Days Inn by Wyndham Montreal Airport Conference Centre

I had a very firm, king-size bed. I got a great sleep. It was clean spacious and had an attached bar / restaurant. Conveniently located close to the Montreal Airport and only 20 min to downtown.

I never write bad reviews, but this place is outrageous. We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but we arrived early at around 8: 30 AM, we asked the receptionist if there is a possibility of early check-in she said you can come in at and 12: 30 pm and pay extra 65$ and the room will be ready for you as the other guest will leave. We agreed to pay 65$ and I called her before 12 to make sure that room is ready and the receptionist straight away was so rude to me that she said oh the room is not ready. The housekeeping is not done you cannot come in now we didn’t have any place to stay and we were so tired with the trip that we decided to cancel our reservation I have been always nice to people, but seriously this was so outrageous that I couldn’t handle. Very poor customer service, very rude to their customers. This don’t even deserve a one star.

One of the worst hotels I ever saw. Rooms smell. Flies everywhere. It should be renamed to a motel

The surroundings are not nice at all (construction) but the hotel and the room were ok. I guess its main advantage is being close to the airport.

Super close to the airport and noise was minimal. Staff went above and beyond for helpfulness friendly. Easy to get to. Construction in the area was not a problem.

I have never left a negative review before - The low quality of this hotel is astonishing. The cracked walls, furnishings etc. This should be a 2 star hotel. The pillows are tiny and barely filled, the beds are basically sheets of plywood with a little foam pad. Our bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet. The bathroom sink leaks everywhere. For the price of this room we would expect at least a comfortable bed with proper bedding. I am beyond disappointed. Ive had better sleeps in a tent on the ground.

Hospitality of hotel was not good to say the least. At check-in the guy was busy on the personal call. At check-out the person does not know the word "please" horrible person. I had bad sleep thanks to cleaning lady who continued to yell to her colleague.two bad nights at this place. There is no manager at this place to repot or complain to.

Very basic, vintage, and low profile hotel. Okay to sleep, beds are confortable. Bathrooms nicely updated.

No airport shuttle! Dirty rooms. Uncomfortable beds. Low water pressure in the shower. The front desk clerk on the night shift was rude and not helpful at all.

They didn't give us a plate to microwave food. It was kind of grungy. And people were loud during the night and nothing was done about it.

Key card never worked, we had to walk all the way back to reception so they could check it whenever we come back to our room. Bed Bugs were happy we showed up, they went straight to party mode, 2 nights there and I slept only 3 hours max. It was a decision made in a hurry and lesson learned. Will avoid in future

Worst hotel we ever went to, we left the hotel within 20 minutes after check-in. I have booked two rooms both have a strong moldy smell, in one room only one light was working and it has no towels in the bathroom. The refrigerator in the other room was not working and the drawer handles were broken. Broken beds and other furniture were sitting in the hallway.

C'est vieux a coté de l'autoroute, donc c'est bruyant, les chambres sont mal isolée, connection wifi basse vitesse climatiseur bruyant et literie pas très confortable.

This place needs a bit of more care, missing tissue in the room and one of the lamps did not work, I had to play around to get it going.
There is some sort of trucks depot at the back and they do make a lot of noise.

Apparently this hotel is in a bad part of town as local restaurants said they wouldn’t deliver food here. (Actually said it’s a no go location for delivery.) While it says on the website there’s an airport shuttle, there’s no airport shuttle and hasn’t been for four years according to the desk clerk Zacharia.

Not a good place to stay. It may be a little cheap. But that I'd what it is. A cheap place. The vendor machines usually don't work. Nothing close, as a good restaurant, to go and eat. Not even a convenient store. They sell the image that they have a gym. And it is a regular room with 2 or 3 gym things to train. The restaurant is not good enough either.

If there were an option for 0 stars it would have been noted here. I made a reservation from working up in Nunuvik for 2 months. I had a room booked for 1 night, simple. Manager confirmed w me over telephone I have a reservation. I arrive after travelling from airport then UBER to discover they have cancelled my reservation due to a visa debit credit card which I used previously used to book the hotel room. Rude, unacceptable and disguising customer service. Sorry there is an influx of refugees and you prioritize them first but what about weary travellers coming from abroad? So very not cool. Will never get my business again. Good luck.

On arrive de cet hôtel. Pas cher mais le service de base est manquant: douche brisée, pas de bouchon dans le bain, certaines prises de courant ne fonctionnent pas. On me dit que j’aurais dû demander de changer de chambre… pour retrouver d’autres problèmes? Aucune compensation…

I’ve had a poor experience with this hotel. I booked a room a month ago while in Montreal.
Showed up and was told the dates were wrong. That was my mistake. Days Inn then confirmed that they cancelled my reservation for the dates of October 3-4 before I left. A month later I have been charged.

Calling the hotel today they offered no remedy for the situation. I’m hoping for this organization to rectify this. Until then, the service and experience from this hotel will leave you wishing you never engaged.

The front desk was courteous. Check in was easy. Room was quiet (3rd floor end of hallway). Breakfast was a la carte, was good. Clean sheets.

The bad parts. Some of the wall had unpainted areas. Shower head leaky and I had to repair. Outside and room are a bit outdated. Restaurant attached is OK supper had poutine and burger. Poutine was average and burger was a frozen patty but well cooked. But price was too bad. Breakfast was comparable to a truck stop…lots of food and decent to eat. No shuttle from airport. Cab is about 25$ each way. If your frugal you may save more with a higher priced hotel with shuttle and continental breakfast.

Chambres sales, personnel peu courtois. Punaises de lit. Murs tachés. Draps sales à l'arrivée. Nourriture ok mais chère.

Endroit à éviter, je n'y retournerai plus.

Easy quick check in. Very nice front desk staff morning and night. Asked for a room on 1st lvl and got it. Very helpful. Room was clean beds nice. No bad smells. Coffee marker sucks went to tims. I would come back. Oroce is great.

Crappies hotel ever been no food at all no bathtubs showers half glass floor get water all over the floor very slippery trying to get out nothing to hang on to and no room I n the shower room

The TV is way too small. It's very old and run down for what I paid for. I was going to let it go but I just asked for late check out and they said no I'd have to pay. Out of maybe 20 hotels I stay at and ask for late check out I have never heard of such a thing. Definitely avoid this place there's so many better hotels.

Stayed here for 1 night! The check in was super quick.the room was big for 2 people. No hand sanitisers were provided. No water was available.poor guest service. I wanted to use the hair dryer, i guess the previous guess wanted to do the powder prank in the hairdryer and filled it with talcum powder. The power was still there in it. Luckily i saw it before switching the hairdryer ON. I am sure the housekeeping missed to see this.it was so dirty. Poor cleanliness. The bed was not company. It made a crack sound very time i moved.been to other hotels in their chain, this can improve their standards. Parking was available. Check out was quick too.they were strict on mask policy!

This is not a bad place to stay, but they are starting renovations. I expect to have an even better experience in the not so distant future once the renovations are complete.

Lovely large room with King-sized bed. Very comfortable, clean, quiet and a pleasure to come to after a long days' travel This hotel is my choice for every visit to Montreal.

This hotel is not 3 start hotel. It is 1 star hotel. Please don't fell it's 3 star rating, it is not.
Hotel and rooms are smelling. Bed and pillows are smellimg. Chairs are dirty in the room. You don't want to touch it, so dirty. Elevator are out of service in the holidays weekend.they don't bother to fix, customer on 3rd floor need to carry their luggage in hand on 3rd floor. Hotel condition is bad and very cheap and old.

The worst hotel experience ever, from the unfriendly staff to the horrible food.for the price of $1249 for 3 days mandatory stay due to covid-19 i was served frozen rice in the morning and when i reported to staff i was told there's no breakfast.horrible service.

It was really bad experience, we stayed there for 3 nights quarantine and it was really a disaster. The meals they provided were frozen and tasteless, the internet service was incredibly bad. The happiest moment we spent in this Hotel is when we checked out.

Pros: The staff was very welcoming and friendly. My room was clean and spacious and well-equipped. I was in COVID19 mandatory isolation for three nights required by the government after arrival to Montreal.

Cons: The only downside was the inflated price per night (~$260) that was twice as much a regular rate ($130) for the same room. That was an inconvenience since all 3 meals combined do not exceed $25 (for breakfast I was given 1 croissant or muffin+ one 100g yogurt + 1 pear + 100g apple sauce tub, for lunch and dinner I was given frozen meals
microwaveable plate chicken slices and rice + 1 cookie + 1 Coke can). I did not get to leave my room at all so no extra work was required by the staff for sanitization or otherwise. Also that didn't allow me to evaluate other facilities in the hotel.

L'hôtel est très mauvais, ils reçoivent des personnes venant de l'extérieur du Canada pendant la période de quarantaine, ils nourrissent les clients du riz et du poulet congelé pendant trois jours consécutifs, je vous conseille de ne pas choisir l'hôtel, ce qui est catastrophique

Low end hotel. Clean yet very basic and dated. I personally would not stay again. Uncomfortable mattress. Room very basic. I just did not feel comfortable felt like it's a place that would have bed bugs

The room is comfortable and spacious. But the food service was very bad.
We had the same meal for lunch and dinner for 3 days (5 times the same meal!).
The service was not good either. I needed a universal adapter for my laptop to work during my quarantine, they did not bring me one or even help me to get one (though every hotel in the world has adapters in case travelers needed them).
Honestly it didnt deserve the 250$/night.

Excellent place. The food is delicious and adequate. The staffs were so friendly. And the room was big and the view was great. Hope to visit again.

Would have been nice if the hotel ordered decent food during quarantine. You'd imagine that by paying 350$ a night, they would order from a decent place. It was absolutely disgusting, rice and chicken for every single meal.

J'ai réservé 3 nuits, suis resté 2 nuits, l’hôtel n'a pas voulu rembourser la 3ème nuit. Ils ont décidé qu'ils pouvaient garder mon argent. Les autres hotels GAA ont remboursé leurs clients.
La nourriture qui est livrée est médiocre et n'est pas variée. Je vous déconseille cet hôtel, choisissez un hôtel qui pratique le respect du client.

I booked 3 nights, stayed 2 nights, the hotel did not want to refund the 3rd night. They decided they could keep my money. The other GAA hotels have reimbursed their clients.
The food that is delivered is mediocre and is not varied. I do not recommend this hotel, choose a hotel that practices respect for the customer.

$900 for 3 nights without any refund if you leave after a few hours. This is a robbery, I hope people will remember after the COVID all the hotels participating in this dishonest, disgusting racketeering.

Ce n'est pas par ce que l'on passe une quarantaine chez vous que l'on doit manger comme des prisonniers, on a quand même payer 900$. Pendant trois jours ils n'ont servis que du riz et du poulet, le pire c'est que la nourriture était fade et sans goût. Au bout de 2 jours j'ai arrêté de manger, heureusement que j'avais de quoi grignoter.

Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas.

En outre, ils étaient sensé venir me chercher à l'aéroport, selon eux à cause de la covid leur vanne ne fonctionne pas. Du coup ils m'ont demander de prendre un taxi et qu'ils allait me rembourser. C'est ce que j'ai fais, au total j'ai payer 30$, selon eux ils ne rembourse que 25$ max, pas de soucis. Mais jusqu'à maintenant ils ne sont pas fichus de m'envoyer mes 25$ soit disant que cela prends 2 semaine ouvrables pour être déposer sur le compte pourtant moi j'ai payer cash lol.

En gros cet hôtel est horrible, à éviter à tout prix.

I love this days inn! Have been many time! To sleep & park for airport! Staff are very friendly as well! Beds are comfterble! & food ar restaurant sooo good! ;)

Refurbished but it still feels old. Shower busted and sprays water on the ceiling. And for an “airport hotel” it’s really not very close to the airport. But the most annoying thing about staying here was that there was no Internet the whole time; even cell coverage was down, so I was off the grid completely – not ideal when you’ve come off a series of long flights and need to catch up on work and booked a hotel for this purpose and rest. Bed was rock hard, tossed and turned all night. Also the airport shuttle is supposedly every 30 minutes (e.g. 6: 00;6: 30;7: 00) but actually leaves 10 minutes early every time (e.g. 5: 50;6: 20 etc). Not sure why they don't just give the actual departure departure times. Won't be back to this place.

Not worth the asking price. In need of renovation in common areas. The kind of hotel where you keep your shoes on. Bed was comfortable. Looks good in official photos but less so in reality.

Oups pas de filtre à café. Et la distributrice à café était en panne. L'équipe à la réception est chaleureuse et conviviale.

Nous avions réservé deux chambres car nous sommes deux familles. A notre arrivée, nous apprenons qu’une seule chambre a été réservée et que l’hôtel est complet. Avec arrogance, la réceptionniste me dit que j’aurais dû vérifier la confirmation. Ce que j’ai fait. J’ai reçu deux courriels de confirmation à deux minutes d’intervalles et avec deux numéro de confirmation. La même réceptionniste me dit alors que ce sont deux numéro de confirmation avec les mêmes informations et que c’est pour la même chambre. En tant que cliente, j’aurais dû le savoir. Résultat, l’autre famille a dû se loger ailleurs et débourser davantage. Par principe et surtout par mauvais service, nous n’y retournerons jamais!

This place is alright. The AC wasn't on when we arrived and it took a day to cool down. Despite what their website says they do NOT have a breakfast buffet. Unfortunate because it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Super bien situé et de plus, pouvoir y laisser notre auto est un +. Belle chambre, bon lit, tout était excellent. Personnel accueillant. Nous y retourneront au prochain voyage.

Came for a wedding and the air conditioning is not even working properly in the ballroom. I don't know if it was broken but next time cool the place more when you know you have 200people coming instead of waiting at the last minute!

La propreté de la chambre et salle de bain était correcte a l'exception d'un des matelas. Les élastiques de la housse étant lousse le couvre matelas et drap contour on bougé durant la nuit pour finalement découvrir des tâches pas très invitantes sur un des deux matelas. Nous avons eu un bon service mais le confort des matelas de la chambre était horrible. Dur comme de la roche je n'avais pas aussi mal dormis depuis longtemps.

Nous sommes allés à cet hôtel pour prendre un vol à 9h le lendemain. Le personnel n'est pas très accueillant, un sourire serait apprécié! Les chambres sont mal isolées: malgré le chauffage il faisait froid. Le chauffeur de la navette pour l'aéroport est gentil, c'est le seul qui a l'air d'aimer sa job! Par contre, la navette est une vieille fourgonnette sale et très inconfortable. Pour le même prix on peut louer un stationnement à long terme le jour du départ ou payer un peu plus cher et d'aller dans un autre hôtel.

Very old motel nothing close for dining I will definitely find something else for the next time I come to Montreal.

C'est propre, mais vraiment, le service laisse vraiment à désirer, rarement vu aussi peu de courtoisie. La bouffe est plus qu'ordinaire, le bar, une joke, une barmaid sans entregent, un service juste plate, et un choix d'alcool très basique, personnellement, c'est la première et dernière fois que je vais aller dans ce lieu

C'est un hôtel pour une seul nuit (in and out) si vous allez en vacance et vous laissez votre voiture dans le stationnement assurez-vous d’êtres très bien assuré contre le vol de voiture ne laisser jamais votre cellulaire ou autre objets de valeur de petite taille dans votre chambre si vous passez plusieurs nuits, le resto est un expensive casse croute qui sert de buffet au employés.pour ma part.never ever

The manager was more than accomidating. For that alone I would stay there again. People (male & female) were unresponsive. Barmaid also. Food beside hotel at Bistro 52 rocked. Great food & expanded their hours of business. I plan to return:)
