Dairy Queen (Treat)

Staff are always really friendly but I find this location is often out of seasonal flavors for the Blizzards.

Google indique que le magasin ouvre à 10: 30am, finalement au téléphone on apprend que c’est 11: 00. On était 3 personnes à attendre jusqu’à 11: 15 am, personne ne s’est jamais pointé pour nous ouvrir. J’ai dû aller chercher un gâteau ailleurs…

Tres mauvais service! Une madame a qui ca ne lui tente pas de travailler! En plus, erreur dans le prix du gateau.elle affiche moins cher dans le frigidaire et quand tu arrives a la caisse.surprise! Elle n'a jamais voulu modifier le prix et ce meme si la loi l'oblige! Je n'y retournerai surement pas!

Restaurant vraiment pas propre. Leur comptoir de travail était très sale. Service long très mal organisé. Blizzard a moitié rempli et coupe au score qui coule partout. Présentation un gros zéro.
Plus jamais.

Durant la fête du travail tout était fermé. Ma mère de 85 ans désirait de la crème glacée en ces journées plus que chaudes. DQ a été en mesure de nous en vendre.

I just bought a cake today (July 20 saint charles vaudreuil dorion) at 2pm. It's my twins bday.anyway this old woman was serving me, was so rude had a bad attitude to me, she even said a bad words in French but I understand her.we Had an argument and asked if I can speak to the manager and she says! " I'm a manager ", can you imagine she doesn't know how to handle the customer, she treated me very bad I'm very disappointed.

J'y vais quelques fois par an depuis une décennie et ils ont toujours porté une grande attention à mes allergies aux noix et aux arachides. Merci de bien détailler les risques d'allergènes et de nettoyer les machines!

Always very busy, what I've cream places aren't in the summer, and most of the time served with a smile.

Service épouvantable et expérience excécrable. Ma visite a eu lieu vers 20: 45 et très peu de gens étaient présents sur place. Les deux jeunes filles semblaient être sur le party, casque avec des oreilles de lapins, musique anormalement forte pour un Dairy Queen. La commande effectuée dans un délai très rapide, mais si vous aviez vu le sundae au chocolat et pacanes c'était très clair qu'aucune attention particulière n'avait été appliquée lors de la préparation. Le chocolat juste sur un côté, même chose pour les pacanes, en très petite quantité et de plus le chocolat coulait sur le côté. Les jeunes filles chantaient, criaient et le comble c'est produit lorsque les 3 clients attablés ont quittés l'établissement. À ce moment-là le party a débuté. La musique à soudainement montée au point que je me croyais dans une discothèque. Un comportement inacceptable. J'y étais pour un moment de détente en savourant une friandise glacée et l'expérience était tout simplement médiocre. Ils ne sont jamais aperçue que j'étais toujours assis à l'intérieur, lorsqu'ils m'ont vu sortir, ils ont tout simplement éclatées de rire. Clairement un manque de supervision dans cet établissement.

I came to this place the worker was all alone but even if we were in maybe his 100 customer he still had big smile on his face and even said hi how's it going

This DQ closes at 9: 30 PM, I had arrived at 9PM and there was a line up till the door.
Just by waiting in line, you can tell that there’s no proper management systems, smells horrible, the counters were extremely dirty.

To top it all off they said there was no more ice cream so that they can leave and not serve the remaining clients.

I will not be returning to this Dairy Queen.

I love diary queen, but it’s extremely dirty! The floors and tables are filthy. Behind the counters they are full of crumbs and melted ice cream. There is even money laying around on the counters and the staff is clearly not taking their jobs seriously. It’s super disappointing.

Très mauvais service ils nous ont pas fait se que nous avons demander et très cheap sur la garniture. Je ne vais pas conseiller à personne. Employer pas de filet avec long cheveux lousse.

Came for a blizzard tonight (nov 2nd 2022) at 8: 48pm. Was met with a hostile employee who evidently wanted us out of the shop so they could close up early. Even to the extent that faces were made as we walked in. We didn’t delay or take up too much of the employees time as we too have worked in a similar environments but we were met with rude remarks. We ordered two blizzards both were not even blended (employee placed cup in mixer for maybe 2 seconds). As we walked out the door the employee locked the door immediately behind us (it was 8: 51pm and the store closes at 9). The employee also had a friend inside with them who remained inside as they locked us out. Overall a very uncomfortable situation, made us feel like we were disrupting their time even though the store was still open. Won’t be going out of my way to support this location. Such an unfriendly environment.

My go-to ice cream place for long time, however, whoever runs the place don't seem to know what they're doing. From an outsider perspective at least. The store is not clean most of the tines I've been. The bathrooms are repulsing. Staff does try their best. They are young and doing the most they can to serve customers as fast as possible but that is difficult when they're ONLY TWO people. Hire more or pay them better.
