Got my winter bike serviced here and the guy had a lot of expertise on winter cycling, took a long time explaining to me what was important to replace on my bike etc, whilst still remaining on a low budget. I think they could tell I was a bit strapped for cash so they ended up fixing my bike much cheaper than expected. I was really greatful.
Just had the year's first winter cycle and the winter tyres made a big difference, even though they were the cheaper kind. Thanks to the guys who fixed up my bike on a budget!

Service impeccable et très bons conseils. Légèrement plus cher que certains de leurs compétiteurs mais cela en vaut la peine. Je leur a confié mon vélo pour un entretien et il est revenu en parfaite condition. J’ai apprécié que l’on m’ait expliqué en détail les réparations effectuées.

Excellent service. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Mechanics were very fast. Lots of great bikes in stock. One of the best bike shops I’ve ever been to. Would recommend to anyone in Montreal.

Soyez méfiants si vous n'êtes pas connaisseurs. Ils gonflent les factures, surtout pour ceux qui essayent d'avoir des conseils. Une pauvre demoiselle devant moi s'est fait vendre un pneu neuf (malgré le fait que le sien est amplement correct) ainsi que mise dans le doute pour d'autres aspects de son vélo (chaîne, plaque de freins). Ils sont aussi très cherrant pour la maintenance, minimum 50$ pour une petite intervention sur le vélo + prix de la pièce. Trouvez une plus petite Shop plus honnête.

Conseillers compétents, atmosphère cool. Pas de pression des vendeurs. Hautement recommandé.

Accueil chaleureux et amical dans un local plus vaste et lumineux. Tous les mécanos sont compétent et le travail est fait dans les délais. Explications des ajustements ou réparations et toujours disponible pour donner un coup de main pour mettre le vélo sur le rack ou dans la voiture. En prime salon et café en préparation pour le printemps!

Excellent service de la prise de commande jusqu'à la livraison. Communications toujours rapides et courtoises. J'ai vraiment senti qu'ils avaient à cœur la satisfaction de leurs clients.

Ils sont efficaces pour la réparation et pas très cher (15$ la main d'oeuvre). Attention la réparation c'est sur rendez-vous et c'est surbooké: 2 mois d'attente au moment où j'ecris ce commentaire. Vous pouvez venir le samedi matin avant l'ouverture et ils vous prenne sans rendez-vous en ouvrant! Ça c'est génial merci à eux.

Great staff, very helpful! Had an issue with a bike I bought during winter and they fixed it, no questions asked, tuned up the bike completely while I was there all free of charge too!

Get this, I chose this place because they had the bike in stock. When placing the order I asked if it could be ready in 1 week, the salesperson (Etienne) said they would do their best. 10 days later I called to see the status of my in stock bike (spoke to someone else), they said it’s normal, the delays are a minimum of 3 weeks to one month as all customers are advised at purchase. In summary he explains that there is a pandemic that has been going on for 2 years (news flash), no one is Canada can give a better service, no full refund and he doesn’t believe I wasn’t told.

I bought my bike there got great service and for the first year after your purchase they'll fix you anything for free and even after that you can come in whenever you want to blow up your tires etc.

The bike fit by Gerard was equally accurate, professional and detailed to provide perfect comfort.
The expertise of the staff in the repair department is rivalled only by their cheerful attitude!
And, everyone perfectly bilingual too! So impressive!

Fantastic bike shop! Staff is highly knowledgeable and courteous. They don't push their products on you, rather, they want to find the right product for you. I recommend this store for any cycling needs, big or small.

I usually do my own repairs but their service is incomparable when it comes to buying parts and their prices are always competitive. I once had to bring my winter bike in for a stuck bottom bracket; it took an incredible amount of force to take it out and they charged a very standard price for the job it turned out to be.

I should have to come to them much sooner; I used to keep going my usual places as this one seemed to be geared mostly toward the advanced cyclists (high-end bikes I could not afford) but they are an excellent place for service no matter how (in) expensive your bike is.

Very rude reception basically bullying me out of the shop and accusing me of cutting the line when there was no one in line.
I complied, went outside and told the rude that same person that the reception was not very friendly.
My comment was ignored.
I will never go back.

Went here to fix a tire. The repairman was incredibly helpful, fixing my tire within 10 minutes and gave tips and tricks on how to prevent puncturing tubes when installing them. Would I recommend this place? Hell yes, they're fast, kind and professional.

Customer service is truly impeccable. By far the best I have had in any shop, let alone in a bike shop. Get all your bike stuff here you won't be disappointed!

Honestly the best performance bike shop in Montréal. I want to give a special shout out to Gerard. His bike fitting service is possibly the single best bike shopping experience I have ever had. Buy a new bike, work with Gerard, and reap the benefits of this amazing space in Outremont.

Went in for a test ride last summer and ended up buying a bike. The service department did such a great job setting it up, even for the test ride. It rode like a dream and still does! I will definitely be returning next time my bike needs a tune-up. Thank you Cycles Régis!

From the first tricycle to my recent Trek Checkpoint bike for over 20+ bicycles, I have been using many bicycle stores, but this is the best one.

The staffs and owner of the store are knowledgeable, yet they are ready to listen to your voice and try their effort in finding the best fit in term of budget, purpose, and bicycle spec.

When I visited Cycle Regis, I was welcomed in a friendly manner. However, unlike to my usual visit to other stores, I didn't have enough information about the bicycle that I want to buy. Then, I started a conversation with a staff in the store, and I was able to receive enough advice for my bicycle choice. I got back home and did a bit of research on my side. I realized the suggestions made on my first visit were well thought out one. When I visited the store later again, I was confident I just need to settle down on one of their suggestions. I finally selected in buying the Trek Checkpoint bicycle.

I am more happy than ever before. Not just because I purchased the bicycle that fits for the best of my use, but also I really enjoyed the experience that I had in this store. I would highly recommend in visiting this store, and you couldn't regret it.
