Que ce soit pour; du vrac, des accessoires, thé individuel, boite cadeaux, ou même pour vous prendre un thé en passant vous serez combler

I will not comeback there ever your staff is so lazy and not welcoming. I don't remember the name of the front desk person but I will remember they way he welcomed us

I’ve been shopping at David’s tea for a while now and I’ve never been more disappointed than my recent experiences there. The store used to be full of customers back then and now it couldn’t be more dead. I lost my credit card and debit card recently and went to make a purchase with cash but they did not accept cash at this store anymore. FYI COVID is over and people can lose their cards and only have one last form of payment CASH. I honestly should have left my stuff there and regret not having done so. I won’t be shopping at this location anymore for not being able to accommodate the circumstances.

J'ai passé une commande en ligne le 18 avril. J'ai utilisé mon 50$ de ma carte cadeau. Lorsque j'ai appuyé sur commander, il y a eu un message d'erreur. J'ai voulu refaire ma commande, mon montant sur ma carte cadeau a été pris. J'ai appelé au service à la clientèle, la boite vocale est pleine. J'envoie des courriels au service à la clientèle, aucun retour. Je vais appeler à l'Office de la protection du consommateur.

Ils ont réglé mon problème de carte-cadeau rapidement suite à mon courriel. Merci beaucoup!:)
