I bought my first bicycle here about 35 years ago. It is still the best bicycle I’ve ever owned in my entire life.

I love this shop. A great and helpful team! They are super passionate about cycling.

**Quick update: Gianella just moved to a new and super convenient location, right off a cycling path. On top of that they have a lot of new and exciting plans! Cycling in the west island just got better for me!

Service was fine not the perfect in town. We had to wait for a week for changing tires and tuning. And one tire got busted after one use

It's been years since I have been dealing with them. Jared, the owner, and his team are very knowledgeable, friendly, honest. It was always a pleasure dealing with them.

My derailleur cable had snapped…I brought the bike in around noon and picked the repaired bike up later that afternoon. Nice job.

Good service, got my tire fixed for a very reasonable price, staff was helpful and took the time to explain the options available and let me take the best decision that’s inline with my expectations.

I had purchased a bike from Costco and on the first few rides, I noticed my pedals slipping, and my gears changing to be a little clunky. I had come to the shop last week and spoke to the rep at the front desk about my problem. They performed a gear adjustment as well as a freewheel change and had given me an estimate of the total cost being around 50$.

Initially, they told me that they'd do the gear adjustment and only if it was necessary, they'd swap out the old freewheel for a new one. They called me back after a couple of days to tell me my bike was ready to be picked up. Their assessment of the problem was clear, and they conveyed the information to me in a way a novice such as myself could understand!

I came back home and rode my bike, and I noticed a better and smoother ride right away! Kudos to these guys, they did an awesome job and I would totally recommend anyone experiencing bicycle related problems to give them a shot!

I know my friend had told me she'd been experiencing issues similar to the ones I had with my bike, so I'm definitely sending her to Gianella Cycles!
