Good prices, friendly service. I dropped by to have a tire repair on a Thursday afternoon, I walked away with my repaired wheel within 7 minutes!

So I screwed up on my Saris home trainer. 8 gears instead of 9. Talked to Pierre-Paul and he fixed me up ASAP.and no charge! I've been going here for years. Services is great as well as the choice of bikes. I also dealt with Francois at the their other bike shop in Vaudreuil. Lots of great info and service from him also. Highly recommended bike shop!

Very good service from Nicolas Marchildon. Everything seemed to be properly done for the new purchases of our two new bikes. Fitted for the bike, accessories requested will be added to the bike. All in all, excellent good service. Bike mechanics friendly as well. Can’t wait to pick up the bikes in a few days & start using them.

Thanks for wasting my time showed up at 5pm on thursday and the store was closed supposed to close at 6pm will take my business somewhere else no respect for customers sorry it was friday at 5pm that you where closed

Above and beyond service and advice. I was on a 100km ride around the island today and 25 km in, one of my gear cables broke. When i got to Cycle Paul at 5pm their mechanic was leaving for the day but he stuck around to change my cable. The service clerk even advised me on the maintenance schedule of my cables. Thank you!

I come to this shop twice a year to get my brakes fixed because they keep dying only a couple of days after the repair. The new rear wheel I bought lasted barely a month before breaking compared to the stock one I used to have.

I came in to buy my first bike in 10 years. Phil was great for helping me pick out the right one for my needs while also taking every opportunity to educate me about my purchase.
