Do not go here. Horrible service, i brought my winter coat to get cleaned and asked him how they do it, he said throw it in the machine. But I said there is fur, are you sure. Then he asked me to sign something that voids then if they ruin the jacket. On top I asked how much, and he overcharged me because I have a brand name jacket (premium charge) for rudsak, kanuk or Canada goose. I told him you are craazy and walked out. Sorry but you can’t just charge more for the same regular cleaning because the item is designer and not even protect if you ruin the item.

Nettoyage manteau Canada Goose: j’ai amené mon manteau au nettoyeur en juillet 2022. Je n’avais pas enlevé la fourrure de la capuche car je ne savais pas qu’il fallait le faire et que la fille qui a réceptionné mon manteau ne m’en a rien dit. Je l’ai récupéré 2 semaines plus tard, sans me rendre compte que la fourrure n’était pas là. Je m’en suis rendue compte quand j’ai sorti le manteau pour l’hiver, en novembre 2022. Je suis allée les voir et ils n’ont pas accepté de visionner les caméras pour voir si la fourrure n’était pas restée chez eux, ce dont je suis 100% sure. Pour moi c’est un vol.

Daoust Nettoyeur is my go to local dry cleaner. They have always been super careful with my clothes and coats, have always advised on which treatment would be appropriate etc.
I really recommend this dry cleaner!

I went there to get a couple suits cleaned and I can say that they do NOT provide professional services. I brought a $2,000 suit. It came back all wrinkled and it shrunk. I would recommend for cheap pieces of clothes but definitely not for valuable items.

I will definitely go somewhere else going forward (got fooled by the reviews).

Horrible!

I took several items of clothing to the dry cleaners. One jumper made of wool was ruined. It was washed too hot and/or dried in the tumble dryer. The care instructions are printed on the label on the jumper. Nothing complicated, but obviously the staff were negligent. Unfortunately, when I went to the shop to receive the laundry and check everything, I was persuaded by a forcefull employee that everything was fine and that I didn't need to check anything. After nine e-mails and a phone call, I was then offered a credit for the next cleaning at their place, knowing that I live in Switzerland. Great.

J'ai porté plusieurs vêtements au pressing. Un pull en laine a été abîmé. Il a été lavé à une température trop élevée et/ou séché au sèche-linge. Les instructions d'entretien sont imprimées sur l'étiquette du pull. Rien de compliqué donc, mais les employés ont manifestement fait preuve de négligence. Lorsque j'ai réceptionné le linge au magasin et que j'ai voulu tout vérifier, je me suis malheureusement laissé convaincre par un employé énergique que tout était en ordre et que je ne devais rien vérifier. Après neuf e-mails et un appel téléphonique, on m'a ensuite proposé, sachant que je vis en Suisse, un crédit pour le prochain nettoyage. Génial.

I brought my coat in to have a button replaced (along with some other items). When I arrived home, I discovered that they did not replace the button on the coat.

I called them to explain the situation. I returned to bring the the coat and returned again to pick it up the next week. I was charged $4.49 for the missing button. This was notwithstanding my request to not be charged given the circumstances.

Avoid this place! Not only was the fur ruined on 3 fur jackets that they cleaned but one of the jackets was missing a piece when it was returned! After two days of being told "A manager will call you", still no call.
