Buying a home can be extremely stressful, but Alexa made it so much easier and straightforward than it otherwise could have been. She is responsive, knowledgeable and thoughtful in all her responses. She answered every single one of my phone calls whether it was early morning or on a Friday or Saturday night. I would recommend going with Deakin to any one of my friends or family! We are so lucky we had Jay as our agent. Jay helped me buy my first house years ago, so when we decided to move back to the West Island from Toronto, I gave him a call. We had a conversation where I asked him about a few houses I had seen for sale in Pointe Claire and Beaconsfield over the past few years while visiting family there. He knew every detail I wanted to know about each house without having to check the listing. Pretty impressive. At the end of the conversation he said "I have something coming up I think you'll like". A couple days later I started to write an email about everything we were looking for, but before I could send it, Jay sent me an old listing from 8 years ago and said "this house is coming back onto the market soon. Do you want to make an offer before it does? ". It was our dream house - everything I had been describing in the email I hadn't even sent yet. Of course we said "yes", and Jay negotiated that deal before the house was ever listed. If we hadn't been with Jay, we would have never even known the house was for sale.
