at Néron is next level. They took care of our bike issue right away, determined within mins our problem, fixed it on the spot and we were out of there within 20 mins. I’ve been to many bike stores and Néron is the best by far.
