Déco Jardin

Everything is good before you need customer service, then things can go south quickly. Prior to my review, there are a series of other reviews that have mentioned that the guy working at their front desk routinely insult customers. There seems to be a pattern, and you will only feel the ouch once it happens to you. I had two transections with them. One was good and I received professional advice from him. He calculated the amount of gravel that I needed and it was spot on. The second was problematic. I never received the delivery partly due to me not following up with the delivery within the calendar year, and partly due to him claiming that on their record the driver, instead of me, signed the delivery sheet. Ended up walking out of their storefront without a delivery, or refund, or credit after he calls me with insulting terms that are not appropriate to write in a review. It was quite an experiences losing a few hundred bucks to them while being insulted. Lesson learnt.

The two stars rating is for averaging out the two experiences.

Out of all the suppliers on the south shore Deco jardin is by far the best. When I have questions about the many complexities that are involved regarding different types of jobs I can always count on the advice of Jean-Piere's 25 years of experience in landscaping. I feel respected and well taken care of when I do business with them. Also I know that I won't be waiting for 45 mins in the yard to get stock. Their yard is the most organized yard I've every seen to date. 5 stars for Customer service, 5 stars for efficiency and 5 stars for consultations.
