J’ai reçu un excellent service de Maegan! J’allais au David’s Tea pour du matcha et Maegan a prit la peine de me présenter plusieurs saveurs afin de m’aider à faire mon choix

Je suis repartie avec du Matcha à L’érable et j’ai fait une belle découverte: la poudre de hojicha saveur chocarachide qui est également fait à base de feuilles de thé vert comme le Matcha.

Employées impolies, très arrogantes et avec une attitude condescendante. Grand manque de professionnalisme.

Fast friendly staff. Great service.
Great location and of course plenty of parking.

Extremely poor customer service. Woman who was working this afternoon showed condescending attitude to two questions I asked and added comments that were unnecessary and un-called for in front of other customers as well. She laughed both times in a way that was quite mocking. I’m surprised I even ended up buying tea. It was certainly not because of her. The younger woman was pleasant throughout however.

Pourquoi ne pas accepter le mode de paiement comptant en boutique? Employés arrogants et non respectueux lors d'une visite.
