Danny Kingsberry is truly exceptional! I recently purchased a house for my son and he was my agent. His agency was sending automatic emails to me about the houses on the market. I asked if my son could visit the property. Danny responded and showed the house to my son. From there on out, Danny was always available to provide me with the information that I needed, every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to him. The responsiveness was incredible! Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make a decision, but I also felt like I was in good hands. When I was not sure what to expect and what is good/bad, he was straightforward and provided his own perspective and guided me through the decision making process. He worked well with the listing agent. As I lived in a different city, he helped me find a mortgage broker, home inspector and notary!

I asked Danny for assistance renting my property in Gatineau after another agent failed renting it for 3 months. Unlike the other agent, Danny was able to get me TWO good applications within LESS THAN ONE month.

What I also found remarkable is that Danny gave me his PROFESSIONAL OPIONION on each of the applications and offered an IN-DEPTH BACKGROUND CHECK. Thus, I was able to avoid renting to someone with a criminal record and multiple tenant board complaints. Something that I wouldn't be able to find out on my own.

Also, very important is that Danny is VERY RESPONSIVE on the phone and the email and, in my experience, always either responds right away or gets back to you within 1 or 2 hours.

Again, that's very different from many other agents that respond in a day or two (if at all) both to you and to the ponential buyer/tenant.

Excellent service, Danny was very professional, he made the process very easy for us. He was very responsive and efficient in getting back to us and was able to answer all our questions.
