Toujours un excellent service. Parfois Julien est râleur mais ça fait partie du charme du magasin

Avant d'aller voir Cycles Fleury, on m'a dit ailleurs (je ne vais nommer le commerce) qu'on osait pas toucher à mon nouveau vélo usagé de peur de le briser parce que mon siège est jammé dans la rouille et "sûrement" le guidons selon ces incompétents (pas ici, à Laval). Mais ça reste un bon vélo qui a du potentiel.
Mais à CYCLES FLEURY on a pas peur de se salir les mains (ça paraît d'ailleurs, les employés ne sont pas juste derrière le comptoir!). Enfin!
J'ai hâte de revoir mon vélo avec le travail accompli!

J’avais un problème de pédale sur mon vélo électrique que j’avais mal mis et il on rien voulue faire pour corriger le problème sous prétexte qu’il était en rupture de stock et que le vélo venais de chez bestbuy alors que je voulais juste faire arranger mes pédales pas les remplacer!

Vraiment pas professionnel et j’ai jamais vue un magasin qui veut même pas juste corriger le problème pour une réson qui n’a juste pas de sens

I needed my very old bike to be repaired and instead of telling me that it’s not worth the effort, they said « Yyup, will do!  ». And the potential cost would be 250ish dollars. I was told that it’d take up to 6-7 days and 10 days later I was told again that I could pick up my bike at 5 pm. Obviously it wasn’t repaired so I waited on a bench around the shop. 50 minutes later they handed me my bike in the most dismissive manner imaginable, as if they wanted me out ASAP. What I needed was the back break to be fixed, and two mudguards added above the tyre. What ended up happening is they « fixed » the break, changed the back tyre with a valve that’s not a standard one like the front tyre (therefore I’ll need a different pump for each tyre, genius). The back break (which is arguably the most important thing for safety on a bike) doesn’t work. It slows down the bike but I have to use the front break if I want to stop. When I told them that, they gave me a SANDPAPER to use on the sides of the new tyre to make it rough and hope that it’ll work. Their explanation was the bike is a very old model, therefore it can’t be fixed. And if they wanted to sandpaper it themselves, it would take a day of work. They didn’t add mudguards that was on their to-do-list and they charged me 350 dollars. I looked at the owner in the eye saying « well that’s the price for a new bike » and he answered « yeah that’s what I tell all the customers when it’s not worth repairing their new bike but they won’t listen ».
Here’s the problem: had I known that the bike was broken beyond repair, I would’ve bought a new bike. I didn’t give one star because they were generally kind and respectful until the last day when I was being gently kicked out after being charged 100 dollars more than promised with my half-functioning bike without mudguards.
If this comment helps even one biker to decide not to choose this establishment, that’s a win for me.

These guys are fast and efficient and most importantly honest. My daughters bike looked rough and the chain had popped off so I thought it was toast. They didn’t, and in minutes it was oiled up and ready to roll. The crew have a great sense of humour too and I was almost sold a rubber chicken instead of a bike bell as I left. Support local.

Le commerce avec le meilleur service à la clientèle que je connaisse. Ils sont efficaces, polis et n’essaye de te vendre n’importe quoi.

Super bike shop, service toujours au top. J'ai plusieurs réparateurs de vélo plus près de chez moi, mais je préfère aller chez Cycles Fleury pour les conseils de Julien!

Service très ordinaire et non chaleureux. Je suis allé les voir pour une crevaison et une personne est venue m'expliquer la raison de mes crevaisons répétées. En fait, c'est la roue qui faisait défaut, l'espace où la trippe devait se loger était trop profond. Le seul hic est que ce sont eux qui l'ont changé en novembre dernier (110$ environ). Bref, j'ai quand même eu à payer ma réparation et on m'a expliqué bêtement que ça aurait été le même résultat peut-importe où j'aurais fait réparer mon vélo. En conclusion, je vous encourage à encourager d'autres lieux.

I've given them one star although I'm not done yet with them. On Wednesday, June 21, I took my daughter's bike that we bought it from Walmart to be assembled as I couldn't finish assembling it myself. The seemingly boss there.whose way of talking did not seem friendly and warm, said he would have to add up few things for the bike to be functional. He said he would charge us 80$, tax not included, aside from other expenses such as pieces added, etc. Honestly, I was not keen on keeping the bike, but I did leave it as I wanted my daughter to start using it a.s. A.p. We agreed to get the bike ready on Friday, June 23, so we called him yesterday around noon, and, again, in the same cold unfriendly manner, he said he would call us once it's ready. But he didn't. And today, Saturday, June 24, the store is closed and we have to wait till next Wednesday, without any further notice or warning. I deem this behaviour is not professional ar all.

Très mal servi j'ai été porter mon bicycle mercredi je devais l'avoir au plus tard samedi et samedi quand j'y suis allé il ne le trouvait pas et n'était pas réparé il m'ont répondu qu'il avait oublié et qu'il ne serait pas prêt avant mercredi probablement. Je ne recommande pas ce lieu

J'appelle au magasin pour une information sur la mise au point des vélos. Par courtoisie, j'introduis l'appel en disant: « bonjour, vous allez bien?  » On me répond immédiatement:  « il y a beaucoup de personnes en magasin, est-ce qu'on peut faire vite svp?  ». À vous de juger!

Mon spot pour réparation et entretien de mon vélo! Excellents services et conseils de la part de toute l'équipe depuis des années!

C'est assez rare de trouver des techniciens de vélo autant compétents! Plus besoin d'ajuster et patenter mes vélos moi-même, je leurs amène deux fois par année et ils roulent comme neufs, même ceux de 30 ans!
