Service client inexistant: PAS de réponse à mon Bonjour, PAS de Merci, même pas un regard et PAS de au revoir. Bref, 1ere et dernière fois. Pour ce qui est du nettoyage: correct. De plus, prix exorbitant, 57$ pour un costume et une veste en coton.

Ils facturent trop cher à la communauté. Ils demandent plus de 30 $ avec les taxes pour le nettoyage à sec d'un seul costume, alors que d'autres nettoyeurs à sec demandent moins de 18 $. Ils profitent du fait qu'ils n'ont que peu ou pas de concurrence. Économisez votre argent et allez ailleurs.

I ruined my winter jacket by washing ot. I contacted them and they were able to fix it and get it back to looking bran new. They are very fast and friendly.highly recommend them.

What a positive experience! I had my wedding dress dry cleaned and preserved here. My dress came out as white as the day I bought it. There were some stains i was worried wouldn’t come out, but was very pleased with the results. So pleased that I also brought my winter coat which badly needed a cleaning. That too came out looking fresh and new.

VERY UNRELIABLE! Please be careful while using their service. I had dropped off my overcoat for dry cleaning on Monday morning (& had confirmed with them at dropoff if they will be able to do it in time) I was given a receipt that said pickup Wednesday at 4pm & now Ive just walked out of the store EXTREMELY disappointed. I fly to New York tomorrow at 6am (Thursday) & now I am out of luck to even get it done somewhere else. The worst is that I had called the store twice during the day today to advise I will be running late for my pickup (got here at 530) & no one checked if the product was actually even ready! I drove 30 mins to take a dirty jacket back without anything done.what a waste of time!

Première fois avec eux et la dernière et se dans n’importe quel nettoyeur je suis traumatisé! Non respect des délais! Mal honnêteté! Il on massacrer mon manteaux d’hiver qui étais comme neuf! Ils m’on redonner mon manteaux emballer et très humide manteaux fripé, décolorés, plume collé c’est inacceptable! Le propriétaire ne ma jamais contacté, peut être le feras t’il avec la mise en demeure qui leur seras envoyer. (Photo a l’appuie)

Got my winter coat cleaned here. They weren't able to remove certain stains from it but was told they were able to (kinda disappointing). Also, my pockets were still dirty. Overall, it was ok. I just would've preferred a better attention to detail.
