Dairy Queen (Treat)

We go to this specific location very often, to just get an ice cream or the cake. So far great service. No issues with hair in the ice cream or half melted cake, nor working girl's answering their phones wile serving us. All the girls we saw working there in the past 10 years are doing a great job!

Not great. We ordered a birthday cake ahead of time, and when it was picked up it initially had no writing on it. Not to mention the topping was really messy and slipping down the side of the cake. When the person working was asked about the appearance, we were rudely told they could take it back and refund us. Considering other reviews and photos this experience is especially disappointing, seems like they forgot about the order.

It used to be such amazing and clean place, I’m guessing there’s new franchisee, the place become so not clean, very smelly, slow services and very less portion than other DQ’s.

The food here was alright. There was a bit of a line but that is to be expected.

Blizzard brownie birthday cake was just - WoW! Staff was kind, quick (ready within 2days!), and decoration was soooo pretty! Thank you all so much!

Great little Dairy Queen in strip mall with lots of other restaurants and dining places. Has a huge freezer stocked with ice cream cakes and other delights to order. Service was good, but could improve their process to add people's names to each order as they keep yelling out items which were ready - but because it was super busy & no one knew who's stuff was coming out when because orders weren't bunch together and mixing delivery of orders together when set them on counter to pick up.

I've never had any major issues here. Long wait times can be a thing if there's a long line. FYI it's OCT 2022 and they are currently closed and under renovation until OCT 28th.
