Dairy Queen

Made a reservation for a birthday cake, and it was never made. Seriously avoid going or giving your buisness here!

Great location! We came in earlier today and I was served by the nicest employee, it was our first time at Dairy Queen so he took the time to take us through the menu. Delicious, will come again!

Staff very polite and kind and courteous not to mention the owner always in a good mood! It’s a Pleasure to go there.portions are big and the ice cream is soooo good. I live closer to the Dairy Queen on lacordaire and couture, the staff there was rude, couldn’t crack a smile. I once complained about a staff dropping cones on the dirty floor and she put them back. I haven’t been there in 3 yrs hopefully they’ve improved but I’m certainly not going to test it.

Excellent service. Ordered an ice cream birthday cake and it was ready the same day. I highly recommend the vanila/chocolate cake. Too bad they don’t sell single portions of that cake cause I would be there everyday

My daughter & I visited, 4: 30- 5pm, June 27th. The female server was exceptional with her kindness and smile!
I didn't get her name, sadly.
She made sure that what we purchased was packed well. 2 parfaits and 1 blizzard.

J'ai demandé et payé pour un cornet enrobé et avec bonbon, elle me dit après qu'elle n'est pas capable de faire ça et me sert un sundae, grosse déception surtout quand tu veux un cornet et que tu paies pour. D'habitude les autres DQ sont capables

Je sais pas comment ils lisent leur commande sur Uber eats jai payer deux estra et il y a rien et c est pas la première fois avec eux

This is the best DairyQueen. Fast and friendly service, fresh ingredients, very fast to order. I drive to PIE-IX location because it's the best and we are in Laval. There's one employee with blonde hair, she wears a cap.she makes the best birthday cakes! Can wait to go back for a nice blizzard with my family!

Ordered an ice cream cake from Dairy queen for my son's 3rd birthday. Ourselves and all of the guests were very satisfied with the cake. My son was so happy that DQ was able to personalize his cake with his favorite superhero. Thank you DQ for making my son's birthday just that much sweeter!

Always such a pleasant experience when going to have ice cream at Dairy Queen pie ix. The staff is very friendly, very clean environment and great treats! One of my favourites being the pineapple mango smoothie!

Sérieux ils font trop d’erreur sur uber est! C chiant de devoir chaques fois payer 1.50 pour un extra pâte à biscuit et de ne pas l’avoir! Ca vient de m’arriver à nouveau

I ordered a cone dipped in chocolate with sprinkles. An order I've done in many many other Dairy Queen locations. Yet this location refused to make it stating that it couldn't be done, that it was impossible. Really dissatisfied.
