On a mangé un repas pour notre groupe et c'était vraiment médiocre, sec et sans goût.

Lobby is warm and welcoming, been here about 7 times. One night here there was some sort of fight happening in the hall which kind of woke me up but otherwise it's a nice quiet sleep. The pool is nice. Prices are good for the level of service they provide. Would recommend.

We checked in really late and the hotel staff assured our reservation will not be cancelled. David made the whole process really smooth despite having issues with our CC. Also, he upgraded our room to a jacuzzi suite as I am a diamond member. David was so awesome and provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable. Hotel was a walk-in distance to main attractions in the area. I heard complaints about the neighbourhood begging sketchy but I think that’s anywhere in the country. Room was large and clean. No complaints. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Not clean rooms sheets not clean bathrooms not clean. Quebec is a very dirty motel rooms I stayed at 5 different places and there all dirty

Only thing this hotel has going is the comfortable bed. It stops there.

Room was dated and dirty, leather chairs ripped, so much dust along the walls. The refrigerator in the room barely keeps drinks cool.

The included breakfast was terrible, spend a few $ and enjoy breakfast anywhere else.

Electric vehicle L2 (7kW) charging available, however priced extremely high at $4.50 per hour. L2 charging pricing should be no higher than $1 per hour.

Will not be staying here during my next visit.

Nice hotel. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable (some reviews complain about hard beds but ours was perfect). Pool is nice for the kids. Breakfast was surprisingly. Only beef is with check in staff. When there is a line forming and front staff are sitting in the back room chatting and have to be asked by another employee to assist that erks me.

Front desk staff Jeremy and Annabelle were very attentive and kind and went put of their way to help my wife and I.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at.

Average hotel with above average room rates. Micro bottles of shampoo and soap were near impossible to read or use. Breakfast room was cramped and very hot, so we left and ate elsewhere. Not the best hotel value along the Trans Canada.

The place is immaculate in terms of scervice and hospitality. The breakfast is hands down the best hotel breakfast ive ever had. If only the pool water was taken care of as well as we were id say its perfection.

Front desk was professional, efficient and friendly. The rooms get a 7/10 for cleanliness. We found the mattresses to be hard, specially since we are side sleepers, but some might prefer.
16 minutes away from the airport, several restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance and a gas station next door. Overall good experience.

The A/C unit was broken ‘on” so room very cold, lots of traffic noise from large truck all night, breakfast was packed

The Day's Inn is a nice place to stay in Levis Quebec. However, the floors in the rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly. Also, could we not go back to cutlery for breakfasts? ! Absolutely horrible for environment to throw out all that plastic cutlery! And they are less than adequate for using to eat.

Les lits ne nous étaient pas confortable, miroir cassé et lampes de travail cassé. La piscine était correct et le spa aussi.la salle à déjeuner est trop petite pour le monde présent, la nourriture était froide.les employés étaient courtois et avenant.

Pretty clean and affordable but sadly the bed was hard as a rock. Would stay here again but only if they replace all there mattresses.

This hotel is run down plain and simple.our room was very old looking and dated. Fridge was tiny.pool and hot tub were visibly dirty especially hot tub which had an abundance of hair floating in it. Sauna door was nailed shut. Luckily we were only there for the night and got back on the road. Only positive was breakfast was half decent in the morning.wouldn't recommend staying here.

La dame au comptoir me dit qu'elle doit " copier " ma carte de crédit en guise de garantie.et quand je lui demande pourquoi, elle monte sur ses petits poneys et me dis que je lui coupe la parole, que je lui saute dessus et qu'elle va appeler la police! Ensuite elle rajoute que cest parce que je pense qu'elle est espagnole! Sérieux déjà d'écrire une numéro de carte de crédit sur une feuille je trouve ca absurde et la scène qu'elle a faite, j'en reviens pas! Heureusement que sa collègue un peu plus âgé qu'elle était professionnelle et m'a pris en charge. Merci à cette dame là, mais l'autre, jamais vu une Karen comme ça en vrai

Séjour pour 2 nuits le 21 oct.a été décevant. La piscine était froide donc pas pu profiter; le spa était correct mais l'eau était grasse.puis le sauna était non -fonctionnel à ma surprise. Pour couronner le tout, lorsque Jai demandé de faire ma chambre, Jai constaté par la suite que mes 2 bagues étaient disparues, Jai été voir la femme de ménage et le monsieur, ils ne comprenaient rien sauf l'espagnol.j'ai réussie à expliquer les demandant s'ils ont vu mes bagues, ils ont dit Non.j'étais très déçue jamais perdu des choses à aucun hôtel.les point forts étaient le petit dej.qui était bien et le cuisinier Jacob était tes gentil et serviable.les personnels à la réception étaient sympas aussi

I loved my room, free parking, and free breakfast. The room was clean and tidy. I would have liked the hot tub to be more clean but other than that, this was a great stay.

Would not say again son cut his hand open in hot tub that was falling apart, pool was so cold the kids did not want to go in, room smells like mold, no discount or compensation was given.

We have a very nice clean room bathroom a bit small and floor needed some attention also towels were like sand paper!

The location was good as it is close to many restaurants and close to Québec City. However, the hotel is not clean, the facilities are outdated. There is a smell at the pool, make me think of molds. I would appreciate if the staff would restraint from speaking behind guests.

Belle accueil et chambre très propre. MAIS: On sent l'odeur du chlore de la piscine jusque dans l'entrée (c'est un avertissement). Arrivé a la dite piscine, dès que vous ouvrez la porte les yeux vous pique et le nez vous sèche! Le sauna ne fonctionne pas.le spa a une couleur verdâtre. Je me suis permise d'ouvrir l'issue de secours pour respirer! Déjeuner avec des ustensiles en plastiques et des assiettes en carton c'est très ordinaire pour cette qualité d'hôtel.

Rooms were dirty with black floors cob webs on the furniture.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la chambre celle ci n'était pas nettoyée 1 poutine et 1 boite de pizza y étaient toujours. L'odeur de restaurant dans la chambre. LA seule réponse de l'employé a été que les femmes de ménage ne pouvaient voir car elles sont vraiment petites. Très déçus de notre séjour.

Excellent hotel employés très sympathique chambre très comfortable sans oublié notre petite Chantal qui a fait le menage de notre chambre Durand notre séjour elle a pris soins de nous que du positif pour cette hotel je vais encore réservé a cette hotel dans le futur bravo et Félicitations a tous l'équipe

Les employés sont sympathiques et dévoués. L’employé de nuit nous a permis d’avoir du café avant l’heure officielle. Par contre la piscine était laiteuse! Le spa a fallu virer en crème! Triste pour les enfants qui n’on pas osé y mettre les pieds. Sinon déjeuner offert et satisfaisant.

Très déçu! J'avais choisi cette hôtel car il y a 4 ans j'étais satisfaite. J'ai organisé mon voyage avec des amies qui venaient de France. Piscine et spa insalubres et sauna condamné. Pour la chambre drap, couvre pieds blanc et serviettes tâchés et dans un des lit cheveux. On a dû changer les draps nous même et la réceptionniste nous a dit que c'était normal pour les tâches et qu'il y avait trop de mondes dans l'air de la piscine et spa. Mes vacances on finit plutôt que prévu coût pour cette formidable nuit 190$. Aucun remord et aucun dédommagement.

I cant get over how amazing thr staff is, especially the front desk. I had made a mistake and booked the wrong day and they spent the time with me to cancel my other booking through Expedia, found us another room even though they were so booked and didn't make me feel horrible or like a nuisance once! I strongly recommend Days Inn Levis!

Nice place, space in room and bistro is not large but the price is not expensive so kinda compensates. We liked the swimming pool area, and it was all clean.

Poor service, common areas are dirty, terrible breakfast, few employees working, terrible room service. Cleaning crew left our door open. Unsafe location. Avoid if at all possible.

Chaque fois que nous venons à Québec nous aimons rester ici. La chambre et assez confortable. La piscine et le bain tourbillons sont notre place préféré La salle de gym est petit mais c'est correct pour 15 ou 20 minutes de cardio.
L'hôtel n'a pas des chambres pour personnes avec la mobilité réduit. Alors nous apportons notre banc pour la baignoire.le fauteuil manuel rentre dans la chambre sans problème.

Chambre très propre mais une expérience médiocre… le spa et la piscine avait des poils et des peaux mortes, beaucoup trop de chlore! Un oiseau mort dans le corridor et un service client désagréable pour le prix ça ne vaut pas la peine

Ordinaire. Pas de rideau de douche. Obligé d'aller en chercher un en bas. On m'a demandé de l'installer moi même. Du côté de la piscine, ca sentait tellement fort l'eau de javel que le peu de temps que j'ai été là, j'ai respirer dans une serviette. Mon gars a mis sa tête dans l'eau, ses yeux ont brûlé toute la soirée. Le spa était dégeulasse, plein de poil qui flotte et l'eau était graisseuse

This was a perfect last minute find. Was driving from St John New Brunswick to Ontario and needed to find a place to crash for the night on short notice. Super clean adorable room. Nice free breakfast. Tv, Wi-Fi, everything you need when stopping for the night on the road.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. We will be back in the future when we are passing through Levis. Merci pour tout.

Amazing value, pool, we stayed here for 2 nights, the staff were accommodating and very friendly. The rooms are very ok for the price and many restaurants nearby

Comfortable rooms which accommodated our pet. Unfortunately it was located near the pool so was very noisy. After a long day of travel and the need to get up at the crack of dawn the next morning to continue the journey, allowing people to use the pool until 11pm was unreasonable as the noise of their shouting in the pool area, as well as the talking going to and from the pool kept us all awake.

For a hotel located near the TransCanada where travellers would naturally stay, the hotel needs to consider the comfort of all of their guests, including those depending on a good night’s sleep, and the pool should be closed no later than 10pm.

Malheureusement, on a pris 2 fois le montant de ma nuit sur ma carte de crédit. Soyez vigilants.

La nourriture en boites est passer date, le personnels est arrogant, Ils nous ont voler 200$ de frais de dédommagement dans les chambres sans qu’aucun dommage n’a éte causer!

Personnel très courtois, prêt à offrir un service à valeur ajoutée au niveau de l'accueil. Déjeurer inclus correct! Ça faisait l'affaire, on était contents. L'accès à la piscine, un +! Pensez à réserver votre plage horaire (mesures sanitaires en vigueur). Serviettes fournies.

Un membre du personnel a toutefois tourné les coins ronds pour le ménage de notre chambre. Il y avait des saletés sur la table de chevet qui auraient facilement pu être nettoyées.

Matelas du lit un peu dur à mon goût. Mais franchement, une bonne expérience, au final. Je n'ésiterais pas à y retourner si je me retrouve dans la région une nouvelle fois et l'accueil y fait pour beaucoup!

In a nice neighborhood to take a walk with the dogs. Bag breakfast has 3 choices. All are satisfactory. Beds were good.

Never again would I step foot in this hotel! I have never been treated with such disrespect at any other hotel. Well past midnight and my pregnant daughter and I we trying to find a hotel to rest for the night. They took one look at us and snapped back at us saying no rooms go to the next town. I'm sure there is a nicer way to treat people.

Although only a one night stay, it was very comfortable in all respects. The room was well appointed, such staff as we interacted with were very nice and welcoming. Easy access off and onto the TransCanada Highway. There was a modest restaurant steps away from whom we got take away to eat in our room. WiFi and TV were both good. Would stay again when in the area.

La réservation a été faite plus d’une semaine avant la date de réservation. Le paiement a été prit sur les champs au lieu d’un dépôt. Arrivé sur place, notre chambre avec lit King avait été donné à quelqu’un d’autre. Toutes les chambres soient disant disponibles avaient des occupants, le pauvre jeune homme de la réception ne comprenait rien du comment. On nous à transférer dans un hôtel à proximité avec soient disant des lits Queens pour équivaloir notre réservation… on avait lits doubles… Bref que de déception du service. Première expérience avec Expédia que nous avons des problèmes. En fait, ce n’est pas expédia qui a fait l’erreur mais bien l’hôtel. Je ne recommence aucunement cet endroit pour vos prochains déplacements.

Correct pour un prix raisonnable, manque d’eau chaude, cartes démagnétisaient et ne n’ont pas offert une 3e nuit au meme prix que les
2 autres. Emplacement bien avec chute, restos et parca enfants.

Not happy with hotel, bed uncomfortable, breakfast bags terrible, furniture in room needs replacing! Will not be back.

Very basic hotel. Rooms are okay, nothing fancy but quite alright and the beds are comfy. The pool is rather small and the water very cold. We were with two 2yo and one 11mo baby and they didn't like that at all at first but got used to it. We wish they would have told us when we asked over the phone that you could only use it for 1hr between 9AM and 22PM. We asked for the early check-in and our rooms were not ready when we arrived at 2h30PM (even though we paid extra) so we went to the pool from 3 to 4 and wanted to go back with our kids when their grandma arrived. We couldn't because of their rule even though the pool was empty. Our daughter was heartbroken. We Also used the spa which smelled HORRIBLE. My hair smelled like a pond or something until I washed it. It was dark and almost thick, and smelly. Yuck. The sauna is closed, too, which they didn't tell us beforehand. Also, they had very bad breakfast and almost no option. We asked for simple toasts as we don't eat dairy/eggs. Impossible to cather for. Vegans, beware! Finally, the lady at the front could be nicer to guests. The general customer care could be improved. We spent two hours on the phone booking our rooms, and they we had to do so in english!
They want you to book rooms so they'll say anything but you're better off paying a few more bucks elsewhere!

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HÔTEL!
1. When we arrived they took payment straight out. Normally the payment is put on hold then taken out at the end of the stay.
2. The breakfast is not good. Given to you in a paper bag you are given 3 menu options. They give you an orange but no knife to cut it. One day there was no more milk for the cereal, the next day there was no type of cereal. They also should provide trays. Considering they make you have the breakfast in the room, they should provide cutlery and plates. My daughters breakfast sandwich was frozen this morning.
3. After the first night our room was not made up, no new towels, no beds done, no rubbish taken away. I came to a hotel for this very purpose, to do nothing and relax. We called reception and we were told no one can do the room now because its late. After our room was not done we were told we need to book room cleaning so we did for the rest of our stay. The next day the room was made up but the following day once again it was not made up even though we had reserved. Firstly when we checked in we were not told we had to reserve room cleaning! Secondly where did you ever hear that you need to book this service in a hotel. For the last day we were told they were too busy to do our room!
4. There was a lot of noise mostly every night. Our last night was aweful, the people on top ran and walked till 1.30am. We had to call reception twice. There was also a fight in the hallway earlier that evening.
I would definitely not recommend this hotel for a family if you want to relax. Nothing enjoyable about it. They make you pay in advance so you are unable to get a refund and leave. I will never come here again.
We asked to speak to the manager and were told he is not there, again in the morning we left our number to be called and no manager called back! Appalling!

Cet hotel est la pire place que j ai vu dans ma vie.acenseur tres sale.lea mures de la chambre aussi.les matelas so trop vieux moi et ma femme ona eu mal ai dos le matin.des fauteuils un peu dechirés dans la chambre.aucune distanciation ou respect des mesures.meme dans la pycine.une seule personne a la reception avec une longue fille d attente.pyis la personne a disparu on est rester a attendre plus de 15 minute.ce n est un hotel.aucune organisation.jamais je reviendrais dans cet place.le pire.j ai reserver par telephone et donner ma carte de credit amon arrivé il me disent qu il trouvent pas ma reservation oourtant on a donner le numero de confirmation.donc il m ont di on te donne la chambre d une personne qui n est pas encore arrive et tompi pour lui.un enfer cet place

Excellent service et personnel courtois. L'accès à la piscine s'est faite sous restrictions à cause des mesures sanitaires de Covid19. Malheureusement le spa était répugnant à voir! Difficile d'avoir confiance de s'y tremper dans risque.peut être attendre un peu avant de vous y rendre que la situation s'améliore. Les déjeuners en boîte sont un bel effort mais nettement peu attractifs.

A good place to stay with hot tub and pool and not too far for visit Quebec City. The front desk people, vary nice.

We booked it late night during busy season. The staff (Alexander) was extremely friendly and accommodating. He made our stay quite wonderful. The suire was comfortable and clean. Great resting place

Terrible check-in. Didn't feel like a valued Wyndham rewards customer at all. Requested for a room with a king bed instead of a handicapped 1 double bed and I was told no, that I already paid (which I had only booked online and was just arriving and I actually hadn't paid). The clerk didn't seem very interested in doing her job. Only good thing about the experience there was the breakfast that was included (sadly I didn't want scrambled eggs) so I grabbed the only other thing available which was a cup of coffee.

Très bel emplacement, propre (sauf la piscine et le SPA), un petit manque du côté de l'accueil et le déjeuner inclus n'est pas terrible avec ses saucisses bouillies et ses fruits et fèves au lard en conserves. Assiettes de carton puis ustensiles et verres de plastiques à repenser pour l'environnement.

Accueil correct et courtois. Propreté moyenne. La chambre avec lit king spacieuse. Dejeuner inclus ordinaire. Belle aire de baignade interieure mais eau troo froide.

Overall a reasonable hotel. For some reason the pool isn't open until 9: 00 AM even though it is unsupervised

Hôtel tranquille avec piscine avec coin pour enfants et spa. L'eau des piscines est trop froide pour la plupart des adultes. Les serviettes sont fournies. Nous avons bien dormi, les lits sont confortables et l'insonorisation correcte. Les verres fournis dans la chambre sont en plastique emballés individuellement dans un sachet de plastique et en carton.

Le petit déjeuner est fourni mais réellement ordinaire et malheureusement servi dans de la vaisselle jetable.

Ça me dérange qu'on me demande par souci environnemental de réutiliser nos serviettes alors qu'on ne se gêne aucunement de jeter de la vaisselle jetable en grande quantité. Les souci n'est pas environnemental mais économique. Un peu de cohérence svp!

Beautiful, clean and quiet hotel. We had a spacious room and the included breakfast was great. Definitely would stay here again!

J'ai eu une chambre entre deux réservations d'étudiants sur le party.
J'ai seulement dormie un gros 5 heures dans la nuit. Le commis à la réception ne m'a rien donné/offer pour mon désagrément.

Room was clean although they had no lotion in the bathroom, everything else was ok.bed and pillows were comfy, curtains kept the room nice and dark in the morning. The only thing I didnt like was the breakfast, it was no good, and just a few choices to choose from. Had to step out to eat unfortunately. As for the pool and spa, it needs to be cleaned, I was so looking forward to it till I saw the floating balls of hair and pubes in the spa AND pool. They really need to do something about that! I didnt even go in.very disappointing!

Hotel is clean. Rooms are fine. I’ve been in hundreds of hotels over 30 years from 1 star to 5. First time I am told to pay for my stay at check in. I asked why and was not offered more than “it’s policy”. For a long standing practice to be changed would require more than “its policy”. Quick online search yielded nothing from previous guests making me wonder if they only ask some to pay up front. Will not come back and will not recommend the Days Inn to anyone.

The management and Customer service is poor. I stayed this hotel 3 nights. Booking was confirmed with Breakfast. While my kids were sleeping my wife went to Bistro to bring breakfast for us and the lady there on the duty stopped her. This absolutely ridiculous. Never stay at this hotel. I been to hotels around the globe and this was first time in an wyndham chain and my first experience is worst.

Nicest Days Inn I've ever been to. I wish I could have taken advantage of the indoor pool, while I was staying. Breakfast was good, room and whole hotel was newly updated (or new), and everything was very clean.

Manque de serviette de bain. Le personnel de l'hôtel difficile à trouver. Il y avait un mariage ce weekend et nous avons été dans l'impossibilité d'accéder à la salle que ns avions loué (150$/jr.ce qui est énorme!). Tournoi de hockey avec 10jeunes que lon doit garder dans des chambres.très ordinaire. Je ne penserais pas retourner à cet hôtel. Très déçue

Good place to stay. Wi-Fi is good, hotel is clean, no complaints, the breakfast is good but missing fresh fruits. Also there is not available coffee/tea/hot water or fresh fruits at reception.
