Petit magasin de vélo de quartier. C’était pas mon premier choix mais il est prés de chez moi et a des critiques très élogieuses ce qui est étonnant avec ma propre expérience.
Si vous êtes pas trop exigeant sur la réparation ça fera l'affaire. Des petites erreurs entre le devis et la réalisation avec d'autres pièces. Une facture un peu salée (+300$) qui correspondait assez au montant du devis initial (dans mon cas oral par téléphone, aucun e-mail) mais avec d'autres composants dont un qui ne correspondait pas a ma demande!
Vous pouvez refuser de faire la réparation et vous payez 25$ de frais de devis.
Réparation avec 1 jour de retard. La chaîne a été mal monté sur mon vélo allongé (recumbent) mais ils ont corrigé cela après 2 retours. Personnel gentil et courtois.

After receiving bad service at a different bike shop, I decided to give Cycle Roberts a try. To my pleasant surprise, their staff provided thorough explanations of the issues with my bike, along with possible solutions and recommendations. Not only were they capable of repairing my discontinued fat bike, but they also had all the necessary parts in stock to fix it promptly and at an affordable price. As a result, I now have a fully functional bike that is safe to ride. A special thanks to Scott for his assistance and honesty!

He helped me choose out a helmet that was right for me. He even taught me how it’s supposed to fit into my head. Very nice guy!

I used to think my bike was great.
Until I met Robert. Went to his shop for an annoying creaking noise my bike was making. After taking a glance at my bike, Robert found several issues with my bike. Among others, one of the obvious ones was the rear tire was assembled in the wrong direction! Yes it makes a difference! I didn't care I just wanted the annoying noise gone. What I was not expecting was how the bike felt AFTER he finished with it. It felt completely new! I fell in love with it again! It felt so smooth! Robert suggested I should have taken my bike for a tune up when I purchased it all those years ago. I got it from Canadian tire and they did a poor job assembling it. According to Robert, Walmart, Canadian tire bikes are all sh*t. The bikes are of poor quality, which is fair since a you cant expect much of a $100 bike, but they don't have a good tech dealing with these bikes, which is unforgivable.
I also bought new grips for my bike and they did an awesome job installing it. For one, I got the wrong type, and second, he went above and beyond to mod it so that it adjusts properly to my bike handles. It was a pro job where I couldn't tell where the mod began! Amazing! Robert has been in the business for 40 years and his craftsmanship shows. Bear in mind, this is a service shop first, sales later. So their prices might seem a bit on the higher side but to me it is totally worth it. I would rather pay them ONCE, than having it break down in the middle of my trip.
They sell very good quality bikes, and they have recommendations based on your biking style. Robert has experience on Bio Mechanics, so he definitely knows!

Toute une expérience! Personnel super courtois et efficace! Première visite, j’ai fait un bike fit! Je le recommande fortement!
Deuxième visite, après un petit bris mécanique, ils ont été capable de me commander la pièce super rapidement!

Wonderful bike shop/ merveilleux magasin de vélo. Extremely helpful/ service excellent. I found my new favorited bike shop / j’est trouvé mon nouveau magasin de vélo préfère.

Very helpful and patient. Most of all they are HONEST. They could have took me for a ride and instead chose to kindly educate me on the issue at hand. Officially the only bike shop I will trust/recommend willingly.
